The house is in a great location; however we had several issues that were never properly addressed - broken refrigerator door, bugs in kitchen, lack of hot water in some sinks, broken sink stopper.

Very nice place

We arrived and the first impression is that it is a really great house. It was right it is a really great house. There was a few problems but they were quickly addressed by the rental agency. Love the garage being so deep that it could accommodate all of the cars we had. The one issue was the third floor bedroom facing the marsh. The window in the bathroom could use a window treatment or something on the glass for privacy. Other than that its a fantastic house for a large group.

Annual Family Vacation

Our family of 12 enjoys being under one roof. This house was perfect with plenty of room for gathering together and bedrooms with baths for all to have their privacy. The close walk to beach and view of the ocean from the kitchen and living area created a peaceful view.

Exceptional Waterfront Experience

Impressive property with a serene color palette and exceptional ocean views through a wall of windows. Short walk to the water's edge. Outdoor space includes a pool and adequate seating to enjoy sun and ocean waves. Perfect for individuals or large groups seeking a low stress waterfront vacation. Looking forward to a repeat visit!

The Perfect Place

Great house in great location

Our 9 adult, 9 children family vacation party comfortably fit very well in this large house, right on the beach. The pool is tiny, but our kids still loved it, swimming as many as 7 at a time. And the real value is being directly on the ocean, seeing and hearing the ocean from your bedroom, and easily walking to and from the beach multiple times a day, including with young children. The house is spacious and new. The garage refrigerator was broke when we arrived, and was not fixed during our stay, but the proper managers were easy to talk with over text, if unable to provide a time when the fridge would be fixed. (With 18 people, it is hard to keep both food and drinks cold with just one normal fridge in the kitchen , but there is a wine cooler too.) Overall, highly recommended

Amazing House!

We loved our stay at this Hilton Head home! It is a beachfront property with amazing views of the ocean and the marsh. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. We truly loved our time there and hope to return in the future.

Fantastic stay for our holiday and celebration!

Selected 21 Singleton Beach for our family gathering for the Thanksgiving holiday and to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary! The house was perfect for our party of 10 - and exactly as pictured/described. The rooms were perfect, kitchen large and open and the table sat 10 comfortably! Right on the beach, beautiful sunrises every morning! We were especially thankful for the elevator for my parents, especially during move in and out. A bonus was the video game unit on the 3rd floor! The description was completely accurate — Please note that unlike some VRBO/rentals, the kitchen did not have any non perishable items (eg salt/pepper). Hairdryers are also not provided. Fortunately we had brought everything needed as the list was clear on the pre-check in communication. Garage accommodated 4 cars without issue (a little tight but worked!!). Communication from the rental agency was excellent. Everything was clear and the app made check in super easy. Thank you so much!
