House was absolutely gorgeous and spotless when we arrived!! The location was great - we were able to walk to the beach in minutes and it was a lovely area. House was great for a large group - plenty of bathrooms and space. FYI that early check in/late check out is 108 per hour, which felt a little steep given check in wasn’t until 5pm and check out was 10am, but house was so spotless when we arrived I understand it. The house had lots of comfortable seating and a lovely outdoor pool space. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Thanksgiving at Hilton Head

This is a very lovely home - great space for a large family! Game room, bunk bed room and the hot tub/pool were big hits! The kitchen is well equipped! We did have internet issues which impacted email reception, television viewing and the functioning of some appliances (which were wi-fi connected). The staff were very responsive and tried to address the issue with very little success.

Great for Families

We had a wonderful time with our extended family at this property. The layout was great for families with small children, especially having the pool on the primary level rather than the ground level. There is a large kitchen and plenty of living space for everyone to spread out. It was a short walk to the beach and easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We would happily stay here again on a future trip.

OMG what a house

House was beautiful, well stocked with everything you would need. I would stay at this house again and again. Pool and deck are a great place to hang out after being on beach all day. Beach is a very short walk. Maintenance was very responsive with any of our questions. Well done !!

Perfect for our LARGE group

Great location. Huge house with great bedrooms and bathrooms. Super nice pool area and rec room. Quickly addressed small issues we had with shower drainage and mold on bathroom ceilings. Would definitely rent again.

Nice Location with issues

The property is lovely but we experienced a few hiccups during our stay. We booked for 7 days and we arrived there was no hot water in the home. I thought this would at least be checked prior to our arrival. Since it was 6 pm on a Saturday we had to wait until Sunday for a plumber to get hot water. Also, we paid for the hot tub to be heated but the water was not getting hot. They did send a service person on Monday and they were able to get the hot tub heated. Maintenance decided to retile the hot tub with a jackhammer during the day while we were on conference calls not sure why this couldn't be done when the home was empty. The smoke alarm battery died and resulted in additional noise during our conferences call. Overall, nice home rental company needs a checklist to ensure the property is in good order before the next guests arrive.

Family & Friends Labor Day Weekend Fun!

Our family & friends of 12 had an awesome mini-vacation in this beautiful home. It was a very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. When we were in the pool area, people were riding their biking and walking by the house. The warm hellos made you forget about what’s going on in this dark world. The house is well kept and spacious. The owner thought of every utensil, for my cooking family, in the kitchen area. We could not get the grill lit, but the chef’s kitchen allowed us to work it out. The elevator is a plus. We all were too claustrophobia to use it, anyway. There is a tv in every room. The younger crowd watched movies, the guys watched sports, and the older ladies watched old series of “Power.” When it was time to eat everybody sat at the table to enjoy in the feast. It was easy entrance into the house, but to check-out Alexa was a challenge to do so as instructed. Overall, we had a marvelous time. The Faulks Friends & Family Labor Day weekend!!!

Amazing Trip

My family had such an amazing stay at this home. It was everything we expected and more. From the pool, to the spa, to the game room to the close vicinity to the beach...this was the absolute best home for my family. We had a minor issue with the pool being heated but maintenance resolved it within 30 minutes of us arriving. We were very pleased and I would encourage any family to stay here. You will not regret it!!!!

Perfect place to retreat to in COVID

You can’t be a brand new beach house! This house was even better than we expected. It is so well designed and decorated. The porch, pool and hot tub right off the main floor made for the ultimate in relaxation and ease of use. The Kitchen and great room where perfect for dinners in. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook with. The game room was a wonderful bonus. The location is very close to the beach which made daily walks to see the sunrise so easy. We paid the extra to heat the hot tub and it was worth every penny. We used it everyday. If you are looking for a wonderful home to stay in during COVID - this house is the ultimate family retreat!!

Hilton head vacation

This was an awesome house the everything was spotless when we arrived customer care was great we used the grill every day kitchen was very well supplied bathrooms were well supplied Pool was just great and the hot tub was just awesome the garage area is large enough for lots of storage plus vehicle if you want to our overall experience was nothing short of awesome our only problem was our vacation ended to fast 🙂we would recommend this house to anyone interested in a vacation to Hilton head Island 🌴 we hope to do a repeat sometime in the future
