This condo was wonderful. We love staying at Breakers(especially now that it has elevators) because it is so close to everything and right on the beach. It is right across the street from Coligny Plaza with shopping, ice cream and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really like the keyless entry. The use of beach chairs,4 beach towels and the(new) beach umbrella was defiantly appreciated. There were also some beach toys and boogie boards. We could sit on the balcony and listen to the music from Tiki Hut. You could not hear it if you were inside so it will not disturb you inside. The bed was extremely comfortably and we slept great. Communication with the owners was above and beyond. They were very quick to reply to any messages and even checked in on us to be sure everything was ok. We would defiantly stay here again!

Location was perfect, close to shopping restaurants and right on the beach. The unit is totally remodeled and the hosts provide beach towels and chairs which is very helpful for those flying in. Also, they provided a packet which contained dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and garbage bags. All of these extra touches are greatly appreciated. I would stay here again and recommend it to others

Hilton Head Condo - next to Coligny

Very clean and right on the beach. Property is across the street from Coligny. Food and live music all within short walking distance. Howard and Alison were outstanding hosts. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location

I have only been to Hilton Head one other time but didn’t stay the night. This time I decided to stay and glad I did. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. Plus the beach is also walking distance so you don’t have to worry about parking. Overall amazing will definitely be staying here again.

Last minute getaway

My wife and I were needing to escape the damage from Hurricane Helene so we were looking for a last minute location to book. Having traveled to HHI many times over the years this was our obvious choice. We booked Howard and Allison’s place and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The condo was immaculate and proved to be just as the online description showed. It looks to be recently upgraded and had everything we needed. The wifi worked great which proved to be very beneficial as I was able to work remotely. Howard and Allison were absolutely amazing to work with. Once they learned of our storm damage displacement they when above and beyond to offer to assist us any way possible. We definitely plan on staying in their condo on our next trip to HHI.

Great location, near beach and restaurants

I've stayed at a number of places on HHI, all advertising beachfront. This one is the closest to the beach of all of them so far! The location is a prime location near dozens of shops, restaurants and things to do. The condo also has a small washer and dryer in it which is super helpful for washing towels and swimwear each day. I appreciated all the hooks and places to store things that they had set up, since the unit is fairly small. There is one formal bedroom, then a set of galley bunkbeds in the hall way and a couch in the living room. I didn't check to see if it was a pull out bed or not. On the balcony (which you can sort of see the ocean if you strain your neck a little) you will find for you to use an umbrella, a kid's life vest, two boogie boards, sand toys and there are 4 chairs although I can't vouch that they all work. There is an outdoor pool area with two small pools and ample seating. The larger pool has a depth of 8 feet. The boardwalk to the beach is very short! That was the really fantastic part. Many other stays on HHI you are walking a quarter mile til you get to the beach. There is also ample parking, I got a nice covered area, which worked fantastic, my car stayed cool and protected. The only negative thing which is beyond the owner's control is there is only one working elevator- and it is as far away from the unit as you can be. So when we took our beach things down in our wagon or to load or unload our car, it was kind of a jaunt.
