18 families…all related…booked at HHBTC. An ideal setting for a multi generational family reunion. Our unit, hands down was the best! More nicely appointed, most conveniently located. It is exactly as pictured and described. We had 10 days of perfect coastal fun.

Good stay, good resort and location

We had a great time. The location is great. We travelled with a 5 and a 1 year old and being close to the beach and pool was convenient. The description is accurate, check in was easy. Everything was noted in the description, but would have been nice to have a couple more towels so pack those. Also there are steps even though it’s the first floor for flooding I’m assuming. The only thing that bothered us the most was probably it being a little tight with luggage and the beach wagon. And the floors. With a 1 year old they are all over everything and the rugs were full of sand and honestly just needed to be removed because they were dirty. I get that beachfront is hard to keep clean and this was a cleaner beachfront condo that we have stayed in but the rugs and the couch and chair needed some deep cleaning. We still had a great time though!

Awesome location and great condo. Fully upgraded and clean. Cable TV and WiFi work great. Beach and pool a steps from the condo. Manager was very responsive and provided detailed instructions. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Impeccably Clean and nicely furnished

Impeccably clean, well and thoughtfully furnished from the usb outlets to the nite lights to the top of the line new appliances and modern coastal decor. Cleaner and better equipped than any hotel or condo we’ve experienced at HHI. The property manager offered quick responses. Just a short walk to the awesome pool and boardwalk direct to the beach. We’ll definitely book again!

Great weekend getaway at the beach

We wanted a place with a pool and close to the beach. This place exceeded our expectations. Very clean condo with many modern updates. Being on the first floor made for easy access with a toddler. The beach and the pool were very close and easily accessible. We had a great time.

Ocean front condo

We had a very enjoyable week at the condo. It was clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided and in good condition. (The Keurig needs to be replaced) Even though there isn’t a direct view of the ocean, it’s very close by, and the balcony provided a wonderful quiet and relaxing place to view the sunrise or just relax. Parking is close by and there are just a few steps up to the first level, which is a plus if you have seventy year old knees. I would like to have the king bed upgraded, but it wasn’t a big problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Light filled and pleasant

Great week at Hilton Head

Property was exactly as described. Clean and neat, well finished and equipped- if you need something, look around because it’s probably there. Property is perfect for a couple. Any more than that and it would be too small. First row, but ocean view is spoiled by the dunes. No biggie, but don’t be surprised.

Exploring Savannah

The check in and communication with our owner was great- the condo is in a bunch of older condo's- this one is on the first floor with stairs that you need to climb - door is a combo- you walk into the only bedroom which was clean , the bed is comfortable-the shower is a walk in and great- no water pressure though which we knew by the other comments- then the kitchenette and small living area- very functional- couch is older- balcony has a table and chairs to have coffee , pretty view of grounds and sunrise. The beach is very close with a huge pool and chairs. He provides beach chairs and 2 towels-awesome beach. There are Bathrooms close and a great food/drink hut by the pool with bar type food. There are also so many places to eat - a Publix and Outlets a mile away.

Perfect short getaway

Perfect place to stay for two active adults. We checked in at 4pm to a clean, well maintained, condo that appeared to be recently updated. The pool and beach are only steps away. The condo itself comes wity everything a person to cook at home if they want. Perfect for two adults who spend most of their time outdoors but want to relax in a comfortable, nice, cozy place in the evenings.

Good location close to beach and pool

Overall this was a nice condo. The complex is older but this unit had some nice upgrades including newer kitchen and bath. This was very close to the pool area which was nice and also the beach. The layout of the unit was a little different as you entered directly into the bedroom and walked through to get to living, kitchen area. The unit is oceanfront but because the complex sits lower behind the dunes there is no direct view of the ocean. We were there in off season so limited restaurant choices on site. However lots of choices within easy drive to restaurants and shopping.

Great oceanfront property

The condo was great for two people! It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was great! There were a couple of minor issues and they were addressed immediately! I would highly recommend this condo!

Great condo and location

You can’t beat this resort’s location and amenities. The condo was a tad smaller than expected but it was just the two of us and we were provided plenty of everything we needed. He isn’t kidding, the beach is really only 200 steps away AND on the way to the beach is the enormous pool complete with ice cream and snacks for the kids and a grill with food and snacks for the adults. The beach is huge and the beach staff are extremely helpful including drilling the hole for your umbrella, putting your umbrella in and setting up chairs. Note: You need to reserve this. They have a DJ Friday and Saturday afternoon then a live band and an outdoor movie at the pool on Saturday afternoon/evening. Recommend a car. We went this past week and were able to get a full-size Nissan Altima for $43 a day from the actual Hilton Head Airport on the island a mere 1.4 miles from the condo. We had a great time, Kevin was completely on top of everything and very responsive with communication.
