We had an amazing stay at this property! Beautifully decorated and updated, with lots of natural light and large windows that offered stunning views of the grounds. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to put it to good use on this trip. The pool was not overcrowded during our stay toward the end of summer, and the beach was conveniently just steps away! There are bike paths all through the community and island, and we rented bikes with our teens and rode up and down the beach to Coligny and Coco’s on Singleton Beach. Super fun!! This is a great mid-island location that is close to everything. Would absolutely stay here again and look forward to the opportunity!

Adorable Rental

This rental was clean, spacious, well-equipped and very conveniently located just off the beach. It was decorated with colors and items of the ocean and made our stay the perfect beach vacation. Check-in was simple and the owner responded immediately each time that I reached out. All five of us absolutely loved our stay there.

Perfect!!

This property was amazing for our family of 4! It was close to the pool/beach access and had all of the amenities we needed. The washer/dryer absolutely came in handy with to small boys. It was a short drive to any of the activities and restaurants the island has to offer. If we ever come back to this area…we absolutely will book this room again.

Perfect family fall break!

Condo is beautiful -even better than the pics! Some things we appreciated so much: well stocked kitchen- had everything we needed and more! The proximity to the beautiful pool and amazing beach cannot be beat! Condo and complex are in pristine condition and landscaping is gorgeous. We had a wonderful view from our balcony. We just had a fabulous time! We will not hesitate to book this same condo in the future! Communication with property management was also excellent from the moment we booked until our departure. We did not want to leave! Perfect family mini vacay!

Very nice property

Very nice complex and unit. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being really close to the pool. The unit was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and amenities (starter packs on toiletries, dish soap, etc.; beach towels; a couple beach chairs). Our only less positive feedback was the floor was very sandy upon our arrival and the hair dryer in the master did not work. The barn door on the master will need repairs soon as well.

Great Condo in Hilton Head!

We have stayed in this building on HHI four times now and really enjoyed our stay. We love the location, the pool and the ease of beach access. The condo was great for our family of four. It was clean and well equipped. I do wish the outdoor seating was standard height instead of bar height with small kids, but that was a minor point. If you are a pillow snob, bring your own, but I would guess most pillow snobs do anyway! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

Amazing vacation!

We loved our stay in this condo. The condo was spacious and very clean. The location is great. Close beach access and very nice pool area. Also very close to a lot of great golf courses. The dryer does have an area that needs to be repaired. There is a cracked piece right at the opening that you can snag your clothes on but, other than that our stay was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We had a great stay in Hilton head. They had everything you need for a great beach getaway. The layout is great for a family. The location is great, just a quick walk to the beach and pool. The place was very clean. The black out blinds didn’t work in the master bedroom and there are some elements that are not kid friendly, white chairs, high top table outside, all of the tables are glass.

Great time

Enjoyed a great week in Hilton Head. The condo was beautiful, kitchen well stocked, and clean! The balcony looked out on the pool, with the beach just beyond the pool. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Only complaint is that the couches are uncomfortable.

Proper is in the perfect location for a family beach trip! This property is the perfect size for 2 couples or a girls trip or a family of 4-6. Plenty of seating! Some minor issues, dishes in cabinet were coated in dried food particles, and masters hair drier was broken. Other than that, place was great!! Would return!

Absolute Perfection !

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to spend time with family - my husband had just completed a stem cell transplant for lymphoma and we needed a break from reality and this was the perfect place for our family - the kids were right at home and it was absolutely beautiful ! Will be back for sure !

Relaxing getaway

We had a great 4 night stay during an unusually quiet weekend on the island! The condo was very nice and comfortable with an incredibly well stocked kitchen. It is a great location with super easy access to the beach and pool but with plenty of privacy. Would absolutely stay here again! Since we only booked a little more than three weeks in advance we needed to stop by the rental office to pick up our code and parking pass but it was just a quick stop and then we were on our way.

Gorgeous and comfortable 1st floor unit

This condo exceeded our expectations - there was lovely tile throughout and the furniture was obviously new and beautifully maintained. The kitchen had just about everything we needed, including melamine dishes for use poolside. Beds were comfortable and our kids appreciated the two double beds in the second bedroom. The rental company did a great job of providing a clean unit on time, even providing loaner beach towels - very appreciated when ours were soaked from our morning pool time. Also - good WiFi (5g) and plenty of power strips for all our assorted chargers. Good coffeemaker which takes kcups or brews a pot. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again.
