The house was the perfect size for 12 women. The kitchen was fully stocked except for kitchen towels. We had terrible weather so couldn’t enjoy the pool but we would have. The location was amazing. The house was a little dirty and a lot of the blinds in the bathrooms and bedrooms were broken. Those need to be replaced.

Excellent Vacation Rental

My family and I stayed at this property during New Year’s 2024/2025. We had two families of four and had plenty of space! The spa and pool were perfect and would be ideal year-round. The home was well appointed with all the amenities you would expect of a top notch vacation rental.We would recommend staying at this property to a friend.Property manager was excellent! We only contacted them one time on a Sunday afternoon and they immediately answered the phone and took care of our issue.

Our family vaca 22 .

The home is nice but certainly outdated. Could use some upgrades. Cleaning definitely was lacking . Trash was still there for days from the previous tenant. I actually got warnings about somebody else’s trash. Floor was dirty. Fridge was filthy. Food particles all over the utensils in the drawers etc. Nice home but a little let down.

Perfect Fall Break Getaway

This is our second year renting this home and it has proven perfect for our family each time. The layout enables adults and kids to have their own areas while having enough main level space to accommodate everyone for meals and family hangouts. The home is well-appointed for dining in and has incredible outdoor space (pool/spa/bbq). The location is perfect - just a 2-mile bike to Harbortown and roughly the same to South Beach. Having the Beach Club around the corner is a bonus as well. The communication throughout the booking journey with the management company was terrific and any issues we had were immediately addressed. It made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. We look forward to our next Sea Pines visit!

Spring break vacay

House size was great for our group of 10. Overall, the house was great, despite a few minor issues that were dealt with quickly by the property manager. Other than needing some deep cleaning, and TLC, my only other wish would be that there was a way to get into the house through the garage instead of having to walk to front door from the beach. We had a great time.

Great stay at Beach Lagoon!

This house was tailor made for our group. We had master and adult child and spouse in the 2 bedrooms on the west end, family of 4 (2 adults and 2 little ones in the 2 bedrooms on the east end of downstairs and 2 teen girls in the double queen room upstairs and 3 boys in the bunkroom upstairs. Plenty of room for all,. Never cowded.

Great house, great location, 5 stars!

The house is fully equipped with all you need for a great vacation. We especially appreciated the separate ice maker and second fridge. Some highlights: - Easy access time the beach - natural gas grill - great hot tub - nice linens; very nice towels - separate “kids” area upstairs complete with TV lounge area - Keurig, and a Mr. Coffee If you book this house, - bring an Additional sheet pan if you need more than one - bring a cocktail shaker - bring your Bluetooth speaker 😁 I Highly recommend this home.
