House is perfect! It’s our second time staying in this development and it’s a wonderful location, a short walk to the beach, short drive to all the stores. Kids loved the heated pool, hot tub, and ping pong.

Rundown and has a much smaller feel than pictures make it appear.

The house was very run down with broken towel racks and trash under the furniture upon arrival. Bean bags had food and stains from wear and tear. We also had 2 birds living in the loft and guest room- there was bird poop all over in random parts of the house—we were able to rescue them before management arrived. The most concerning part of our stay were the VERY shaky bunks that should not be used as they are unstable and dangerous to get on. The lack of sleeping area made it difficult for our teenagers to sleep as they had to move to the floor and couch. The blankets had dog and human hairs of all lengths and colors. We ended up buying our own blankets and slept on the sofa. It was not the best experience but the location was great. Management did try to tighten the bolts on the bunks but it did not seem to work as the entire bed unit would still shake just less. They also replaced 2 of the beanbags with chairs the first day. If you decide to use the same company for golf carts make sure you don’t get bait and switched by their marketing saying that pick up would be on the morning of departure. They were very adamant that they wanted the carts back the night before despite the email they send prior to arrival stating the terms they change it upon receipt.

Excellent vacation

This house was awesome!! It was so nice having the pool with the TV. We spent a lot of time outside at night. House had everything you needed. Walkable to beach. We rented bikes and biked everywhere. If you are looking to stay in Hilton Head this is the place to stay!

Amazing property

The house had all The amenities that we needed for our stay. Having a pool under the house was so relaxing for the kids, no need to worry about applying sun screen every couple hours. Short drive to the beach. The kids loved the neighborhood, great for scootering and walks. Very close to the arcade and putt putt course.

Great property and great location!

This is an excellent property in close proximity to the beach. The house has everything you could want including a covered pool to help you keep cool out of the blazing heat! House was very clean and inviting. Would highly recommend for others!

lovely home

the home was lovely, just as the pictures show. we were a little surprised by how much noise there was early in the morning each day. the house does not have a great view, but having a heated pool was our main goal since we were there in the spring.

Amazing house and location! Can not wait to visit again! Walking to the beach and having the mini golf/arcade right next door was such a perk! The pool was the best as the kids used it every day. One of the best places we have stayed at in Hilton Head.

This house was perfect for our 4 family vacation. There are a LOT of stairs so be aware of that, but all of us could handle that! Great location and great set-up!

Amazing, will definitely stay again

This rental was beautiful--spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was awesome, and it was nice to have it shaded. My only critique of the pool was that there was no railing so my elderly father struggled to walk down the stairs of the pool without assistance. The grill and patio area was perfect, the outdoor shower was nice to use after the beach, and the downstairs refrigerator was great for our beverages. The rooms were beautiful--mattresses were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and plenty of towels. We could not have been happier. My 6 year old niece loved her little loft area with the bunk beds, stuffed animals, and TV area. The area was perfect. We rented a golf cart and used that daily to get to the beach, and we were about 5 minutes from the whole foods, Kroger, and fireworks/kids concerts. Will come back again for sure!

Fun, Fun, Fun

The house was beautiful and perfect for our 4 generation family. It was awesome that there were all the beach toys and wagons necessary for our treks to the beach and we loved swimming in the pool in the afternoons and evenings. It was a perfect location for a family vacation.
