We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect. Loved the porch! I would recommend this unit and Fiddlers Cove. Great setting, easy access to pool and beach and easy walks to restaurants.

The villa is very clean and tastefully decorated. The living area has a comfortable sofa and two chairs. The reclining sofa is great to kick back in after a day at the beach. There are books, games and a puzzle for your enjoyment. There is a first aid kit in case of emergencies.The kitchen is so well stocked. Greg and Marilyn thought of everything... paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, oils and sprays for cooking, and Kcups to name a few. There is every cooking utensil you could possibly need. They checked in with us mid week to see if we needed anything. Whenever I reached out to Marilyn before or during our stay, she responded in a timely manner.The villa is conveniently located close to the pool and the the gate to the beach. We enjoyed riding bikes in the surrounding area.The balcony is comfortable and a great place to read and eat. They have chairs, cooler, beach bags and an umbrella available for use if needed.We have been to Hilton Head numerous times staying at different units in South Forest and Folly Field. I can honestly recommend Marilyn and Greg's villa for a great stay at HHI.

Amazingly well equipped!

This is a very nice property, close to the beach, and in a great location. Every item we needed while we were there was actually there! This is easily the best equipped, best organized vacation rental I've ever had. Clearly a great amount of thought went into what a guest would need during their stay. We also enjoyed having a great hot tub/spa across the parking lot from us. Right out of the gated community are beautiful places to walk. We would have stayed longer if it had been available.

family trip to HHI

The condo is amazing! Next to the pool and the gate to walk to the beach. : ) This is our 4th time to this area of Hilton Head, the first at this condo. This one is the best in the complex!!! Marilyn and Greg were awesome hosts. Very genuine in their desire for us to have an awesome vacation. The condo was well equipped with everything that we might need. Loved our sanctuary at the beach. Our daughter was able to come with us unexpected due to a medical emergency and the ability and need to work from home. It was an excellent convalescence for her. : )

Perfect family getaway

Our family of four has stayed at this property now three times. We love the location, we love the hosts, and we love the ease of getting to the beach. Greg and Marilyn actually thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and easy!

Perfect!

We recently returned from our stay in Fiddlers Cove, and we loved it. We travelled with our 7yr old grandson, so the condo location was ideal for us--- it was a short walk to the beach and the bigger (of two onsite) pool was just across the way. The condo itself is the best stocked and organized that we have ever rented. The kitchen has everything you would need (and everything is clearly labelled (even light switches!) The owners (Marilyn and Greg) were a pleasure to communicate with and were super accessible. The condo is as pictured and described, with even a few upgrades (new sofa/new patio furniture). It is super clean, well stocked (even beach chairs) and we are already making plans for next year. Thank you, we feel like we've made new friends :)

Beautiful condo close to beach

We loved staying here! The best part was sitting on the deck watching the wildlife (we saw 2 alligators in the pond). The condo is directly across from the large pool and just a short walk to the beach. Marilyn and Greg are very organized and provide everything you might need for your stay. The grocery store is just a short drive away. We look forward to staying here again sometime!

Family Beach Trip

This was a fantastic condo! Marilyn answered all questions and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The condo is well-stocked, the best we've ever rented! The walk to the beach is short and easy. The condo is very clean. The balcony is fantastic! We will definitely it rent again.

These guys have thought of everything

I’ve never stayed in a place where the hosts have gone to so much trouble to ensure their guests vacation with such ease! Inside the condo is immaculate, as if they were expecting the royal family. It’s so nice to be pampered when you travel! Plus, attractions and amusements are just fingertips away. We were principally in HH to play golf on the nearby courses but we also had time for walks on the beach (private access for condo guests and residents) tennis, and pickleball on the condo’s private courts. The complex also had 2 hugs pools but we visited in winter so they were closed. Marilyn and Greg went out of their way to check up and ensure we were enjoying every minute of our vacation. We are so happy to have been their guests and will definitely come again!!! The quality/price ratio is outstanding! Thanks for helping make our first trip to HH so unforgettable!

Exceptional Value

Our hosts were extremely accommodating and we had excellent communication. There were absolutely no issues and the rental is exactly as described. We were very comfortable and this unit was spotless upon our check in. House hold supplies were in place so we didn't have to check in and go immediately to do shopping for the essentials for the week. Very thoughtful. The beds were comfortable and ample sheets, towels and other essentials provided. Definitely a place to consider for a re-visit in the near future. Thank you!

Home from Home

Communication with Greg and Marilyn was fantastic. So quick to reply to any question Check in so easy at the manned gate Accommodation was so clean and so well stocked with all the essentials ( toilet roll,foil, clingfilm even washing detergent and dryer sheets. Everything was spotless and perfect for us 4 adults. We loved the outside space with lots of room Great views of the wildlife. Saw a family of raccoons, woodpeckers and Gabby the gator I have one negative comment and it’s related to the pool. The water is well maintained and clear it’s the pool lining. It really is in need of a retile. The edges are missing mortar in places and so rough. We saw several foot injuries from rough pool base. But this would absolutely not stop me coming back we had a fab time and you will not find a better condo

sweet space full of love and detail to being user friendly

Such care and detail and love poured into this comfy space! We had to buy a fan to move some air on the lovely patio, (it was August after all) which helped with the road noise too. Would be great if one were ready in the closet for this purpose. didn't have tv initially but the owners extremely responsive and fixed it asap. No fault of the owners but lots of foot traffic noise from the unit above.

Wonderful family time location

Unit is clean and spacious for 3 adults. Bathrooms were very clean and worked great. Walk to beach is short and private had plenty of room for setting up. Chairs were available for use at the beach. The best thing about our visit was contact by owners to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great.

Super Clean and Well-Appointed Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Marilyn and Greg's condo! Everything was very clean, comfortable and well organized. So many things that are usually on my packing list were provided (ziploc bags, tissues, hand soap, beach chairs, etc.). They've thought of everything and there are many hooks and clear surfaces to put your own belongings. Marilyn was a wonderful host and communicated regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Great condo and wonderful host/hostess!

We had a fantastic stay and the condo was perfect for our family of four. Tastefully decorated, very clean, and well equipped. Location was super convenient to the pool (right across from the building) and an easy walk to the beach! But it’s really the hostess, her warmth and the details that stand out beyond expectations. Marilyn checked in before, during and after to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and thoughtfulness are reflected in the details around the condo: from labeled light switches, to making red-light flashlights available for guests to look for turtles at night in the beach. She also makes sure guests have all the basics like trash bags, soap, detergent, and all the kitchen basics and then some. I forgot very personal items at the condo when we left and Marilyn has been super kind to coordinate a way to get them back. This is a first for me, but I’m relieved it happened at this property and hope to get my items back soon. Thank you Marilyn!

Perfect Experience!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The condo has been the best place that we have stayed in all of our trips to Hilton Head. It’s almost as though the host anticipated any need that you might have and had provisions there for you to use. The communication from the host was also above and beyond. You won’t be disappointed.

Best Condo we have ever stayed in.

This place is truly breath taking! The pictures are accurate but do not do the beauty justice. It had everything we needed and could think of. As if that wasn’t enough Greg and Marilyn are wonderful host! They heard the bugs were bad and ordered bug spray to stock their condo for us while we were there. Who does that?? So thoughtful and kind! And the bug spray saved us! I’ve never felt more at home on a condo than this one and all the credit goes to the wonderful host! Truly our best vrbo experience!!

Fiddlers Cove Vacation 2023

We had a wonderful family vacation! Marilyn’s condo was AMAZING! Beautiful view from the back deck and the cleanest rental that we have ever stayed in!!! She was great to work with, always responded quickly to all questions that we had! She supplies so many extras that most owners do not. It was so nice to not have to pack or purchase supplies such as foil, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent. She has it all there for you! We will definitely stay here again!!!
