Steps from the beach

Once you leave the back deck, you are pretty much on the beach. 5 stars just for that. The rest was just a huge bonus. All bedrooms had an attached bath, and each room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is perfect if you like to cook, or there is a beach shack 3 doors down that was fast and delicious. Communication with the rental company was fast and courteous. This is a beautiful home, and we enjoyed a relaxing vacation. Drawbacks, if you have toddlers, the staircase will give you heart palpitations. Gorgeous circular stairs that would be hard to block. Also, as of 6/15/24, there is construction going on next door. This didn’t bother us a bit, but it was loud at times. Lastly, the dining table is huge and round. It will fit a large family to eat, but we couldn't reach to play games around it. But with the game room upstairs, there is plenty of other things to entertain.

Awesome!!

Perfect property. We used for a Business Retreat and everything was as the description listed. Loved how close it was to the beach, just steps. Wish the master bedrooms had better mattresses as all of the other rooms. Vacations of Hilton Head were awesome! Had a wonderful time!!

Find another spot. Disappointed and Disgusted

We were repeat vacationers and while our 1st time was great this second time will be our last. 2 days after we check out we received a charge for $500 because of counter top scratches that were not there at the time of “their” arrival inspection. It’s almost a week later and we still have not been provided with a copy of this arrival inspection or photos to support these scratches weren’t there at our arrival. We never completed nor were ever asked to complete our own arrival inspection but now all of a sudden property management completed an arrival inspection and they come up with damages. The property has stopped responding to my request which is beyond unprofessional and yes I will be telling everyone who will listen to not vacation here. While the property is nice it’s not worth the hassle. The honesty transparency and professionalism on how this was handled is disgusting to say the least. There’s a row of these houses on this street. Pick a different one! I’m giving 1 stars for Accuracy of online listing because arrival inspections should be included. 1 star for communication with property manager because they’ve stopped responding. 1 star for check in process because it should include an arrival inspection especially if they can make up one later and charge you. 2 stars for cleanliness because of these scratches and 5 stars on location because it is a great location and I’m fair. 1 star overall.

Magnificent Beach house!

Wonderful location and amenities at this large and spacious beach home. All the necessary items in the home minus any comnsumables. Not to worry. Whole foods and Krogers very close and accesible. Stop by Costco and pick up chairs on the way in and you'll be set. You will have a wonderful vacation form this home base and will not want to leave!

Excellent location and the best home we have stayed in at this location. Modern throughout. Beautifully decorated. Great appliances with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and also be together for cooking and meals.

Incredible Family Home!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the home, the location of the home and our time together. The beach was quite large and somewhat private compared to other resort locations. We would recommend this home to families looking to unwind and to simply enjoying your time together.

Do not rent from these people

Vacation Home of Hilton Head is NOT an honest company to use for buying or renting a property. You’re better off renting directly through a reputable company without fake positive reviews. Be aware that if you rent with this company, chances are you will be in the loop for your security deposit or likely be charged additional fee once you leave – that’s seems to be a common complaint from others. I rented a property through this company and only to discover after a clean walkthrough before leaving, this company still accused my family of furniture damages, even after we showed pictures documenting the damages, we noticed on the day we arrived on the property. To make things worse, I later found that they were overcharging for the rental property by as much as 30%! Seems like there’s a pattern of false accusations with other guests. The house was unclean, and the AC unit on the fourth floor did not work during our entire stay. When we asked for assistance, this company did nothing to assist. What a scamming company! DO NOT take the chance – I wish we were warned before making such a major mistake.

Beautiful ocean property

This home is gorgeous! We recently stayed at 27 Singleton Pl. and loved every part of this home. Location is perfect, home is extremely clean and located on a wonderful stretch of beach. It's close to shopping and activities. Management made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We will be back!!

Beautiful home and great location

The house is spotless! Everything is thought of in this beautiful spacious home with six master bedroom suites. The pool is perfect size and it overlooks the ocean. There is a pool table upstairs and there are 4 additional bunk beds there as well, if you have kids with you. There is a tiki bar next door if you don't feel like going out for drinks/food. Very clean and the beds are all comfortable. Our group of 8 friends didn't miss anything while staying there. We will be back again!

Great Vacation Home

We rented this home over Christmas break and there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy! 2nd and 3rd floors have masters with private balcony that’s great for privacy. The home was clean and updated. The dishes were dated but we used a lot of our own. The elevator didn’t work much which was a pain for the ones who needed assistance going up and down the stairs. Overall everyone had a great time.
