The expansive new pool deck has a new covered summer kitchen, with a built-in grilling station, mini-fridge, sink, comfortable outdoor dining, and half bath. Enjoy the newly enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower complete with rain showerhead, shower hose, and bench. This home will make you feel like you are staying at your very own private resort.

• Pool/Spa Info: NEW Oversized Private Pool (20’ x 40’) features a spa (6’x 8’) seating for 8-10 people and sun ledge with two pool chaise loungers. The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.
