Will definitely be back!
The view was amazing- can view both sunset and sunrise. The screened in porch was a great place to relax. We had our own private beach for fishing, chasing crabs, kayaking, collecting sea shells, and swimming. Some reviews stated the back did not look like the photo, but it was even better than the photos. Steps went right down to the softest sand. Still plenty of sand even during high tide. Ample room for everyone to sleep and nice large sectional for everyone to relax. 10/10 recommend!

Great view
Nice, comfortable house. Never knew it was an attached home (duplex) until arrival. Had no neighbors so it was ok. Great screened porch with beautiful view of the sound, boats and lots of dolphins. Would go back.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Beautiful view of the channel
Came here for a long weekend with family. Great location in sea pines- only a short walk to salty dog. Not on beach but beautiful view of the channel !

Great for 2 families
Overall, we were happy with the house. It could use a handy man for about a day. There was a cabinet coming off the hinges, outlets pulled out of the wall, loose doorknob, slow draining shower, all that may not be caught or addressed by a cleaning crew. The property manager was quick to respond when the dishwasher stopped working and when the screen blew in. Ideally in a beach house, I’d prefer less carpet. The rug in the living room should be replaced and the hearth removed. It is the same color as the floor and I broke my toe on it. It was a great setup for two families with kids. We each took a level and it worked out well for us. We loved seeing the dolphins and even saw a manatee. Finally, if you could add sand to make the walk down from the stairs, it would make it much more useable. We only could take the paddle boards out during high tide because below was too mucky.

Family getaway
Location of this property is great- walking distance to food and beach and size for 8 is perfect… loved having a bath for every bedroom… deck and photos of that area could use a little updating but screened porch was fabulous!! We had a great time here!!

Nice property in the sound, not the beach
The house was a very nice property. However, the exterior pictures do not match the property now. In the pictures, there was beach at the bottom of the deck area. Now there is marsh/mud at all times. Watching the dolphins was great, but the description of the amenity “oceanfront” and pictures were somewhat misleading and should be updated. Access to beach is close but not right behind the house as one might assume from the listing. That being said the property was spacious and comfortable.

Hilton Head Vacation
Perfect location to relax and unwind. Beach was right outside and we had it mostly to ourselves. We watched fish jumping and dolphins swim by.

52 Lands End
52 Lands End is a beautiful property with a breathtaking setting on the Sound. The landscape is beautiful with dolphins, birds, and fisherman on the jetty. There is a very short board walk to the ocean that makes access to the sand very easy. The home is decorated minimally but comfortable. The screen porch was wonderful in the evenings. If you need serving bowls, you may want to include them in your packing. There is also no grill on the property. The rental agency was especially helpful with questions and quick responses. The check-in procedure was easy. Due to Covid, my party did not eat out. During evening walks, we did notice that The Salty Dog was quite crowded with outside dining. Masks were not worn by everyone in this crowded area. My group would all return to this property due to the location and the view.

Great home and owner.

Waterfront Paradise
Had a great long weekend in this property, the house was clean, spacious, and in a beautiful location! Loved sitting out back on the deck, had a front row seat to watch the dolphins swimming right in front of us!
