We had a group of 11 50 & 60 year-old adults gathering for a reunion, and this house was perfect for us. We had just the right amount of beds & bathrooms to give everyone sleeping space and bathroom time without stepping on anyone else's feet.We loved the location and the way the back deck was shielded from the beach by the trees, which also made for a lovely view. The pool was the perfect temp for the hot weather. The roomy living space allowed us to prep meals together, eat at a common table, and sit in the living room. We loved the pool and ping-pong tables!The only thing that we didn't like was the weird auto-generated texts we got telling us we were too noisy. The first night they came when just 2 people were talking in the back at normal levels. I walked around to see how loud it was from other parts of the deck, and it wasn't any louder than the frogs, which in fact drowned their voices out. We got no text the next night when I thought it was actually louder. I had no idea there were noise sensors, and it seemed a little intrusive. It could have been in the initial agreement we signed, but it would have been nice to have a reminder.
