Carol is an exceptional host. Very responsive and everything was exactly as depicted. Had an issue with the dishwasher on the 2nd night and it was replaced the next morning. Layout of the house was perfect for the 6 of us and 2 dogs.

Sea Pines Vacation

Love the property. It is on Atlantic Dunes and hole number 2 is facing out from the back of the home. Home is upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs bedroom is perfect. It’s the only one downstairs and it’s the master bedroom. Kitchen is a huge size/space. Had all we needed. We love the pool. The pool is what we enjoyed the most. Probably a 15x25 and plenty of sun. It stays clean and is a great size for several people at a time. Thanks, Matthew

Great location!

Communication with property owner was excellent! House was in a great location - a short walk to the beach and backyard facing the 2nd hole of the golf course provided some added entertainment when in the pool. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Great spot!

Very enjoyable family vacation with 3 grandchildren. Location is quiet but convenient to everything. The pool was great. Furniture in the living room is a little tired but overall accommodations for our group was perfect!

Great house in a great location.

My husband & I stayed here for 2 weeks with our dog (Labrador Retriever). The location, full sun pool, first floor master bedroom, & fenced yard were the main selling points when deciding to rent this home. The house is very clean & well maintained. We loved the sunroom & outdoor patio area where we spent most of our time when not golfing or at the beach. The house is very close to the Plantation Golf Club & about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a couple of minor house issues which were immediately addressed by the host who was very accessible & accommodating. This was our first road trip to Hilton Head with our dog & he loved it as much as we do!

Absolutely wonderful stay

From start to finish, this property was amazing. A quick bike ride to the beach made even multiple daily quick jaunts possible. For longer stays, when we felt the need to bring chairs and umbrella, there was a wagon available for a 15 minute walk to the shore and you were in the ocean. The pool in the backyard was also perfect. Our grand twins (8 years old) spent hours in the pool every day and it was so easy to monitor them from the chaise lounges and patio table. And Sea Pines is just a wonderful section of Hilton Head…restaurants, shops, and a playground. In short, a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful place

We had a great time at this house. I have rented many houses in Sea Pines over the lasts 15 years and the backyard setting is one of the best I have seen with the #2 green in the background of the pool. Perfect for one pet in the back yard and great open floor layout inside the house.

Fantastic beach house

This home exceeded our expectations! Very spacious with lots of light coming in. Large kitchen fully stocked. The outdoor patio and pool overlooking the golf course was a highlight. We loved to spend the afternoons there after coming from the beach, which is a short walk from the home. The use of the wagon and beach chairs was also very helpful. Our family of 4+ our dog was very comfortable in this home for a week and wished we could’ve stayed longer!

Truly Paradise

We love this house!! Our communication with Carol before and during our stay was excellent and easy. The house is great for a family and we truly enjoyed our time together. We spent 85% of our time outside in the backyard. It's incredible. The fence gave us a piece of mind for our dogs and baby. It was quiet and peaceful. The house was located on a lovely road in a good area of Sea Pines and was a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying again!

A wonderful stay!

Great house, great location! Well stocked kitchen, roomy house with comfy beds and seating. Super clean. Great dog walking neighborhood, short walk to beautiful beach, and lovely bike rides to Coligny, Harbor town and South beach. Pool was wonderful! Really enjoyed our two week stay and will plan on a return trip for sure!

Amazing HHI house

We just got back from an absolutely fantastic stay at 11 South Live Oak. Carol was wonderful to work with, answered all questions ASAP. The house was super clean and no bugs, inside or out. The pool was absolutely perfect. The fact that this is a dog friendly house is a bonus. We will definitely rent from Carol again!

Beautiful Beach House in Sea Pines

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks in August with our family. It is a great venue for a relaxing vacation in Sea Pines. The house is big and has wonderful light, windows in every room. The chef-sized kitchen is fully equipped to make large family meals. The beach is a short walk with beautiful settings of the golf course and wildlife viewing. You can bike anywhere to all the top spots in Sea Pines. The pool and backyard are pet and kid-friendly. The owner includes a nice backyard grill with propane. I like the extra touches in the house, the extra fridge in the garage and nice driveway to unload the cars and the powder room bath in the kitchen. Furniture is very comfortable in every room. Huge dining room table outside the kitchen. The owner is very responsive when you have questions about the house. Great place! Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful home!

Great house great location

Spent two weeks here with family and our two dogs. House is located a short walk from the beach. A well maintained home with plenty of room and a great fenced in backyard with nice sized pool for relaxing We really enjoyed our trip. Owner communication was excellent. She was very kind and helpful!

perfect vacation villa

The villa has a 5 Star location, close to the beach Club, close to fine restaurants and also to shops ; my first impression of the villa when entering is the brightness of living and dining room; the kitchen is a dream, the largest I have ever seen which will be appreciated by a large family ; plenty of cabinets, and of course every 5 Star property should have a wine cooler ! Fantastic ! Large master bedroom with King bed guarantees the best sleep ever ; just enough space left to tell the friendly owners that my 2 weeks in their villa went by too fast; ( my little poodle also enjoyed sitting by the pool , happy dog, happy owner !

Spacious house

House was great for our two families; plenty of room where we didn’t feel on top of each other. House was very clean and met our needs. Only critique is that the house, finishes, bathrooms, carpeting were old and needed updating. Most of the pool floats had holes but beach chairs were great. Bath and kitchen towels were old and could use a replacement as well as many of the non stick pots and pans. Also bring a sharp knife with u as all the knives were dull and barely cut fruit. All in all the house met our needs but could use some upgrading.

Wonderful Location in Sea Pines

This property is in a perfect location in Sea Pines just inside the gates. Pool and grounds are great for a large group and wonderful if you have pets. The house is spread out so if you have two families there is privacy with a first and second floor master / en suite. Live Oak is a very open and sunny street and you are just a 5 - 7 minute walk to the beach. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and during our stay. We will be back!

Great House and Location

This house was more than we expected! The house was great - very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The pool with full sun though out the day was a huge plus along with the lounge chairs and beach chairs that were provided! Easy walk to the beach. We definitely will be back.
