Perfect Vacation Spot

Gorgeous house, great pool, yard and deck. Wonderful family neighborhood with great walking and biking paths. Easy beach access. The pickleball courts are fantastic and well run. We participated in some great round robins. This house makes it easy to make special memories with family.

Beautiful property

We've been going to Palmetto Dunes for 4 straight years now. This property is in a wonderful location with beautiful views of the lagoon and golf course while hanging out by the pool. Walk to the beach isn't too bad either (about 10 minutes).

We loved our trip - the property is beautiful. High quality and great location. Loved the vibe - the property is beautifully decorated and the view is the best. Great communication with property manager. We look forward to visiting again!

Dream Vacation!!!

Me and my family couldn't have had a better vacation at this rental property. The house sits right on the 11 mile lagoon that runs through the plantation with the Robert Trent Jones golf course across the way. The pool and deck were just the right size for all of us. The inside of the home was very clean and had everything we needed with plenty of space for all. The one and only issue we had was that the first floor master bedroom doesn't get a lot of air circulation, which made it very warm at night. We had to run fans to stay comfortable. The beach is a short 10 minute walk. The rental management staff were very accommodating with questions that I had during our stay. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Time With Family!

My wife and I saw this place and knew it would be perfect for our family get together. Our family had not been together for the past 3 years due to COVID. The house was AMAZING! Our family biked to the beach and spent time in the backyard pool. The view of the lagoon was wonderful to wake up to every morning. Service was great from the managing company as well. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 19 Port Tack was just as we had hoped. The house is in a great location, just minutes from the beach and in a quiet area. The house is well decorated and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. We had a couple of issues during our stay but the management group responded very quickly and resolved them. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Fabulous place to stay on Palmetto Dunes Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we rented outside of Sea Pines and absolutely loved Palmetto Dunes. The house we rented was a great size, private and in beautiful condition! Our Sea turtle representative was Selena. She was incredibly helpful when we booked our place and she was incredibly helpful when we ran into a couple of problems on our arrival. Unfortunately, there was no propane in the tank although it had been ordered. We found this out on Christmas Day when we went to cook. I called Selena who was on call and she went right to work trying to get the gas company on Christmas Day to come out and believe it or not someone showed up and filled the propane tank in the afternoon on Christmas Day! We were also having problems with the spa not working properly and Selena got the pool guy to come out 12/26 to look it over even though it never bubbled (thus the 4/5 rating for condition) Selena did a great job in making sure everything was okay, even bringing us another gas tank for the grill in case we didn't get propane Christmas Day. The house was in beautiful condition and I appreciated the number of plates/glasses/silverware available! The owner even put up a few Christmas decorations for us which was very much appreciated! We would totally recommend this property and we look forward to returning. We ate at a couple really nice places, Nectar Farm Kitchen was great since my son is vegan and they had great food to appease him. We ate at Hickory Tavern, Guiseppes Pizza and had wonderful food and service at both. We enjoyed walking on the vast beaches, watching sunrises and sunsets, which were a close walk from the house. We just enjoyed relaxing and the weather was absolutely perfect at 70-74 all week! We can't wait to go back! Definitely would use Sea Turtles again! Thank you!

Nice Property in Hilton Head

The property itself was awesome . Great house at a great location . The only quirky things were 1) we paid for the spa to be heated and when we arrived the spa heater was not working and the pool guy couldn’t come out to the next day to get it fixed . They did rebate us for one day of spa heating but it was our anniversary and the management company should have confirmed this was working with the pool guy before we arrived. Also when we arrived there was broken glass in the closet from a large light fixture. I am assuming the house cleaner did this by accident and didn’t want to notify the management company. The house itself was awesome , just the few inconveniences above make it a 4 star instead of 5.

Great stay

We love Palmetto Dunes. This house is in a great location on the canal and a short walk to a beach walk over. It was very clean and everything worked. We called the rental company once and they responded within 10 minutes. Overall outstanding home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to HHI for over 20 years and typically stay on North Forest Beach. This home in Palmetto Dunes was a lovely alternative. We loved our morning coffee on the dock, biking through the neighborhood, fishing and using the pool. The walk to the beach is a solid 10 minutes. The area is very quiet and the home was well stocked and comfortable. We really enjoyed our week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was large enough to house 12 of us. Plenty of dishes and silverware. We were concerned that the back door to the porch was broken and could not be locked. We were told they were trying to fix it but that never happened. The posted 10 minute walk to the beach was longer for the 70 year old grandparents. There were no sheets for the pull out couch but we called and they were delivered. The doorknob on the half bathroom was backwards but we called and it was repaired. The pool was great and deck furniture was nice. The lagoon was terrific for fishing. The kitchen could use one more large pot . We enjoyed our stay and we would return to this house.
