Initial impression was that the place was better than anticipated, although finding it on a rainy late Saturday afternoon was a challenge. People working in the General store said they never heard of it. Overall - a fantastic experience. Enjoyed the location and the accessability.Issues for us seniors: getting in and out of the deep tubs (but that is anywhere). And figuring out the TV. We finally figured it out by Friday.We had a great time!!

The condo had a prominent mildew smell and felt very damp. It feels like the cleaning between guests and upkeep is kept to a minimum. The owner is responsive and did plan to address issues demonstrated in photographs submitted with this review. Harbour Town is okay to visit for a half day but we would not stay there again. The difficulty with securing parking is a big negative.

Family vacation

Great location. Very convenient to everything Sea Pines and Hilton Head have to offer.The condo was clean and orderly. Everything we needed and then some was there for use.Communication from the property owner was fantastic. All the information and more was provided to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

Perfect Family Location

We loved the convenience of being right in the middle of Harbortown. We biked to the beach, biked to the stables, played on the playground, and enjoyed drinks & meals in Harbortown. The condo's location couldn't be more convenient.

As Good As Advertised

I want to thank my host for being a gracious host from the start of this process until the end. The property is very nice and I am happy to give it a five star rating. The location is terrific. This is the first time we’ve done an AB&B/VRBO. I hope that if we do this again we are fortunate to have such an accommodating host as we had and another superb property. Thank You - Thank You

Love sea pines!

We’ve been coming to Sea Pines for 6 years now and always love it!Location in harbor town is wonderful, hosts were great to work with. Only gripe is that the TVs are impossible to use for kids / teens hanging out after long days at the pool / beach. Smart TVs are so cheap these days I’d suggest upgrading to an easy to use one like TCL with Roku built in / YouTube TV to avoid having to use 3-4 remotes. Otherwise - we had a wonderful time and the TV issue would not stop us from staying there again!

Harbor Town Condo

Overall the condo was lovely. The neighborhood was lovely. Big tourist spot. Good restaurants! Entertainment. We had a wonderful time. Parking was not so great - at times we had to park a bit farther away…across the street. After 9:30 however, the lot clears out and you can move your car closer if you desire.Sea Pines Beach Club was wonderful!!! Easy to get to and the beach was beautiful !!!Condo needs a few minor repairs but overall was very nice.Now if the weather would have cooperated!!!! RAIN!!! Except for one GORGEOUS day! Hello beach!!!

Harbour Town/Mariner’s Way

After years of staying on the beach, we decided to try out different locations in Sea Pines and Harbour Town sounded like the place to be. The condo was as advertised. The location cannot be beat and the access to the pool was great. The only downside is not having a reserved parking place, which I did not realize until after we booked. Given the crowds in Harbour Town, we didn’t feel like we could move the car during the day or evening for fear of not being able to find a spot when we returned. We rode our bikes instead!

Overall great experience!

Julie is a great host. The location is 10/10 for families or anyone really. There’s little quirks like every rental with stuff that’s not perfect and the parking situation is crazy so get bikes and plan to ride if it’s not trolley season. But it’s safe, quiet for being right in the action, pretty clean, and has tons of stuff to do. It’s also so well equipped for family’s. Lots of beach gear, all the info you need. We appreciated the info for Mike’s Bikes to rent. They dropped off at the bike rack right outside. We will be back for sure!

Checking in the dark & washing machine trouble

Well decorated & prime location although complicated latch on inside of door with no instructions, parking spaces limited, washing machine sounds like might have missing betting, 5 remotes for family rm tv.

1. Washing machine made loud grinding noise2. no grab bars in bathroom3. check in after dark was frustrating. wasnt told how to open gate door. It took me about an hour & several tourists offered to help me 4. five remotes in family room with no directions

Off season trip to Hilton Head

Very comfortable, well equipped, quiet property with the harbour on its doorstep. Everything worked and we had no problems. We were lucky with the weather too - cold but beautifully sunny.

Good location

Location is great if you want to be in the heart of harbor town. Limited parking. Older building with a lot of dust so hard for people with bad allergies. Clean but could use a deep clean to help with the dust. No harbor views from apartment itself but easy to walk down the stairs to catch the sunrise/sunset on the harbor.
