Holiday Vacation

This was easily the best experience we've had renting a house for vacation. From the timeliness of communication, the ease of check-in, the location of the property, the cleanliness of the house, the amenities provided by the host, and the simplicity of check-out, everything was absolutely outstanding. I could not rate this location higher and I look forward to returning to this location for future vacations.

Wonderful Vacation House!

We stayed here for a week with our family of 5 and one set of grandparents. It was a beautiful house, very well stocked and in a perfect location. I really liked the short walk to the beach with the wagon, beach toys and umbrellas that were provided. The pool was great and the kids loved getting up and going swimming. There’s nothing more I could have asked for an truly loved this vacation house. We hope to come back again next year.

Scaup Court is our favorite home on Hilton Head Island! Beautiful home, amazing location!

Spotless, well stocked, beautifully decorated, amazing location right across the street from the beach and also close to Harbor Town and Salty Dog Cafe. Private outdoor pool and patio. Our family has stayed at several really nice homes with also with great locations close to the beach on Hilton Head Island. The BestNest Beverly Serral Scaup Court home is our absolute favorite! Was very impressed with the attention to detail and the amount of basic supplies stocked in the home for us to use. Plenty of hand soap, Dove shampoo & conditioner, beach towels, linens, extra pillows, blankets, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, large beach umbrellas, wagon to make going back and forth to the beach super easy, basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar, other spices, ziplocks, saran wrap, dish washer soap, etc.). Really I can't say enough about this home! It is fantastic and we will definitely stay here again!

Simply wonderful. We'll be going back. The sitting room off of the master is AWESOME. Pool is great. If you don't mind being so deep into Sea Pines, this place is for you.

Great house, great location

The house was perfect for our needs. Very well stocked - beach chairs, boogie board, pool floats, cleaning supplies, beach towels. I’ve never seen a house so we’ll stocked. The pool was so convenient to have right there. And easy walk to the beach. We had a great time.

Girls Weekend Getaway

Great quaint property with lots of interior light and spacious rooms. The location is ideal being within walking distance to the both the beach and Salty Dog. The property was beautifully appointed with everything one needs for a beach vacation, right down to an extra cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. Truly, lovely accommodations. The only thing we were disappointed about was the size of the pool area. The pictures make it seem deceptively large. It is in fact a rather small pool for the number of guests in the house. Also, the side by side fridge/freezer was positioned in a way that made it nearly impossible to fit anything inside the freezer size. An over under would solve this problem. We could barely slide an ice tray in the door opening and a frozen pizza narrowly made it inside. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Everything was top notch about this rental home and property management company. You can't go wrong with this house and it's location and the team is very responsive. The minor issues we had were addressed and I couldn't be happier with the decision to rent here.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Hilton Head. This property was clean, in a great location, decorated with nice furniture, stocked well and it was so nice to have the basics provided like laundry detergent, soaps in the bathrooms (and not the tiny hotel size, but normal sized and even liquid hand soap), paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. The garage was well stocked with everything we needed from plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler and a cart to tote it all in to the beach. The beach towels were large and plentiful as well. Being a family of 6, we only stay in homes when we travel and have stayed in many around the county and this was one of our favorite homes. We highly recommend staying here!

Even better than expected.

We are frequent VRBO users and this was once of the cleanest and most comfortable homes we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. The property is even nicer than it looks, in a terrific location and has everything you need (even beach chairs). We will be back again!

Beautiful Property!!

Overall this was a beautiful property in a VERY nice gated community. It was everything we were needing and expecting for our short vacation getaway with the kids. The house is absolutely gorgeous and I love how we all had our own space. I definitely recommend this property for a family of four or for (3) couples looking to getaway!

5 Star Recommend

We stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend. Beverly Serral's team was amazing to work with, from reservation adjustments with Lizette, to hurricane accommodations with Beverly and Darlene, we will be staying at their properties again. This house was updated, impeccably clean, filled with all amenities for adults and kids. We had three children with us and between the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach, this place was a dream! Deff recommend this property and rental group
