I want to thank my host for being a gracious host from the start of this process until the end. The property is very nice and I am happy to give it a five star rating. The location is terrific. This is the first time we’ve done an AB&B/VRBO. I hope that if we do this again we are fortunate to have such an accommodating host as we had and another superb property. Thank You - Thank You

We’ve been coming to Sea Pines for 6 years now and always love it!Location in harbor town is wonderful, hosts were great to work with. Only gripe is that the TVs are impossible to use for kids / teens hanging out after long days at the pool / beach. Smart TVs are so cheap these days I’d suggest upgrading to an easy to use one like TCL with Roku built in / YouTube TV to avoid having to use 3-4 remotes. Otherwise - we had a wonderful time and the TV issue would not stop us from staying there again!

Overall the condo was lovely. The neighborhood was lovely. Big tourist spot. Good restaurants! Entertainment. We had a wonderful time. Parking was not so great - at times we had to park a bit farther away…across the street. After 9:30 however, the lot clears out and you can move your car closer if you desire.Sea Pines Beach Club was wonderful!!! Easy to get to and the beach was beautiful !!!Condo needs a few minor repairs but overall was very nice.Now if the weather would have cooperated!!!! RAIN!!! Except for one GORGEOUS day! Hello beach!!!

After years of staying on the beach, we decided to try out different locations in Sea Pines and Harbour Town sounded like the place to be. The condo was as advertised. The location cannot be beat and the access to the pool was great. The only downside is not having a reserved parking place, which I did not realize until after we booked. Given the crowds in Harbour Town, we didn’t feel like we could move the car during the day or evening for fear of not being able to find a spot when we returned. We rode our bikes instead!

Julie is a great host. The location is 10/10 for families or anyone really. There’s little quirks like every rental with stuff that’s not perfect and the parking situation is crazy so get bikes and plan to ride if it’s not trolley season. But it’s safe, quiet for being right in the action, pretty clean, and has tons of stuff to do. It’s also so well equipped for family’s. Lots of beach gear, all the info you need. We appreciated the info for Mike’s Bikes to rent. They dropped off at the bike rack right outside. We will be back for sure!

Well decorated & prime location although complicated latch on inside of door with no instructions, parking spaces limited, washing machine sounds like might have missing betting, 5 remotes for family rm tv.

Location is great if you want to be in the heart of harbor town. Limited parking. Older building with a lot of dust so hard for people with bad allergies. Clean but could use a deep clean to help with the dust. No harbor views from apartment itself but easy to walk down the stairs to catch the sunrise/sunset on the harbor.

We had a wonderful stay for our first trip to Hilton Head Island! Julie was incredibly responsive and sent along plenty of helpful tips and resources prior to our trip. Also loved the binder in the unit with logistical details, menus and things to do. The unit was as advertised and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a few meals and enjoyed the keurig to make our coffee each morning. Since we flew, we really appreciated the use of beach chairs, beach canopy and towels. We also loved the pool and appreciated that both the beach club and pool had food and drinks available for purchase (pins coladas and daiquiris anyone?) The proximity to Harbourtown lighthouse and all the cute shops and restaurants was amazing! We did rent a car so we could explore the whole island but I’d imagine if you just wanted to stay in sea pines, the trolley and bikes would be sufficient. We were really impressed by the whole sea pines community. It was clean, well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. We look forward to a return trip!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful property! Two balconies let in a lot of lovely light and gave us a great playground view. The location can't be beat! With a trolley stop off one side, the general store at the entrance, and the Crazy Crab and Harbour Town off the other, we could not have asked for more! Julie's communication in setting everything up and her recommendations for bike rentals and restaurants were amazing! We will be revisiting this property!

The condo was very convenient in the center of Harbour Town. Even though it was in the middle of everything, the condo itself was very quiet. We enjoyed the convenience of the Trolley to give us access to the Beach Club and other Sea Pines locations. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was very helpful to have so many charging blocks and ways to plug in multiple electronics. The condo was stocked with several beach chairs and beach towels. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to Greg Russell’s family show at night. We enjoyed our stay and had a great family vacation. The property owner was very good to work with, too!

Lovely top floor condo in the heart of Harbour Towne! The location was amazing - so easy to walk to everything or catch the Sea Pines Trolley just around the corner. The condo was spacious, very clean, and everything was in perfect condition. We had no issues on our stay. I reached out one time with a question about parked and the owners were so quick to respond. We look forward to staying here again the next time we come to Hilton Head!
