It was a nice trip. Nice and clean home throughout. It didn’t get a five star because the lounge chairs near the pool were pretty dirty and stained. Also there is no light near the grill area so that area is pitch black dark at night. We couldn’t grill after dark or hang out in that area and the family likes to hang out outside. There are lots of stairs to consider. I didn’t mind it but we had some older people with us that didn’t like it. There is an elevator to use.

We had such a wonderful spring break with the kids. The kids lived in the pool and we walked down to the beach a few times. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Having a second fridge downstairs was very convenient. We would love to come back.

The property is beautiful. Looks just like the images. Rental agency was great, we needed help with the WiFi but other than that, we had no issues. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful stay. It was It was a nearly perfect place for the group we had (13 people, ages 5-75). Plenty of bedrooms, tv and Rokus set up in every room, including the pool. The kitchen was a well stocked with lots of pots, pans, glasses, plates and silverware. The listing was very accurate up to and including all the beach items available; lots of towels, beach and bath provided. There were no issues with cleanliness, not a bug to be found inside. The elevator instructions seemed daunting when you get them but it was easy to operate and very helpful for those on the top floor and our senior family members. The pool area was amazing with a lot of places to sit and hang out. The walk to the beach was nearly as described; if you are dragging a bunch of stuff or kids/seniors it’s closer to 15 minutes, but very manageable for those who are able. The only issues were a couple soft spots in the floor on the main level, most notably in the downstairs bedroom that need attention. The only real issue was the grill, when it was used the grease from the previous uses caught fire and you had to wait for it to go out. The grease trap was also completely full. We would suggest a covering for the windows/door on the first level. It is a big window and it feels like the world could see in. These are super minor and did not in anyway impact how much we enjoyed our stay. Mike was very responsive and helpful when I reached out. If you’re on the fence, book it, it was almost perfect.

The house was immaculate upon arrival and so roomy that we each felt like we had our own quiet space to unwind and reset. It was close to many things to do and the weather was perfect! We would stay in this house again for another weekend getaway! Thank you for a truly peaceful and wonderful stay.

Our family of 3 generations ages 2 to 89 absolutely loved our stay. Everything was just as pictured and the house was absolutely spotless.The heated pool was a big hit with the great grandkids as well as the older “kids”. The elevator was definitely a plus and made life easier. Any minor issues we encountered were quickly resolved. Highly recommend

Our family had a great time in Hilton Head. There were a lot of us and plenty of room. The house was clean and inviting and we were not far from the beach. Renting golf carts was fun also.

My family and I were in town for a beach wedding. The house was Gorgeous and fully stocked and set up for a great time. Conveniently located to any and everything you might need. Would 100 percent stay again. Quick responses and resolutions with property manager.

I have never had a family vacation experience with any service like this so perfect, ever! Sea Turtle Vacations was beyond expectations in regards to the home, accessibility and communication. Everything was perfect, and only a few questions that we had were addressed immediately by quick communication and response. How anyone could have anything negative to say about this property is beyond us. We had 14 adults and 2 children and the home was perfect, clean, plenty of everything and it was so close to all activities. Golf nearby, Bike rentals through Breeze bikes was amazing. Pickup and drop-off was flawless and adding more and getting an extension was addressed immediately. Beach access was simple by foot or on bikes and all beach accessories were provided and in good shape. Can't recommend this property enough. One suggestion, some lighting near the grill for after dark cooking. Loved everything! Tom & Melissa

Property in great shape, lots of beach towels and beach chairs, incredibly nice outside seating area by pool and in side yard with fantastic grille. Nice TV’s and seating areas inside in kitchen and family room plus swinging hanging chairs on bedroom balconies. 10 minute walk to beach, also great place to bike ride from to nearby attractions like local brew pubs. Highly recommend this house!
