Very nice property. The house could be a little cleaner overall. The outside stair to the lagoon must be fixed. I was almost following down when I stepped down. The steps are sloping down. In overall my family enjoyed the stay very much.

Great place for families

We enjoyed family meals in the kitchen and thought the location was nice. Easy to get to the beach and the bike trails. The view of the pond was nice during morning coffee. It was a little tricky getting the TVs figured out, but we got it sorted. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Overall, a great place for families to grab a little beach time together.

Nice house… disappointed with Island Rentals

The house was very nice. Some tired finishes as others have said but it serves the purpose fine for a vacation. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Only issue we had was when Island rentals called me an hour before we arrived and tried to get me to pay a $250 pet fee that was not disclosed anywhere on vrbo nor by Island Rentals when I talked with them and made their required prepayment for the entire rental 30 days before arrival. I didn’t think it was right so I refused to pay it and they basically just called me a jerk and hung up on me. My family has been renting houses in Sea Pines since I was a kid and we’ve never had someone treat us like that. So.. loved the house but will steer clear of this property management company in the future.

Convenient pet friendly stay

Nice place with easy bike/walk access to beach. Our family including our furry child enjoyed our time at HHI. there was an issue with AC which was eventually fixed but required us to be at the house for some precious beach time...

Great little getaway

Nice, spacious, clean home on quiet street. Last minute family trip to Hilton Head for a refresh on the ocean. Close to beach and activities. Bikes and chairs were used daily. Quiet yard and great for barbecuing

Great as always

This was our second time staying at this property and hopefully not the last. We love chilling on the deck and walking to the beach for the day. Couldn’t ask for a better week even with having rain a few days. We absolutely love this house and Hilton Head

Great home and location

We really enjoyed our stay in this bright, clean and inviting home. Bedrooms were roomy, great closets and common areas were spacious too. Loved seeing wildlife from kitchen/den and relaxing on back deck was so peaceful. Biked everywhere and walk to beach was so easy too. Suggestions would be to upgrade light switches, provide coffee filter and consider new mattresses. They were clean just not very supportive. House was great for our dog too-thank you!

Great house, great location for family vacation!

We really loved this house and this area of Sea Pines! House was very spacious with all 3 BR spread out and all with their own bathrooms. Huge kitchen, master bathroom, laundry room and garage for the bikes - that were provided with the rental. Walking distance to most uncrowded beach area in Sea Pines. Easy bike rides to South Beach, Harbortown and Beach Club. We look forward to staying there again!!

Fees make up 45% of booking

House was great, but the property manager fees are expensive. When I said that on the phone to them, they said ‘well, it is what it is’. I’m currently planning another trip to the area and told them I probably won’t choose this house due to high fees…she “ok” and hung up. I hope the owner realizes the level of customer service they get with this property management company Island Rentals of Hilton Head. Of course, with fees like that, you don’t need to rent the house as much to still make solid profits.

Nice house in Sea Pines

This is a great place for a family to stay. Large rooms. Convenient to beach and pool, but still in a quiet and secluded location. Communication with property management was quick, efficient, and accurate.

Nice place, great view of pond, close to beach

Pretty easy to find after getting Sea Pines pass off site. Well maintained, shortish walk to beach. Bikes, chairs etc were nice add on. Close to Harbor Town, good restaurants etc. Note; my son is a chef and cooked steelhead trout on a cast iron skillet one night in the oven setting off the smoke alarm. DON'T! It's really, really loud and even after calling the rental company and attempting a reset-nothing worked to shut it off. It did eventually shut off but wow, it sucked. We used the grill after that, which was fine. Nice place for families with pets, A++

It was a great property. Our only complaint is that we told someone that was there doing a repair when we got there that there were numerous centipedes there and he said it would be taken care of, but it never was.

Bruno visits Hilton Head

We liked the closeness to the beach. The house had dirt and hair under the beds. The worse part was the furniture (couches and chairs) were so very uncomfortable. It was hard to relax. We left a day early. We enjoyed the beach and walking paths.
