Exactly what we were looking for. I enjoyed getting up each morning, having my coffee, and watch the sun rise from the balcony. Great location and view of the ocean. The check-in process was very easy.

Everything we needed was there in terms of utensils, towels, etc. Great view and location. Couch looks pretty new. I would recommend some larger coffee cups and a new bed spread and pole lamp or something behind the chair nearest the balcony. Needs some light for reading. Over all very good. Obviously the building got some age on it.

By far the best property we have stayed at in Hilton Head. Condo was beautiful and the view was everything! Close to lots of restaurants and activities and the check in process was so easy. Parking was great as well. Quick and kind responses from property manager. Absolutely loved our stay.

This was our second year staying in this unit. Big shout out to Anne our property manager. She is awesome! We highly recommend this unit for couples or small families. It is very clean and comfortable. It’s well stocked with essentials including beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a few kids beach toys. The view is amazing and the unit is mere steps from the elevator, not to mention how easy it is to get to the beach. This year we took advantage of Gatorz pizza delivery. It’s in the resort and their pizza and wings are delicious. This unit also has easy access to both pools in the resort. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

If you’re going for the view you won’t be disappointed. The grounds feel safe and there is a restaurant on the property which is convenient. However, parking is terrible, at least while we were there. Units should have an assigned parking spot. No transport cart so everything had to be carried up to the unit in multiple trips. Ironing board had a hand written sign on it stating it was broken, why not replace it? Closet has minimal hanging space for clothes longer than a shirt, area also houses the above mentioned broken ironing board.

Great place

This is our second summer vacation with this host. We absolutely love it. Place is very clean, updated as it best, very peaceful, secure and safe. But what makes it even better - balcony with full ocean view and minute of walk to the beach. All attractions are within minutes of drive.

We were so pleased with the unit. The view is spectacular. The beach is well groomed and beautiful. I have to give a shout out to our property manager Anne. She was wonderful. We diid not have an issue with the unit, but helped us on something else. I would recommend this unit to a couple.

Amazinhg property!

This Villa is exceprionsl. The unit was immaculate, well-stocked with high quality dishware and cookware. A wonderful surprise was that there was comfy chairs and umbrella for the beach. Coffee and the sunrise on the beauriful deck over looking the ocean was unforgettable. You can tell the owners make every effort to make your stay pperfect! We will be back!

Great time on Hilton Head Island

My wife and I stayed at Admiral's Row 402 this time and it met all our expectations. Beautiful beach views and access. The condo was very clean, up to date, and centrally located to all our favorite places and restaurants. Anne, as the property manager was thorough and easy to communicate with. Excellent place to stay and highly recommended.

Good time

Overall good, but with a few major complaints. When we entered the unit there was an extremely strong cleaning odor. It took us three days to air the smell out. The two beach chairs were old and the beach umbrella was broken. Management informed me that they could not guarantee an umbrella. I discovered a service at the resort that set up chairs with an umbrella on the beach for you. I could have received that information from the manager if they were more helpful.

Labor Day weekend

Nice place, small but had almost everything we needed. The remote to TV did not work, but the manager did let us know ahead of time. The place does need a little updating, some sagging wall paint and some pots and a pan since there is a stove We would stay here again, very clean. The AC worked great

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation in this condo. The location was amazing. Near elevator, but far enough there was no extra noise. The view from balcony was great! All the new wood made for a very attractive condo, just as in the pictures. Extra storage cabinet in the bathroom was fantastic...much needed. We hope to return in the future.

Awesome place

Apartments are small but very cozy. Just enough for 3 people. Ocean view from balcony and few steps to the beach - that is what makes this place total paradise. Very peaceful and well secured place, great for small family vacation with teen. We have never heard from owner during our stay there - I guess it's ok since we never had any problems with anything. Place is clean. Beds are comfortable. Amazingly white fresh towels. However we used to bring our bedding and towels with us these days - but we appreciate what we have seen in the room. No serious complains about anything. Just a few things to bring owner attention: beach equipment is not in great shape (thankfully we brought our own), dishwasher needs to be upgraded - we scared to use it (so old) - ended up washing dishes by hands before use them because they were not very clean and covered with spots and film (probably because of how dishwasher works). Sofa-bed mattress was full of sand and sand was under sofa too - cleaning people did not do very good work there. Otherwise, we are happy with our vacation place this year.
