I loved our small apartment with a balcony for our two night stay. Great access to the beach and room were spacious. The only thing that I didn’t like since we weren’t staying for the week is that timeshare owners check in on Saturday therefore, I had to switch rooms mid stay. So it interrupted our stay and having young toddlers wasn’t fun having to pack up and unpack again. Other than that, I would stay again but not check in on a Friday.

Perfect end unit condo on the ground. Plenty of room for our 5 children and grass area right outside our balcony for them to play. Just a few feet from the beach. This is our 4th time staying in this complex and we love it more each time we visit.

I was skeptical to rent because we were just looking to rent a partial week and this place was a lot cheaper than other places I was looking at. We were so pleased with this property. Unit was clean, in a great location with beautiful views off the balcony. Close walking distance to the beach. Good location on the island. The property is beautifully maintained. Good fishing ponds for my boys. Great courts for pickleball. The owner of the unit called to check on us and to make sure the unit was in good condition when we got there. Will definitely vacation again here!

We had an amazing week and the condo was clean, spacious and easy to navigate. Everything was in working order and any minor nuance was handled quickly by staff. The resort was great to walk, bike and the sports courts and facilities were enjoyed by all. The beach access and grilling areas were fantastic! The playground and sunning deck were a great stop after walking the beach.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Sea Watch. It was a wonderful way to relax, and the condos were in excellent condition which made the stay even nicer. Kudos to all of our great staff as well.

It was a very nice place from cobwebs in the lights security guard there the gate was rude. You would just hate to go by the gate every time we drove by we didn’t have never have to stop but the guy he was just like got mad because yes, who I was I said Robert wrote her reservations. He went and got a piece of paper off the desk and that like he came back he’s gonna give it to me and then he got mad and went back and I don’t know what happened but people were just very rude but the place was very nice. Just a couple small stuff. Nothing big we stay again thank you and have a great day.

The suite was gorgeous and very clean. My only complaint was the changing of suites we rented Friday to Sunday and had to be moved to another 2 bedroom suite on Saturday which wasted a lot of our precious time because we had to worry about when they would call us to move. We were moved to another 2 bedroom suite exactly the same as the one we were in on the same floor. I have to wonder why we had to move. I wasn't told about this room change until I had already booked and paid which another thing I did not like. I understand they usually rent from Saturday to Saturday, but when the rooms are exactly alike and on the same floor I can't understand moving the person who is already in the room. We couldn't really unpack and we had to load up again and cutting into our precious weekend getaway. Had I known ahead of time about the moving I wouldn't have booked a weekend getaway there. The people were nice the property and beach were amazing. Loved the walkways onto the beach. The pool was so clean as were the grounds. Great beds and furniture in the rooms, and lovely clean thick towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook. The only I could see missing were the proper utensils for the nonstick skillets. Without the room moving I would given full marks. I highly recommend if you stay Saturday to Saturday. However, not for a weekend getaway unless things change, loading and unloading again and not being able to unpack did not make for an enjoyable weekend.

I have visited and/or owned for the last 10 years. Great location & proximity to the beach. The cornhole game and volleyball nets are close by to this particular unit and can be noisy at times. Buildings are old but maintained well.

Would stay again.

The property is really good. Very close to the ocean (much closer than so many other HH condos). It was spacious and had everything we needed. That being said, units are somewhat dated. Appliances and furniture are newer, but units (at least ours) could stand to have a mild facelift (new trim, new interior doors, new base). These minor and inexpensive upgrades would vastly improve the appeal. Unit was clean with a couple exceptions. (The cleaning crew missed a couple spots on the bathroom floor (some random hairs). The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Meticulous landscaping and very clean. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was also very clean. Plenty of chairs and shade for those who want/need it. All in all, a very good stay.

Pool was closed down 3 of the 5 days we were there. Showers hot/cold water were both backwards (we thought there was no hot water the first night because of this). Light switches / electrical were all weird. Flip switch you might get ceiling fan or light, flip it off and both might stay on?? We sent this info in a check-in review. No one bothered to do anything about it.

Overall we loved our stay! The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Our condo had a beach view with a balcony that was gorgeous! It was also a short walk to the beach which is very nice if traveling with kids that require a bunch of stuff to carry with you to and from. Parking was scarce, but we were usually able to find a spot close to our condo. Our kids loved the different options to choose from at the pool. Water pressure in showers was a little soft, making it hard to get the sand off sometimes. But if the shower and parking is the only negative things we have to say, then I definitely think the trip was a total success! We hope to be back soon!
