Good

Location was great and amenities were enjoyable. The walk to the beach was a little long, but not bad at all. Host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The room could use a little updating, but overall was perfectly fine for our needs. The twin beads were squeaky and a little uncomfortable for the kids. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. We had to strategically shower so that everyone could at least have a warm shower. Overall it was a good stay with no major issues.

Great location, condo needs updating

The condo is at a great location. The beach is a 7 minute walk and there are two pools at the complex. The complex also has a bar and restaurant which was very convenient. The condo pictures are inaccurate. The living room pictures were staged and the current furniture is not as nice. The condo could use some updating as well. Bathroom showers and kitchen especially. It did look like the condo flooring in the bedrooms were recently updated from carpeting. The host provided a collapsible wagon to take to the beach which was a nice touch. The towels and beach chairs were rusty and stained. Would bring your own if possible. Overall I would say it’s a reasonable place to stay but I will be providing some suggestions for improvement to the host.

First time in Hilton Head

We enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. The condo was just as advertised. Kitchen was well-stocked, beach toys, chairs and a wagon were provided. The owner was responsive, although we had no problems. The boardwalk to the beach was beautiful and peaceful and really wasn’t a long walk.our kids loved the resort amenities. My only disappointment was that there were red flags every day of our trip, so we couldn’t play in the ocean, but nothing we could do about that. The beach wasn’t crowded, especially at low tide so we could still enjoy the sun and sounds of the ocean. We’re sad to be leaving!

Good room for a couple!

Good accurate listing! The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on outside. Water didn’t stay hot in the shower for more than 5 minutes but the bed is very comfortable, as well as the couch. The walk to the beach is nice. The restaurant Cocos was very good as well! We enjoyed our stay!

Clean and well supplied

We had a great week. Villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The resort has nice amenities, including pools and beach access. However, the resort is older and showing signs of needing some renovations. For example, the stairwells were not in the best of condition and the door to unit was deteriorating.

The place was not that clean. Blind missing in bedroom had to put sheet over window. Things are out dated. Talked to owner and he did nothing about the blind and all he had to say was sorry for your inconvenience

Joe, Thank you for ALWAYS responding to my questions so quickly. You made the whole reservation process seamless. We were looking for a reasonably priced property in Hilton Head Resort. Although the boardwalk is long, it is absolutely beautiful scenery. We did not mind the walk as you provided the cart and beach chairs. Plus, there is a shuttle but we opted to walk to the beach. Not to mention beach towels. We did not lack for anything. The condo was clean too. If I had to state anything that could be improved would be the visual condition of the condo. It was all functional but a bit old/worn. Overall, we would definitely rent from you again. Thank you Joe!!!

Owner was very accommodating. There were no beach towels in the unit, but a quick call and response from the owner remedied the issue. I would recommend some furniture updates but unit was nice. I would rent again from this owner.

Great Resort Comfortable Villa

Villa was very clean and accurately described! I loved the location with the large pool and beach access nearby! The resort has so many amenities and the beach was perfect! BTW, it was extremely hot during our stay but the ac kept the villa nice and cool when set to 73 degrees!

Senior Trip

This was a trip with me and my 17 year old high school graduate. We appreciated having the beach chairs, cooler and towels and especially the wagon to haul everything! The walk to the beach was an easy walk. The proximity to Sea Pines was perfect! We went everyday and enjoyed the beach everyday. I loved the added touch of having complimentary toiletry and dishwashing items. Great comfortable stay!!!

Perfection!!!

The condo was exactly as described! It is an easy 1/2 mile walk across the boardwalk to get to the beach. The resort does have a shuttle throughout the day to take you to the beach! The host was super helpful and responds promptly to any messages! We will definitely stay again!

Excellent location!

Perfect home base for our first trip to Hilton Head Island. Beauty walk to the beach, well equipped villa, easy access to outdoor pool and a great on site store / restaurant. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough before we arrived. Would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.
