Great place for families

Wonderful property in a great location very close to lots of attractions. The property has everything you need for a beach day which was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed having toys to play with at the property as well. The place is very clean and comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Lovely vacation!

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect; quiet, peaceful and close to beach. We biked and walked everywhere. It was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. The place is clean and fresh and makes you feel right at home! We can’t wait to go back!

Great for a Couples Get Away!!!!!

Another couple and ourselves immensely enjoyed our time here. We knew we selected the right townhouse condo, as soon as we saw the wine refrigerator and fireplace. This place has so much room and comfortable furniture inside and out on the deck. The primary bedroom is on the second floor with a wonderful king size bed, walk in closet and large ensuite bathroom with rain shower. The second bedroom is on the first floor and has a nice bathroom right outside the bedroom door. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We didn’t really cook but it appeared everything was there. There were even spices and coffee mate! The owner provided starter supplies for the kitchen and each bathroom. We had wonderful cocktails, craft beer, and wine to go with our charcuterie boards. This condo is close to everything! The beach, golf, shops, and oh the restaurants!!! If I were to pick out one restaurant/experience, it’s the Jazz Corner (reservations)! We also enjoyed the French Bakery multiple times – couldn’t resist. Another great dinner spot was the Red Fish, a fabulous meal. Too many wonderful places to eat!!! Make sure to stop by the Nash Gallery. The front of the condo is across from a recreation area that includes the pool, corn hole, horseshoes, and covered BBQ area. The back of the condo faces the golf course. The owner checked in with us to see if we needed anything, which is always nice. We just had a ball! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

Wonderful, relaxing stay in beautiful villa!

My stay at Beach & Birdie Villa was just what I needed! The quiet villa is beautifully decorated in calm, soothing colors, comfortable furnishings & bedding with an open gathering space. I ate most of my meals in & the kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed including a good selection of seasonings! One of my favorite things was the fireplace since the evenings were still chilly. I loved being in the villa just as much as I did the sightseeing on Hilton Head island. There are so many things to see & do within a very short drive. I enjoyed exploring the many scenic walking paths all around the villa. Tho I did not have children with me, I did notice that there was a good supply of toys & kid friendly items. Erin, the host, was so nice and took extra care to make sure every need was met. She responded quickly to my questions & made the complete process super easy. I would definitely stay here again & hope that I will have the opportunity to do so!

Spotless, new, and lovely

The Beach and Birdie is one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's been set up thoughtfully with quality furniture and linens, a fully stocked modern kitchen (it had a better knife set than I have in my own kitchen), beach chairs/umbrellas/beach toys, and an outside deck that we all drank our morning coffee on. Although I was there with my husband and his parents, I appreciated that it was classy yet still kid friendly. It's not noticeable when you're inside, but if you look carefully, tucked away, there are things that would make it incredibly easy to host kids there (e.g., a high chair, crib, strollers, an entire large toy closet) - and all top-notch quality. The entire place was spotless. The pool was a stone's throw away. The beach was gorgeous and a lot closer to the Beach and Birdie than we realized when booking - a 2 min drive, 3 min bike ride, or 10 min walk away. We loved renting bicycles and riding all the bicycle/walking paths! The owner lives out of town and was friendly and super responsive. Highly recommend this place to people of all ages and interests.
