The condo had a cockroach problem, we encountered them and the fold out couch mattress had a big stain, looked like blood, on it. This had to be flipped over in order to use. We ended up leaving a day earlier than we had planned, we were just not comfortable staying there another night.

This unit lived up to the description in the listing and lived up to the glowing reviews it has received since the upgrades in January 2025. The unit was clean and fresh and beautifully decorated with a Carolina beach theme and the views from the windows were spectacular. It was steps away from the beach and the pool area. There was ample parking. We enjoyed the amenities of the Palmetto Dunes Resort including riding the Dunes Buggy transportation system and enjoying an evening ice cream cone at the General Store. Keith responded immediately when we had a quick question. We are looking forward to returning to Windsor Placein the future.

Lovely trip

Unit was very clean, spacious, decorated nicely and very organized. Views were wonderful from balcony. Grounds were lovely with bike snd walking trails throughout. Very close to pool and beach path! Look forward to our next trip!

"Teal" we meet again!

Could not say enough great things about our stay on Hilton Head Island. Tastefully decorated in a coastal vibe, this dwelling invited you to relax and enjoy this beautiful place. The property was super clean and comfy and featured all the amenities you would want to enjoy on the island. The surrounding area and grounds of the facility were just breathtaking. We are looking to returning soon.

Great, quiet location and on top of the beach!

This condo unit does NOT disappoint. It is 1100 sq and large enough for my husband and I to be comfortable for 4 days. The second bathroom was a nice added bonus. We were there off-peak season, but The Palmetto Dunes area was nice and quiet. The beach was quiet and the weather was wonderful. We saw sunrises and sunsets from the massive, endless windows as well as the large balcony with lots of seating and a table. The windows and two sets of sliding glass doors have just been replaced, the unit looks freshly painted, and the furniture is all brand new. There is room for 6 people in the living room comfortably, three tall cushioned stools are at the kitchen bar counter, and there is a full-size kitchen table with 4 chairs. The unit was VERY clean, no bugs were seen, there were plenty of bathroom towels (no beach towels were supplied), 2 hairdryers in the bathrooms, there were lots of channels to choose from on the two smart tvs, internet was stable, the kitchen was well-equipped (everything is full-size), kitchen shelves were clearly labeled as to where things go, there was a book explaining all the rules, appliances and tv remotes, and to top it all off there were boxes of tissues in several locations, a magnifying mirror and band-aids supplied should you need them. Keith was very responsive and we would stay in this unit again should we find ourselves on Hilton Head Island again. The location is central on the island. We highly recommend this condo!!

One of our favorites yet!!

Property is absolutely beautiful and the location is like being on an island it’s so private and quiet. Amenities are great as well. Property manager was fantastic, such a great guy! We will definitely be returning again (hopefully soon).

Nice condo

This condo is on first floor which was nice. We couldn’t see the beach but your so close you can hear it and walk to the beach is short. The pool looked nice we never went to it. We loved the beach. The condo had everything you need except make sure you bring beach stuff or you will have to pay to rent some chairs. I know people care about what bed felt like so I will say it was firm not my favorite but I’m use to my sleep number so nothing compares to it. Two bathrooms which was nice. It was beautifully decorated. The couch was super comfy. The patio had table and also chairs to relax on. No problems with host or checking in or out. This area is beautiful where it’s located. You can ride bikes easily with your family or spouse and general store plus pickleball. Options for take out food and I also loved it was secured area with paying gate pass you didn’t have to worry about anyone messing with your stuff. Definitely come back again.

Fantastic!

We came here with our 3 teens and this place was perfect for us. We all agree we would come back. The view from the room is just like the pictures. It was stocked with everything we needed and they were super quick to respond to questions. 10/10 stars for us. The property is gorgeous and it is so close to the beach.

Peaceful stay

This condo unit is exactly everything we look for in a rental unit. We were only there two days, so we did not utilize the bike trails or walking paths. This was our first stay on Hilton Head and it was very busy, the cologny area was over crowded for our taste. We were so happy that these condos were away from all the craziness. We spent a whole day on the beach and it was perfect ! We definately would stay here again if we return to the area. The pool was beautiful, and we woke to see a mama deer and her three babies grazing below our balcony.

The property was beautiful and comfortable and relaxing in every way. It made or vacation so enjoyable, it was like coming home each time we returned to the condo. We loved the patio and the lush surroundings and the short walk to the beach down the boardwalk. We will definitely book this for our next trip to HHI
