Spend the morning biking to the beach, cool off at the Greenwood Forest pool in the afternoon, and return home to enjoy the home's private outdoor spaces. Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, golf, shopping, dining, and miles of bike paths are all within easy reach.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, couples traveling together, golf groups, and friends looking for a freshly renovated home with comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. POOL: The Greenwood Forest pool is approximately a five-minute walk from the home and is open seasonally from April through September.

PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Traveling without a pet? Our careful cleaning standards mean there is NO pet evidence in this Nest.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a 10-minute bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. During peak season, complimentary Sea Pines Beach Trolleys transport guests from designated parking areas to the Beach Club. The closest trolley location is near the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak Road, approximately three minutes away by car. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
