We recently stayed at this beach house in Hilton Head from July 5th to July 12th, and overall, it was a fantastic experience for our family of 8. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, and the neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing, making it ideal for our family vacation.The house was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the living areas were cozy and inviting. The private pool was a hit with the kids, and the deck was a great place to unwind, enjoy the view, and have family meals outdoors.That said, there are a few things that could make the property even better. The pool would benefit from having handrails near the steps, especially for older guests or those who might need a little extra support. Additionally, the deck area can get slippery when wet, so a more slip-resistant surface would be a helpful safety upgrade. A ceiling fan in the deck area would also be a great addition to help with airflow during the hotter days.Despite these small issues, we had a wonderful time, and the house was a great fit for our family. With just a few upgrades, it would be an even more perfect getaway. We’d definitely consider returning for another family trip!

Relax & Restore!

We stayed at this property with our two kids and friends who also have two kids. Before check-in, all communication was timely and concise. The listing was as described. The property was very clean with plenty of clean towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels for use. Communication with the property management was easy and efficient while we were there. We had one small issue upon arrival and they took care of it promptly. The location of this property was perfect. We were right off the beach and within walking distance of Coligny Plaza. We had PLENTY of room for our two families. We could not have asked for a better stay and will definitely rent from this property management company and this location again!

This property is a 10!

We had the absolute best time at this beautiful property. The management company was extremely available and proactive for anything we could need. The home is newly updates and very comfortable for out two families. So many bathrooms that everyone was able to have privacy. The porch with view of the ocean was incredible. The beach is literally steps away gorgeous! I feel like we got an incredible deal renting this property and will defintely be back!

Everything was perfect

This house is amazing! The space, the location, the amenities were everything we wanted and needed. There is a perfect view of the ocean from upstairs, and we were able to watch the sunrise every morning. It was a great size for 3 families. If we could have, we would have stayed much longer. No complaints at all. Great communication and understanding of property requirements. We were able to check in early, too. We would happily stay here again.

Overall excellent

Overall excellent. Second year in a row staying here. A couple glitches, garbage disposal stopped working half way through the week, lots of mosquitos by the pool, we asked the pool to be heated during the week but it never ended up happening

Great week

We had a siblings family reunion and loved this house. The close distance to the beach is great and we hopped into the pool several times per day. We also loved being able to walk to Coligny plaza for dinner and ice cream and basically didn't need our car all week long. The house was clean with lots of space and everything as advertised or better.

Three Generations Hilton Head Beach Trip

The house at 28 Dune Ln. was perfect for our family beach trip. The house was spacious and well appointed. It was extremely clean when we arrived and check in could not have been easier. The location was perfect! We had ocean views from the balcony, an easy walk to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool and biking in the area and to the plaza. We had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation.

I've already shared info on this house with two friends!

The house is even better than the pictures! Our group included a 1 1/2 year old and 4 1/2 year old, their parents and us. This is such a pretty house, beautiful views of the water, great location with easy access to Coligny Park. The kitchen is fully stocked and easy to work in. The living room was comfy and cool. We were so happy to have such a beautiful master bedroom away from the other bedrooms. The four bedrooms down stairs were really well planned for multiple families. The only concern for our family was that the stairs were so open, with a 1 1/2 year old and 4 1/2 year old, we had to be very diligent about where they were in the space. Happily no incidents! For slightly older families, or multiple couples this house is fantastic. We had a great vacation.

Far exceeded our expectations!

I don't often write reviews, let alone give maximum stars, but we couldn't have been more pleased with 28 Dunes Ln! Location to the beach across the street and Coligny Plaza couldn't be better. View was amazing. And the pictures didn't do justice to how nice the house, pool, and view were. Far exceeded our expectations. We had two very minor issues when we checked in (a couple lights not working and one drain) that we could've easily overcome. Nevertheless, we left a message with Beachside Getaways, and they were prompt, professional, and quickly took care of even those issues. As were all my questions before going. I couldn't recommend this house more highly. You truly don't need to bring anything but yourselves and what you want on the beach. Everything we needed was there, and more. Effortless and stress free is an understatement.

Great House - Great View

Best house that I have rented on HHI. The house is in great shape and well configured for a family. The ocean views from the porch are fantastic; the porch table makes a perfect outdoor office during the day and great wind down spot in the evening. The pool is just right for relaxing before or after taking a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

Great 2nd Row Option with New Furniture

The view is really great from the 3rd floor from the porch. You have great access to the beach right across the street. The management company's communication was the best I have had with a rental.
