This is the fourth different unit that we have stayed in in this complex over the years. Great check in instructions. Clean unit with comfortable beds and furniture. Away from the roadway so it’s nice and quiet at night.Thanks for a great stay !

Just a few things I would suggest is cleaning the shower door stripping in bathrooms, cleaning the cold air return in the ceiling and checking the smoke alarms. I didn’t see any flashing lights to indicate if they were working. I looked for a step stool to try and check batteries but didn’t find anything sturdy to stand on. This was our third time staying in this condo and we really enjoy it!

The place was clean and we had ample amount of room for the 3 of us. We just had an issue with the tv not connecting to wifi, not a huge issue as we connected to our personal hot spot on our phones. Slight odor from the master toilet, could have been from the rain, we reported it and I am sure the owner will have it checked out. Kevin communicated great with us. Location was about a mile walk to the beach.

Very nice place to stay. My only issue was the Air Conditioner couldn’t keep the set temperature inside durning the day. Also the internet wasn’t working properly but that wasn’t due to the people over the property. The property manager communicated quickly when I had questions.

Public Pooping Property

Gorgeous house and very nice updates. However, I would never ever have reserved it had I realized the bathroom does not have a door. Yes, there is a barn door to the hallway with a huge crack that anyone can see you in the bathroom through. Also, this hallway leads to a bedroom that sleeps four people. So I guess, the person in the bathroom just knocks on the bedroom door and tells everyone not to go through the hallway to leave the bedroom until they finish whatever dirty duty it is they need to do. Then when they are finished, the hallway is full of the lovely aromas from said business. Does the owner not poop? Inquiring minds wonder…. For gosh sake, put a freaking door on the bathroom for non-social poopers, and save me your “open concept” nonsense you tried on other reviewers.

The property was nice, but it need to be re-cleaned when I got there because there was pet hair and dander everywhere and it was affecting my allergies. They were very responsive in getting this done but then the drain in the master bath shower clogged and they didn’t fix it And not put a damper on my trip towards the end.

Great location, very well equipped kitchen

Our family of 5 spent Thanksgiving here. We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen was really well equipped which can be rare in a rental and we really appreciated that. It's walking distance to the beach and we enjoyed the pickleball courts. It was also amazing that it was dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

Great condo in Queen’s Grant! Fully renovated and Beachy vibe- perfect for a vacation. It was just my husband, our two little dogs, and me. I tried to book it on my phone app while at the beach to extend our stay and searched under “pet friendly” it gave me a total for our dates, but I evidently failed to check the box I had pets so the total wasn’t accurate, so be sure and check the box! It all god worked out and ended well. Great place to stay for some extra beach time!

We’ve been coming to palemetto dunes for years and this property was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to general store. Walk to the beach was less than a mile. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Spring Break Location

Had a really nice stay for Spring Break with our family and pooch. The condo is an easy walk to the beach and to Shelter Cove that has a bunch of food and shopping options. We made good use of the beach toys, wagon, and chairs and knowing they were going to be available me really helped with packing for the trip. Communication with the property manager was easy, and he was really responsive when we ended up needing a second parking pass after a last minute change in our travel plans. Highly recommend the location, property, and island in general.
