We had an amazing trip at 22 Dove street! We had 3 different families in our group and the house was perfect for us! Plenty of room, lots of different areas of the house to hang. The pool was great, you are able to see a small portion of the beach/ocean from the house (the first row house obviously blocks some of it). The location is amazing, close to coligny plaza, great area for bike riding, awesome neighbors (locals), and a quick walk right out to the beach. Everyone loved it and the kids are already begging to go back and stay at the same house.

Wonderful property, everything we needed they had. Easy access to the beach, short walk to coligny plaza. The house was equipped with entertainment for rainy days. The kitchen is big and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Definitely recommend this property and I am looking into booking it for next year.

Beautiful house

The house was very nice with beautiful views and easy walk to the beach. Our family had a great time. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were opulent. We didn’t use the kitchen that much, because it wasn’t a lot of space for a big family. The kids loved the pool table and played a lot. Note that no beach towels are given, so remember to bring your own. There are, however, a lot of beach toys that you can use during your stay which was a nice touch.

Beautiful beach house just steps from the beach.

This beach house exceeded everyone’s expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out when they needed space but also had multiple areas where everyone could congregate and enjoy time together. The beach was about a 30 second walk which made for easy trips back and forth to the house. We spent hours in the pool everyday. There were also plenty of games for the kids to play with inside when we had a rainy day or if they didn’t want to go to the beach. We could walk about 5 minutes to the shops or go get dinner. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful and clean! Ocean view and 3 min walk to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay so much at 22 Dove st. Everything was so well done. Furnishing our nice and its a SUPER clean house - which was impressive considering how large the home is! The pool was great, the small hot tub was wonderful. They even came to clean the pool and take care of the lawn mid-week. Fabulous tiki bar area outside by the pool with a full refrigerator out there too! And a TV sitting area out there too. Its like they thought of every detail! One thing of note, is if you are a hot sleeper - you may want to bring an extra fan. There are ceiling fans in each room but they only do so much and they don’t want the AC set below 72 (understandable because it’s such huge house and it’s so hot outside in the summer). As expected with any rental this size, some beds were more comfortable than others. But plenty of beds for everyone and we LOVE that there was a full bathroom for basically each room (one full bath by kitchen can be used by someone on first floor). The game tables were so fun especially the pool table by the kitchen! Plenty of pool/beach toys in the garage a there were a couple chairs when we were there too. Highly recommend the chair service they set it up right by your beach access. Such short walk to the beach. I have walked further when i stayed at resorts on the beach. Location is fabulous with all the shops at Coligny and Piggly Wiggly (small grocery) 5 min walk. Luxury Rentals were super communicative - via text - which was so convenient!! We will defin

Great house

If you cant stay on the beach, this is the next best location. Very very close to the ocean! Big house with lots of room to spread out. Much of the home has been recently renovated. Very nice home!!

This house was perfect for a large family vacation. We had 10 people with age ranges from 5-80 and everyone had a great time. The location was perfect! A few steps to the beach! We road bikes everywhere. The house was recently painted. The bathrooms were gorgeous and beds were super comfy. We did end up using the dryer which we couldn’t get to work. One text to the property manager and a brand new washer and dryer was delivered the next day. Our kids also managed to accidentally lock us out of the house and within a minute we received a text back on how to fix it. Excellent service. It would be hard to beat this house honestly. The pool area was also very handy for those warm weather days. We were active all day and fully rested for the next day’s adventures.

Hilton Head Family Vacation

22 Dove is a great house to stay at while in Hilton Head. The layout is very good, with a great room that can support a couple families. The Pool and Hot Tub were clean, with a very cool Tiki Bar in the shade. Just a 1-2 minute walk past one house to beach and walking distance to the shopping area. Recommend.
