Excellent location! Great size and layout of rooms for a family of 8 adults and 2 grandkids under 5. We walked or biked to the beach and shops. The host was very responsive. We had a minor situation and they came within 2 hours to fix it. Our family had a great time!!!

Location is perfection

Host was amazing, checking in with us right away. Location was ideal. We walked to the downtown along the path and the beach was 3 houses away. The beach was lovely with beautiful soft sand.

Great Spring Break getaway

Spacious house, close to beach access, 1/2 mile from edge of Coligny. Excellent communication with property management team. Any issues were resolved quickly. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing location

The location of the house is perfect. It is a very short walk to the beach. Coligny Plaza is a short bike ride away. The house was great and the rental process was simple. I highly recommend.

LOVED IT!

Absolutely great stay! It is only like 40 yards from the beach which is pretty private. Also only 0.5 miles from a main town area with lots of shops and food!

Beautiful

Beautiful house, great location and so close to the beach. This rental is one of my favorite rentals thus far. Had everything we needed to have a great family vacation. House is spacious and very clean. Easy check in/ out, keyless. Pool was very nice and appreciate the extra beach towels supplied! Definitely a favorite and look for are to try to rent again!

A clean house with everything you need. Very close walk to the beach on a quiet street. Also, a close bike ride to Coligny. Perfect for our family! A must stay!

Perfect for our stay!

Great Family rental

We had a party of 9, with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house worked out beautifully for us. The house is even nicer than the photos. We rented over spring break and paid the extra fee to heat the pool, which was totally worth it. I would definitely stay here again. The property management company is super responsive.

Incredible location and wonderfully comfortable!

The pictures don't do it justice. This house was perfect for our family of 10 - grandparents, parents and kids from ages 8-80. The very short walk (2 minutes) to the beach can't be beat! The house was roomy and plenty comfortable for all of us to spread out when needed. The kitchen is huge and tons of space to hang out while the cooking is going on. The laundry room with separate fridge is very convenient. The back deck with pool was a great place to hang out - night and day. The covered table area, with ceiling fan, was where we sat most nights and the breeze from the fan kept it comfortable even when the heat and humidity was up. The outdoor shower was great for another option to clean up when we were all scrambling to get ready to go out to dinner, as well as to clean off the sand after a day at the beach. I'd highly recommend this house!

Perfect stay

The house was comfortable, spacious and clean. It was the perfect setting for a stay with our extended family. We went in early spring and the pool was nice and warm. The location was great close to the beach and shopping. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay near the beach

Easy beach access. Assign someone in your family to deck sweeping those oak leaves. Some parts of the house are a little dated and the upstairs master shower may seem small if you are tall but it did not effect our stay. Outside grilling was great! well stocked kitchen with what you need unless you are a K-cup making addict you won't need much. Beach towels provided were a plus.

10 Jacana Getaway

Great house in a great location. Away from the crowds of Seaside, but close to many amenities and only steps to the beach. Well-maintained house, responsive property manager and just a fabulous getaway. Would definitely consider a repeat visit to this exact home.

Summer family vacation

The property was better than the photos! We loved everything about it. The pool was the perfect size for our young children and adults that wanted to lounge. The outdoor space was perfect for eating outside and grilling. The rooms were big and comfortable. You can't beat the proximity to the beach! Not crowded and perfect for a Covid-free vacation.
