Family vacation with 5 teenagers, house dynamics were perfect. The teenagers had the upstairs and adults downstairs. Kitchen was great for cooking for a bunch of people. The pool was better than expected and the fooseball table and ping pong table kept the kids entertained all night. Only downside was the beach access was flooded, but we were able to still make it work. Best house yet at HHI.

This is a great property for a family vacation. The proximity to the beach as well as the private pool were hits with our group. The living/family/kitchen space are wonderful and there are ample bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The game tables in the garage were a pleasant surprise. Access to nearby Hilton Head attractions is easy, but we especially liked the quiet neighborhood feel of this location. We saw 2 opportunities for improvement. First would be the condition of the outdoor grill. It was quite dirty with grease buildup which prevented us from using it. Second would be the bed in the master. The mattress is not great and is so high that a petite person has trouble getting up onto the bed. Aside from those 2 items, we loved our time on Laurel Lane and would highly recommend it to others looking to spend quality time with their family.

Wonderful house in the heart of Hilton Head

This property was wonderful - plenty of space to accommodate our 12 guests. The house was very clean and well maintained. The only complaint we had was that the kitchen is not very well stocked with serving dishes and large pots and pans. The knives were very dull so if you are cooking, I would bring your own from home. And the can openers provided were not functional so I would bring one of those as well.

Wonderful!

Great stay, was perfect for my bachelorette party. SO close to the beach. The best part was that all the rooms were extremely comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom, which was much appreciated. My only pieces of feedback are that 1) some parts of the house could use some slight updates, like grates coming off the heaters and the back deck being old and splintery and 2) we paid for pool heating but the pool was still pretty cold overall. Still, this was a 5-star property and all my guests raved about how wonderful the house was! Not to mention the unbeatable location!

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our large family. The pool was great and loved cooking our meals in the gourmet kitchen. Location was perfect with easy access to the beach and a short bike ride to activities and shopping.

Friends reunion gathering

Beautiful home in a great location and very short walk to the beach. The finishes in the home were lovely and the furniture comfortable. Just a few minor things like bathroom paper holders, towel holders need fixed, or replaced. Front door a bit tricky to lock and unlock as it needs pushed and pulled a bit to operate successfully. Overall lovely rental and I highly recommend!

Great house in a perfect location and easily accommodated our group of 15.

We had problems with no hot water from almost the whole house. Not resolved because of holidays. Very inconvenient. Fan in bunk room couldn’t be used without the light. Many windows had broken latches. Fire pit amenity rusted out. Floor registers in kitchen and dining loose and hazardous. No advertised smoker. WiFi poor and TV in one bedroom unavailable. Once these issues are resolved it will be a 5 star property.

Family vacation

The property was beautiful! It is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Every bedroom has it’s own beautiful bathroom, which is essential for our large family. The common area was great for meals, watching TV and playing games. The kitchen was well appointed and large enough for several of us to prepare food and cook together. The property manager was courteous and attentive. It was a wonderful vacation!

Me and my friends really enjoyed this house. We loved the outdoor area with the pool and hot tub, as well as the awesome kitchen and living room. The walk to the beach was nice and made it very easy to enjoy all aspects of our stay.
