The pool was very nice. We were glad we had the heat turned on the pool.This house was really nice. Nicely supplied with towels and other essentials.We had to bring our own beach towel but this house had a large washer and dryer to handle all our beach towels.

Better than A Spa Day

We were so excited about the trip and it was better than expected. With a wide range of age groups, 5-68, everyone had something to do. Swim in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, sit in the sauna, shoot pool, play games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking or we were a short bike ride to Coligny for restaurants. Easy walk to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. This is a must stay at HH.

Beautiful House

Very nice property, as with all big houses, there were a few items of note, which we shared with management company. I’m sure they will be corrected, and were minor and didn’t really impact our stay. Pictures don’t do the house justice, it was very beautiful. Perfect location. We have visited Hilton Head before, but this was the best place we’ve been. Would certainly stay here again.

The host/ property manager Justin was incredible. He answered my texts immediately and was so helpful and so willing to answer all my questions. I’ve never had such great customer service. He went above and beyond and gave me lots of details about the property. The house was perfect for our family of 16. We were very comfortable and the location was spectacular. We loved only being a block from the beach and all the trails and being so close to Coligny Plaza and so many restaurants. The house and kitchen had everything we needed and we were so spoiled with the comfort of the beds and the nice towels and toiletries available when we got there. Also, the kitchen worked beautifully for us and the outdoor pool and spa area and sauna we’re very enjoyable. My children loved the media room as well. The adults and children had a wonderful time upstairs playing pool and the chairs up. There were so comfortable and it was awesome to have a TV as well. It’s a house she don’t want to leave.

Thanksgiving Vacation 2022

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! The house was clean and very spacious. Plenty of room in the kitchen for multiple people to work together to prepare meals. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The full bathrooms have showers. The 3 1/2 baths are well placed so you don't have to go into a bedrooms to use the bathroom. The beds are VERY comfortable. Due to being there in November, we had the pool heated so we were able swim everyday and use the hot tub. Fabulous! Also with being so close to the beach, we were able to walk to the beach one morning. The restaurants and shops were close but yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. All in all this house is at the top of our list of houses to re visit. Thanks to the wonderful management team who went above and beyond with their hospitality.

Perfect family vacation

The house was amazing. Exactly as it appeared in pictures. So many wonderful amenities - 2 dishwashers, outdoor shower for sandy feet, wonderful windows, great gathering space in- and out-doors. Family of 9 adults and 2 babies were very comfortable. Easy walk to beach. Nice bag of toiletries in each bathroom. Plenty of space for everyone. Could not have asked for anything else. Absolutely perfect. Would love to return.

Another fabulous trip!

This was our second time at the property and we could not be happier with 23 Pelican! Great spaces for entertaining, letting people have their own time to relax, and coming together for a game night or two! Daily we took advantage of the beach, Coligny plaza and exploring Hilton Head Island. We look forward to being back again next year!

So nice we did it twicd

This was our 2nd time renting and it was a blast two times in a row. The Host was very attentive to our needs abs only a phone call away to answer any/all questions. The house, as before was perfection! This property if on our list for next year for another fun-filled trip.

We love this house and location, but the housekeeping this year was not quite as spotless as before. I realize that good help is difficult to find right now. We had 13 family members staying this year, and every one of us was using devices. There was much grumbling about the WiFi.

The property was great! A few minor cosmetic issues and toilet issue in one of the rooms. The number provided to text for issues was excellent. Property management company responded quickly.

Sweating the small stuff

TV in the living room absolutely sucked! Had to reprogram it every day. Coffee pots where terrible both leaked and didn’t make coffee hot at all. Half of the pool area ceiling fans were not operating at all. Grilled smoked so bad we couldn’t use it

Perfect location

Great house in a great location. Far enough away from the town so the beach wasn’t crowded, yet close enough for a morning or evening stroll for coffee and ice cream. Pool was a big hit after a day at the beach.

great stay for family reunion

overall, we were pleased with the home and proximity to ocean, and the covered pool was outstanding....however, some improvements should be considered like furniture updates, repairs to cupboards, plumbing in one bathroom, appliance efficiency, front door handle repair.....the property worked great for all our family

Great house, great location!

We rented Casa del Sol the week of July 3 -10th for our family vacation. It was the perfect house for our group of (originally) 14, but ended up with a few of the kids' extra guests. It was spacious enough for all of us, although we did use an air mattress. The adults enjoyed lounging on the couch catching up, the older kids (18-25) enjoyed the pool, pool table, and proximity to the beach/shopping area, while the two youngest (2 & 4) enjoyed the pool and running around the house. The house is well-appointed and has everything you need, including pool toys and beach gear (chairs, tent, cart to carry everything). We especially enjoyed the ice machine and beverage cooler. The beach is a quick walk across the street, where one morning, there was a huge pod of dolphins swimming by. There's a plaza with shopping, restaurants, a coffee shop, and a grocery store a mile away. While this area is busy and congested, the area by the house is quiet and doesn't have much traffic so crossing the street to get to the beach is easy. The only (minor) drawbacks: the knives in the kitchen are pretty dull and could use replacing, the grill appeared not to have been cleaned in a while which caused a tremendous amount of smoke when we used it, everyone said their bathroom sinks had slow drains, and some bathrooms didn't feel as clean, but we brought our own Clorox wipes. Aside from those, everything else was perfect. The staff at Luxury Rentals of Hilton Head were friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns we had and followed up to make sure everything was okay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent Casa del Sol again!

Great stay. Loved the house, location and privacy.

The property was exceptional. Beautifully decorated, well maintained and easy access to Coligny, the beach, etc. Whenever we had an issue with the pool or hot tub, someone was there to fix it right away. Only thing that would have been nice to have were more trash bags and toilet paper. A house of 12 including four teenagers tends to generate a lot of trash and cleanup. Everything else was great.

Casa Del Sol is a big hit!

House is perfect. Roomy, pool/spa, theatre, sauna. Very clean and you can bike or walk to restaurants. We will be back. Thank you Hilton Head!
