A place to call home at HHI!

Our family, from 11 months old to a 70 year old, had a wonderful stay in this condo. The kitchen was large enough for several of us to work at one time, super clean,and all the beds were comfy.It was a real plus being so close to the pool area. Only thing I would recommend is that the first aid kit at the pool be updated, there were no Band-Aids in it whatsoever. Luckily, we had some back in the unit and that is an easy thing to correct. Thanks for a great first trip to Hilton Head Island.

Relax in Quiet Comfort!

Spacious unit with plenty of room for six adults. Very clean with comfortable furniture and stylish decor. Comfortable beds! Pool is right out the back door. Nice outdoor patio but mosquitoes were extra bad in the grassy interior courtyard so if you are going to be outside, choose pool or beach! Coligny is 15-20 minute walk. Kitchen is large and well stocked with starter cleaning supplies and cookware. No storage containers though, so plan to bring your own for leftovers.

College Reunion with Girlfriends

The first floor property was nicely appointed and in a great location to Sea Pines, Coligny and many restaurants. The condo was very clean, up to date and comfortable. Added features were beach towels, bathrooms off each bedroom and close proximity to the pool. There was no noise, however the complex appeared to be full of cars. Unequivocally, I would rent this propert again!

Surprise

On 3rd day..master developed a shower pipe leak...coastal vacationa moved us to really nice location...gave us 2 golf rounds...100 in gift cards...10 % money return . Worked out nice

Clean & comfortable

Great location;clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided. We were a group of senior ladies and found all the throw rugs a tripping hazard.Patio door doesn’t lock so you needed to use the pvc pipe in the track. Need instructions for tv operation. Overall a wonderful condo and we will definitely book again.

Great location!

My family really enjoyed this condo and location! The pool is right outside the back screen door (I would add a picture of the pool to the listing). There was one big pool and a 1ft deep baby pool. Lots of chairs, tables and umbrellas. Great for families with kids who want to put a baby down for a quick nap and then still enjoy the pool. A very short walk to a kids park. Coligney area is across the street from the park and the beach parking. This property also has a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, two wagons, pool noodles,and more! (I would also add a picture of this to your listing too!) The only problem we ran into were very tiny ants on the kitchen counter every now and then. So I would recommend not leaving any food out on the countertops. Overall fantastic property with three bedrooms and three bathrooms! We will definitely want to come back to this property and area in Hilton head.

Great Condo

This was a great condo. It was about a 10 min walk to colligny and the beach. There is a great park across the street with a lot for the kids to do. The rooms were great and a large kitchen with plenty of room in the living areas. It has 3 full bathrooms which is nice on a beach trip. The house provides charging ports at every bed side which was nice. There’s a full in unit laundry room. And my favorite part, this is a hop and skip to the pool that’s basically in the back yard!! It was a great pool as well with a good size kitty pool that’s a foot deep and the pool was 8ft! Overall, this was fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

Perfect for our family and perfect location

The unit was clean and comfortable. It was perfect location for walking to surrounding area and perfect location to the pool. We loved it and will be back. Check in and communication was so easy.

Perfect Stay in a Convenient Location

Wonderful!

The property was well maintained. The home was very comfortable and spacious with beautiful decor. We loved the counter space in the kitchen as well as king beds. It was very inviting and our crew enjoyed the stay.

Great location. Family friendly neighborhood. Lots of things to do

Bathroom vanities and kitchen cabinets need updating. Master bedroom mattress could be replaced. Overall great location, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Management company was super responsive to our few problems.

Lovely beach property

Lovely property with beautiful beach decor. Appreciated gift bag with water and snacks! TVs were great and kitchen had all conveniences. Loved being just outside the pool gate. A wonderful vacation!

Some minor issues

The tub had a leak and a shower handle was broken - but those things are fixable. I wish there were recycle bins BUT overall the property is great. Perfect in almost every way for our family of 5. Great access to the pool, beach and town. We will be back.
