Condo was great - layout was really nice, very roomy and really nicely decorated. Having the end unit ensured a little more quiet. Honestly the only thing we ever heard was the birds chirping in the morning! Kitchen was really well stocked and the place had everything that we needed. The area is perfect to get to Coligny and to the beach. I timed the walk to the beach and with multiple beach chairs, cooler and wagon in tow it took me 9 minutes from the condo to the landing place at the beach. Having 2 pools is nice but just know that in HHI in July/August, the pools are very warm and will not be conducive to a refreshing swim! This has nothing to do with this property, but applies to pools everywhere (unless they're cooled). Communication with the owner was excellent. We had only very minor questions and she was very responsive and very accommodating. I'd highly recommend this property and will look to stay again.

Annual Summer trip to HHI

Usually we have more family but this year only 4 of us could make it. Enjoyed the turtles in the pond which patio overlooked. Pool was nice. Layout worked great for our family.

Coligny Beach Condo

The condo was clean and well kept, it had everything you would need from appliances to beach chairs and umbrellas! Carrie was very easy to reach and was quick to communicate whenever I had a question! We had 5 small kids with us and they loved going to the pool which always had open chairs and umbrella tables and the beach was a convenient 5 mins walk!

Condo rental in Courtside

This property is amazing, perfect for my adult son, adult daughter and spouse, two grandchildren 3 and 17 mos. and I. We literally walked to Coligny every day, to the beach, the park, pool was just steps away, and the condo was stocked better than any I've ever rented. Carrie is wonderful to talk to, so helpful, responds quickly to questions. I'd definitely recommend this rental...wonderful experience!

Great location, beautiful home!

This is an amazing condo that is so close to all the different things you might want to do! It is walking distance to the park and kids museum if you have small ones, delicious food options within a mile radius, beach access, tons of shopping and even in walking distance to catch the trolley! Carrie made our stay so welcoming and was readily available to answer and questions. We would HIGHLY recommend and hope to visit again!

Weekend Get Away

We loved our stay here! This was a beautiful condo that was well managed and very clean. The stay was very accommodating and comfortable. There is qucik access to the beach and the Coligny Beach Park area. Carrie provided great communication and recommendations for things to do nearby. Also, the neighbors were very friendly. I'd definitely stay again.

Property was just as described, maybe better. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciate the host providing beach towels. Lots of communication before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Beach getaway

My wife and I stayed in this property over this winter. Can’t say enough good things about our trip. Condo is nicely decorated and supplied. Clean and updated. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Very close to beach and Coligny Plaza. Would recommend to anyone.

Family Getaway

The pictures do not deceive! The condo was immaculate upon arrival. There was more than enough room for the 10 of us allowing everyone to spread out. The location to the beach is to die for and the pools in the complex are a great way to relax after hitting the beach. The atmosphere of the complex is family oriented and we met so many engaging and sweet people while there. Communication with the owners is helpful and fast. I e would frontally stay here again!

Summer Vacation July 2022

The condo was great. Very clean, great location near beach and Coligney Plaza. It was close to the pool and easy parking situation. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive with any questions we had. She made the rental process simple and hassle free. Highly recommend this property!

Exactly as advertised

Although the complex appears quite large, it never felt busy during our stay and the house itself was clean and spacious and allowed our 2 teen boys to have their own bedrooms and their own bathrooms ( so no arguments over showers!). A fun filled week with walking access to the beach (~5 min) and Coligny plaza with multiple restaurants. A relaxing break from a tough year which we all enjoyed.

Well stocked and easy access to the beach

This Villa was well stocked with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals and spacious enough for a large group. The short walk to the beach and to Coligny shopping plaza is a plus. The owners are always making sure everything is perfect and that you are enjoying your stay. Would definitely stay again

As other reviewers have noted, place is great. Though we didn't need anything, owners were readily available should something come up. We go to Hilton Head every year and to be honest I don't really leave reviews but this place is perfect and worthy of one. Condo is spacious, clean and close to everything. Kitchen has everything you need. There were also beach chairs, toys, games, puzzles etc.. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a real plus. Really couldn't ask for more. I expect we will back next year and definitely recommend putting this place on your short list. It's certainly on ours.

Perfect place stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely consider returning. It was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our week. There was plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our two families. The location was perfect with the beach, park, shops and restaurants all being within reasonable walking distance. It was really nice to have a view of and easy access to the pool. Carrie was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She took great care to make sure we enjoyed our week. Overall, a great place to stay!

Beautiful property

This was a beautiful property! Everything was spotless when we got there, all appliances and furniture in perfect condition. Great location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops. Nice view out back of the turtle pond and large pool. We would definitely recommend this property! The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful as well!
