Location is perfect, amenities are great, impeccably clean, host is responsive and available if assistance is needed. Our family loved our stay, the view, the proximity to the beach, the heated pool, hot tub, pool table, so much to do. Biked into town and around the island and walked on the beach for miles each way. House is well stocked no need to purchase household items, bath towels are thick and luxurious, welcome gifts are very thoughtful. Perfect spot on the island. We will definitely stay again when next in HH with all our kids, they loved it!

This is a fantastic house to stay in for a multi-generational group--our family had a wonderful week! We had family from 12-87 yrs old and there was always something for everyone--from bike rides on the beach, to hanging out in the hot tub or playing around the pool (and at the pool table!), not to mention beach access right out your back door! Marc and Paul are delightful, kind hosts who check in in-person to make sure you have what you need--it's a lovely personal touch! Their goal is clearly to make your stay a true, relaxing vacation. We would be delighted to stay in this home again and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun, laid-back holiday in Hilton Head!

The house was perfect for my family., 6 adults and 2 children and a dog! Plenty of rooms and lots of things for the kiddos to do. Time went by too quickly. Hope to return soon! The owners thought of everything, baby gates, high chair no detail was left out!Next time maybe 2 weeks!

Great house and attentive owner/manager!

Our family had a wonderful week at 91 Dune Ln. The house is incredibly well stocked with beach and pool items, as is the kitchen. Marc and Paul were lovely and easy to work with, and they addressed the few issues/questions we had promptly and graciously.

Everything was first class. The house was beautiful, the amenities were wonderful from the shampoo and conditioner that was provided to the water chairs and tent for the beach. All of our needs were meet ! It was a wonderful week for the whole family.

Great views. House has beach gear, beach toys, pool toys, beach chairs and towels, and bikes! We had an amazing wk with family! Marc and Paul are super nice and made sure we had all we needed. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location

This house has the ultimate location. Paul and Marc take a personal interest in assuring that guests are completely satisfied with all aspects of the property. Fun at the Beach

My family and I had a great time at the beach, swimming in the pool and riding our bikes to get ice cream. Marc, the owner, and Paul, the property manager, were extremely attentive and friendly. What a great place to create fun family memories.

Fun Family Thanksgiving

From the moment we booked this Thanksgivng week, all members of our party were happy and excited. The location is outstanding with shopping and activities a short distance away, the beach a few steps from the house, and the pool and hot tub at the bottom of the stairs. The ocean views were fantastic, the rooms (all but one with a view of the ocean) were spacious. Never did we feel crowded! The kitchen was well equipped and and easy for multiple cooks to work together. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and all other necessities right there. There was a stack, a stack of beach towels! The pool table was a constant enjoyment for both young and old. The addition of the outside fridge and the inside wine fridge were very much appreciated. The fact that our host, Marc, and house manager, Paul, seemed to be available 24/7 made our stay much better as our few needs were met immediately. We had a problem with one of the bikes (lots to select from) and I could not find the broom. Before you ask, the broom and dustpan are in the laundry room. (DUH!) Do not hesitate to book 91 Dune Lane for your family or group. You will love the time you spend in this wonderful vacation home. We were sad to leave and one of the grandsons asked if we could stay for another week.

A+ for Location, Communication and Household Goodies

Thanks to Marc and Paul for a great family vacation. Dune Lane is a perfect oceanfront setting, both private AND close to every activity you could want. Just a walk out the door to the lovely pool and a few steps further to our private path to the beach. Being an extremely hot week, we made great use of both. As far as the house, we lacked for nothing. There was every kitchen tool, outdoor grill and low country boil pot, plenty of seating indoors and out, lots of bath and beach towels, toiletries, laundry needs, bikes for all ages, toys for all inside and out, TVs. You name it, it was there! From the time we booked, communication with Paul was very smooth and immediate, The one small problem we had with a bed was addressed within the hour on a Sunday evening. No hesitation with it at all. It was great to meet Marc, Paul and Justin in person. All three are very friendly and informative. While not a mega mansion like so many in the area, 91 Dune Lane is a well-loved and comfortble home. Our stay was such fun and a truly enjoyable family getaway!

Could not have been better!

We rented this house for our parents 50th wedding anniversary and I am SO glad we found it! First of all, Mark and Paul were incredibly helpful before we even arrived. I was able to get recommendations for a local bakery and for a photographer and they gave us lots of details when we had any questions about the house or the amenities. And the amenities?? Amazing!! Everything you could need and some you might not have even thought about!! Bikes for the whole family, beach chairs, a beach tent for lots of shade, towels galore, great shower products, the list could go on and on and on and on… and I haven’t even talked about the house itself or the location!! Right on the beach, barely any walk at all other than over a tiny hill of sand! The ocean is RIGHT THERE!! And if you want a more relaxed type of water experience, a beautiful pool is there to swim in and a nice jacuzzi tub to enjoy as well! This stay was everything we had hoped for and more - absolutely beautiful views, especially from the private balcony. It was just amazing. Perfect. Do not look any further, book this place now before they fill up their dates!! You won’t be disappointed!

What a view!

We are a family group of 8 adults and 3 little ones. We had a great week. The kitchen has plenty of equipment and nice tableware. The pool is a good size and the beach is a very short walk from the house. The manager, Paul, and the owner were very welcoming and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent experience!

Our first Hilton Head experience. Loved it! Great location. Right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping at Coligny plaza. Very responsive and friendly host. Helpful with local recommendations. Amenities at the house were great (bikes, stroller, pool games, low country boil equipment, firewood, etc.). Definitely coming back!
