Perfect Family Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this Sea Pines condo. Location was awesome. We walked with our kids in strollers to Harbour Town and Lawton Stables. Pool proximity was great for spontaneous swims and the view was great for a glass of wine at night. Room was spacious and clean. We did find one acetaminophen pill that did not belong to us on the bedroom floor just tucked out of sight but within reach of our crawling infant. We understand things like this can happen, but it’s scary and I’m glad I caught it. We would stay here again and can’t wait for our next trip back to HHI.

Great Location & Property

This condo is a great spot for a small family to enjoy Sea Pines. The property is spacious and has plenty of living space in addition to good sized rooms. Kitchen and dining area are well stocked with large windows overlooking the pool area. It is nice to be on the top floor of the building from a noise perspective. In our opinion, the extra flight of stairs is well worth the payoff of high ceilings and absence of neighbors above.

Great location and comfortable

This apartment was walking distance to a shopping center within sea pines where you can get breakfast, lunch, dinner. A short bike ride to beach and to harbor town where you can find more restaurants and shopping - and access to boating activities. Pool was very clean and a few steps from apartment. Inside the apartment was well maintained, and very clean. Fully stocked with everything you need for stay (including beach chairs towels and a few kids toys) and a welcome basket - lovely touch. Beds comfortable. It was really a great place. It’s on 3rd floor, no elevator, so those that have trouble with stairs may find it challenging. We Would stay here again - great size for my husband and I and 2 kids.

Perfect Location and Well Stocked

The location was perfect for access to all the amenities of Sea Pines! The condo had everything we needed, so we didn't have to make a huge grocery run for all the items, like dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, zip lock baggies - you name it and it was there. We will be back.

Very nice accomadations for 4 people. Nice view. Every bit of the space was utilized, not an overly spacious unit, but very functional. Though it was not a problem for us, this unit was on the third floor, steps the only option to the unit and that was not mentioned in the description of this condo. Too many pillows on the beds

Summer Vacation

Photos of property looked the same as in person. Condo very clean, updated attire. Umbrella was bent and not usable for beach but did notify office of issue. They offered to bring new one out however we had already identified alternative options. Location very quiet. Close to harbor town and beach access on bike path. wonderful place.

Wonderful property

This was one of the cleanest and most up-to-date VRBOs I’ve ever rented. Every detail was considered, at the property, and it was extremely comfortable, in addition to being beautiful. The rental company was easy to work with, as well. As for location, it was easy to get everywhere and great for biking - especially with lights actually on the bike baths around the condo. We don’t always stay right by the beach, anymore, since my kids are older, but it is a drive instead of a walk to the beach, if that concerns you, but we even found Beach Club parking each time we went. This rental did not disappoint and very well may be something we book again.

Wonderful stay for our first visit to Sea Pines!

Our villa was wonderful! We were welcomed to an updated, clean, and well appointed unit upon our arrival. We all slept great and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen when we weren’t out trying the local restaurants. We all loved the close proximity to the pool as well as the short walk to the Sea Pines shops in order to catch the trolley to the beach club. The villa was in a great location to ride bikes to Harbor Town! We would definitely rent again! Thanks!

Great property!

Very nice condo with upgraded furnishings. Very comfortable and a perfect location. Right next to a small shopping plaza where you can catch a trolley to Harbor Town. Or if you are young it’s not a bad walk! The nice gift basket was wonderful and filled with all kinds of snacks

Good but could be better

The property was just as described and a very nice quiet location. However, several minor issues were an inconvenience. There were not enough bath towels for a week and there were missing kitchen items like very few dinner spoons and several other utensils. The was no way to use the ice maker and no instructions otherwise.

Updated, Clean Family Condo

We visited Sea Pines for a five night stay with our eight year old daughters. The property is exactly as it appears in the listing - updated, clean and convenient. The unit is right next to the Sea Pines Center which is convenient for shopping and trolley access to the rest of the resort. The property management team was extremely accommodating and first class. The unit comes with all the gear you need for a beach vacation - towels, sand toys, chairs and umbrella. We loved this place and would recommend it or other properties managed by Best Nest.

Excellent Stay!

We had such an amazing stay at this property! We found the unit to be extremely clean and organized. Everything was updated and well decorated. There were so many personal touches such as the gift basket upon arrival. Check in was very easy. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.

Nice Little Condo

This condo is a great size for a small family. It’s on the third floor and the balcony was a little smaller than I expected but it was still enough space for us to sit and enjoy the beautiful fresh air and sunshine. The location is great, it’s right next to a plaza that has some shopping, dining, grocery and ice cream options. All equipment worked wonderfully and everything was styled very nicely. It felt like home which is always a great feeling when traveling. You never really have to leave Sea Pines. Having beach towels, toys and chairs and umbrellas provided was such a great addition since we didn’t have to bring ours. We would definitely come stay at this condo again in the future.
