Five stars!!!

This was the perfect property for our two families to share for summer vacation. Enough beds and bathrooms for all our ornery teenagers, tons of things to do at the house, a quick 2 min walk to the beach. It’s far enough from the public beach access that it wasn’t very crowded. We loved watching movies in the media room at night and playing Marco Polo in the pool! Would definitely stay here again :)

Great home for a big, multi-family group!

Five families, with 10 children (ages 4-13) enjoyed an amazing week together in this large home! The kids LOVED the pool, the pool table, the movie room, the swing seat on the 2nd floor balcony and the bball hoop! The adults loved the outdoor seating, pool, pool table, the large well-equipped kitchen (would be amazing to have more tupperware for leftovers), 2nd floor balcony for morning coffee/tea and proximity to the beach (one long block walk). We got super lucky with the weather (mid 70s-low 80s all week) and loved every minute of our stay! Downside was that the hot tub didn't work at all for the whole week, which was super disappointing for the adults. Communication with the contact at Luxury Rentals about this issue was consistent but not always clear and didn't result in a "fix" so what can you do? We made the best of it. One thing I will say is that every adult agreed that the beds/pillows were AWFUL. We're not spring chickens anymore so we woke up each morning with back and neck aches :(. I think it's time to invest in some new beds and pillows. The beach was magical! Never busy or packed, expansive! We saw dolphins swimming by one evening which was a highlight for everyone! Overall, an awesome stay!

We loved our vacation property

We had a great time. Very clean and spacious. Loved having the pool house with a bathroom and refrigerator. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room to spread out with 22 people.

Gorgeous property in a perfect location

We had six adults and eight kids for our weeklong stay, and this house was perfect. We could have easily held more, and the layout allowed for all ages/groups to spread out with their own space. The pool and hot tub are great, and be prepared to cover the added cost to heat if you’re not coming in the summer. You’re steps away from the ocean too!

Annual Golf Trip

House and property were beautiful. All enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the fact there were 4 refrigerators and a ice machine which keep up with 12 guys having a “few” drinks. Highly recommend this property and the property manager Becky Walker. Hope to be back next year

20 Sandpiper; Family Reunion

Perfect place for a family of around 20-23 for Thanksgiving; great location close to the beach and shopping, lots to do at the house; pool, jacuzzi, corn hole, bb ball, ping pong, billiards, etc. Very comfortable for me, my family of 4 siblings and their kids, spouses, parents. Will look to rent it again

There were 15 of us who thoroughly enjoyed this house. Out of the 21 meals we had, only 4 were at restaurants because of the well-stocked kitchen(s). We used all of the games inside and out. Our 7 grandkids had no requests to go elsewhere for entertainment other than the beach. The beach access is handy but needs work at the beach entrance where it was difficult to pull wagons because of rickety steps and rock-filled path. We made so many good memories there. Thanks.

Great set up for multi-generation family vacation

Great location. Very close to the beach and just a quick bike/walk to Coligny Beach shops and restaurants. We loved the pool and the spacious floor plan. We loved the game room in the garage and made good use of the beach gear. We had very good communication from the property management company. Easy check in and out process. No complaints!

We celebrated my mother in laws 80th birthday. The house was clean, spacious and offered excellent entertainment options both inside and out. The location was also great being very close to the beach and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Holiday Family get together

The property is quite beautiful. We loved the home and the entire property. We used the outside fire pit several nights and had a wonderful time. Our party had 14 and we were all quite comfortable. My only frustration was with the pool/hot tub. I had read in earlier reviews that this might be an issue and it is why on several communications I made it clear that we wanted the heat working and I even wanted to confirm the payment for the heat was included in our final payment before we arrived to make sure there was not a question about the heat. Having the pool and hot tub was one of the main things we wanted. I was traveling with a few college swimmers who wanted to keep up their training. So I have to say after making it known several times how important this was, we were very disappointed to get there and the heat was not working and that they wouldn't be able to have it working for the week. Again, the house is gorgeous, but not having the pool/hot tub working after trying my best to make it known that this was important, I have to say, it was very frustrating.

Fun house

We had a great time but were disappointed that the pool/hot tub weren’t working. I understand that this was beyond the renter’s control but feel like we should have been refunded a percentage of the rental fee. Having a heated pool was a huge factor in our decision to rent this particular property. That being said, it’s a nice house and we enjoyed our stay.

Bachelor Trip

Bachelor weekend with 17 guys. The house was awesome with tons of space For everyone to spread out. Lots of options for activities with the pool table, ping pong table and beach items. The house was very pink, made for quite the joke when we arrived with all guys. The listing did clearly indicate the pool/spa required heat for additional fee. I, logically interpreted spa/hot tub would have heat. Regardless property owners were extremely helpful, within 20 minutes of contact and payment there was someone at the property to assist with turning the heat on. Although not our primary purpose there, we couldn’t get a signal on a few of the TV’s including the main level one. The tv would turn on but wasn’t receiving any channels. The Sonos sound system, when we tried to connect, also indicated an upgrade to the software was required. Since we already brought separate speakers for the beach we used those instead. Overall, the house was amazing, extremely helpful directions were included everywhere to assist the renters. The property was beautiful, and well maintained. We will be back again and have already shared the listing with various other friends.

Great time

This was a beautiful home with plenty of space for the entire family. The kitchen had everything we needed and the walk to the beach was a short stroll. My mother is 81 with Cancer and weak legs and she refused to let me drive her to the beach. So the walk was manageable for everyone. Great weather, great time, great home and great hosts!!

Beautiful vacation home!

This home exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, large, and clean. Plenty of room for our family reunion. We loved the pool table, swimming pool, ping pong, and other great games. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, cooking utensils, and serving dishes. The beach toys and equipment were a great plus. Very convenient location with a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and a very short drive to Coligny shopping plaza (plenty of parking there). We only suggest that the photos show a better view of the lovely front exterior of this pink home. Overall, a very impressive and comfortable home.

Great place for a family vacation

The property was very nice, one of the nicest on the island in my opinion. Short walk to the beach. We had 8 people (2 families) and could have easily accommodated another as there were beds and bedrooms that went unused.

Best Mother’s Day ever!

I can’t say enough about how lovely this home is. It has everything you would want for a perfect week at the beach! In the midst of a pandemic, this house was exactly what we needed to feel “normal” again. We will definitely be back to Sandpiper!!!

Great house for large groups

Enjoyed the house very much. A lot of fun things to do around the house and very close to the water. Only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was the added fee for the pool and jacuzzi. It is a flat fee regardless of how many days you are to stay. In this instance, it would have been 200 to heat the jacuzzi alone for 3 days.
