Great family beach house!

This house had everything our family of 15 could want. Having 2 washers/dryers, 2 refrigerators was nice. The kids loved the pool!

Beautiful house great amenities

The location was great the house was literally just as posted. The pool was great and perfect temperature. The beach is a 10 min walk. We did forget the new boogie boards we bought so hopefully the next families that stay will enjoy them as much as our kids did at the beach. The only thing I would say is the grill off the kitchen needs to be replaced is is very wobbly and the ignitor did not work. it is so much more convenient than the other one on ground level. The other grill is great but to go up and down the stairs is alot sometimes lol. Also the fire table on 3rd level deck as cool as it looked we never got to use as the igniter also did not work. Otherwise our stay was perfect no complaints highly recommended. The home is beautiful and the new outside paint job is beautiful.

whole family get away

Four families share this home for a week. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The pool is small, but the younger children loved it and the adults enjoyed sitting in it. The teenagers would have liked a bigger pool. The beach is within walking distance and was beautiful. The house provided a lot of pool and beach toys, along with beach umbrellas, carts and chairs. We had a few small requests and they were handled quickly and easily. The kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed to cook big meals for our big family. Would definitely come back again or recommend.

Great location. Good house with very comfortable beds. Good outdoor spaces. Wifi never worked well even after we reset it. Well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor spaces. Lots of beach equipment available as well. Great time with family. Note: the listing seems indicate kayaks come with it but they dont. You can rent them.

Great spot for extended family trip!

Loved the house, lots of space and privacy. The outdoor property could have been cleaner (I don’t think it was even looked at before we arrived as we found old coffee cups, a broken chair, unraveled hoses, etc). Close 15 min walk to the beach with plenty of beach toys and wagons for the kids. Communication with the host could have been more professional/ polite but overall a great experience!

Amazing house

This is a fantastic property for large groups or families. The photos in the listing give a very accurate depiction of every inch of the house. The house was very clean. It was also very comfortable for our group of 15 (13 adults and 2 kids). It is a short walk to the beach but there is some parking right at the beach (paid) and you can always drive down and drop off all your beach gear if you can't get parking. Would definitely reserve this house again on next trip to Hilton Head.

Best Place to Stay In Hilton Head!

I could write a novel on how perfect this house is for any age, but I'll save you the long read and just break it down into 5 reasons why I loved this house. (1) The location!!! It's a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the arcade/ mini golf facility (which we all had a blast at). (2) The community is gated and as far as safety, we felt completely safe 24/7. Very family oriented area. Kids were outside playing and riding bikes constantly. (3) The pool! I loved the pool. The whole family loved the pool, especially the little kids. The whole outside area was perfect and well thought out. From the outside shower, to the hot tub, to the pool, to the furniture and games. Everything was perfect. (4) They thought of everything! I could've packed some clothes and would've been set for the week. This house has everything you could need and them some. (5) The house is perfect. In fact, I would buy this house in a heartbeat. It's clean, well taken care of, and perfect for large groups or families. It's cozy and has plenty of porches for sun bathing. The biggest excitement was realizing the main level balcony was screened in! You can really enjoy the outside and the views without compromising comfort (meaning bug free). We loved this house. We will 110% be back. It was a perfect vacation and at times we loved the house so much we forgot about the beach!

House was great, the pool and hot tub were something extra that most houses don't offer (outdoor pool). Only complaint was we booked it because it was listed as 4 Kings to only find out one was a Queen.

better than home away from home (there is a beach and a pool)

The house is well appointed with top line appliances and roomy comfortable accommodations. Staying in and cooking was a pleasure, as the kitchen was well equipped (we made ice-cream with the Cuisinart ice-cream maker). The pool while small, was a nice alternative to the beach and we definitely enjoyed the hot tub. I would have liked to be able to take advantage of the kayaks, but did not want to carry them to the beach which is about a 10 minute walk (parking available). The house has beach "buggies" and plenty of chairs, umbrellas and games to make a day at the beach easy and fun. We would have preferred a more privacy in the neighborhood as all the houses are close together, but it was family friendly and quiet. The property manager was responsive for a few minor issues (spent water filter in the fridge) our only complaint is the reliability of the internet. We had some days we were "working from home" and had difficulty maintaining a connection. If it were just vacation, we would have been fine. Thanks for a much needed get away.

Gorgeous and Relaxing. Management was Very Responsive Too!

House was beautiful! During a pandemic, my family just needed to a place to hunker down and relax with amenities. This place was perfect for that!!! Seemed like we had several neighbors around us ask how we were enjoying the rental. Only had good things to say :) If I had an issue of any sort, the management folks were only a phone call or voicemail away. Very understanding and made our time there even more worth it. Highly recommend

Tennis weekend

Our ladies tennis weekend was incredible thanks to this amazing house. The property managers went above and beyond to accommodate our ever changing needs due to the rain causing issues with the tennis tournament. Our private chef commented that the kitchen was the best residential kitchen he had used. The hot tub was an awesome treat. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Tons of room for game night. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Great house

This is a fabulous rental home and exceeded our expectations. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was an easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed the convenience of the pool. The 3rd floor deck with the outside TV was wonderful for nightly star gazing. The only negative thing we encountered was all the new construction in the neighborhood including right next door. When we were sitting on the porch or by the pool, there was a continual flow of construction workers and vehicles with all the noise of hammers, nail guns, saws etc. On Friday afternoon there were 5 (FIVE) concrete trucks in front of our corner lot from approximately 3:00 until 7:30 pm as they poured the foundations of several new homes. Needless to say it was a noisy week but was probably a short term problem as the homes were being built very quickly. Otherwise, this is a great location and home that won't disappoint!

An Amazing Stay

This house is gorgeous. We rented it for a family get togrher for a 50th anniversary and it met all our needs and more. The pictures can’t describe how nice this place is. Also the location to Folly beach is very close. The House came with everything all the beach gear, from chairs, towels, blankets, umbrellas, boogie boards. There were 4 mountains bikes in the garage albeit 1 had a flat, but so what. We joked that the house had everything but a helicopter on the roof. It was funny when we decided to make homemade biscuits and couldn’t find a sifter for flour, finally one thing the House didn’t have. Note the appliances are amazing and the pots, pans, utensils and there are two pairs of washers and dryers and two refrigerators. All the beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathroom space for our large party. Stay here you won’t be disappointed. Finally the checkin and checkout was seamless, the instructions prior to arrival were spot on. We used the Instacart app for groceries from both Publix and Whole Foods. Instruction on how to use everything in the house down to pictures of the doors when they are locked are provided and local things to do and places to eat are provided too. Again stay here!!
