Perfect stay

The house was a perfect place for our extended family. Plenty of space for all of us, a great pool, Coligny Plaza just a couple minute walk and best of all, the beach was less than a hundred yards away.Our host Peter was just a text away with any questions we had.The next time we visit we’ll be sure to stay there.

Location was great and this house was exactly what we needed for the 16 of us. Had an issue with the front door but was quickly taken care of by owner and maintenance man. Furnishings were pretty basic but ample room throughout the house.

We loved the house and location, but we had a couple senior citizens who couldn't make it up the stairs. I wish it had an elevator. But we made it work. Love the house didn't want to leave.

Peter, our host, was quick to respond and welcoming. He worked to make our stay perfect.The property was phenomenal. I am sure the neighbors all heard me exclaiming repeatedly over the sheer size of the home. It was perfectly furnished with comfy couches and great beds. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and silverware. We did struggle with the pots and pans, but that happens.Lots and lots of games and puzzles, pool and beach toys. The pool! We had Peter heat it so we could enjoy it and boy! Did we ever! The grands were in there at least three times a day (and so was I.)Location! Just steps to the quiet beach and 3 short blocks to shops and restaurants. Bonus at Christmas time this house is located on a street of holiday splendor! Christmas lights, music and even a bubble machine all made our stay over the top.
The entry level main room for “girl tv”.
The main floor where the 10 of us hung out often.
Jan. 1 2026 sunset. We watched dolphins swim by and were thankful for our time together at Peter’s home.

Wonderful house, wonderful stay

We had our extended family to stay in this amazing home. It was so spacious and functional - we all had a great time. Close to beach, close to town, great pool. Had the best nights' sleep there!! Thanks so much!

“Best vacation ever!”

We have been coming to HHI since 2011 for our family vacation & everyone was in agreement that this was the best ever. The house is so spacious & beautiful; everyone had plenty of room without feeling crowed. We loved being steps away from the beach & when it was too windy at the beach we came back and enjoyed the pool. Being within walking distance to Coligny is also an advantage.

Great location

We enjoyed the short beach walk and closeness to Coligny. Pool was very popular with our family. Rooms were spacious and accommodating. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in HHI!

Loved It!

Stayed at this house 17 years ago. Loved this stay as much as I did then. My only complaint was the vacation was too short. I'd rent that house again in a heartbeat!

Family Vacation

The home was big and beautiful. Very short walk to the beach and to Coligny. It accomodated my family and made us feel close, but still had room so we didnt feel crowded. Highly recommend this listing.

Great location

We stayed here a few years ago and love the location. It’s an easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The place was not cleaned very well when we got there but one call and a crew came the next day (Sunday) and took care of all the problem areas. It was nice that everyone had their own bathroom.

Perfect Location

Great house for a family vacation. Located half a block from the ocean, grandkids loved the pool and easy walking distance to Coligny Circle with restaurants, shopping, kids park and lively beach. House has large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood for this time of year but may be noisy during summer months as houses are very close together.

Great location and spacious.

Short walk to beach and Coligny Plaza. The house had huge rooms. Wi-Fi and TVs were great. Nice clean pool. However, the house needs attention and updating. It was a great week with extended family!

Perfect house. Perfect location

As our families have grown and children have grown, it gets more difficult to find a place big enough. This was PERFECT. Esch bedroom has a bathroom, huge kitchen and the double oven was so nice! We grilled, we played cards at the huge dining table, we enjoyed the short walk to beach, we enjoyed the pool. Just PERFECT,.

Family Vacation!

Overall I liked this house. The locations was perfect. The kitchen was HUGE - we like to cook! The house was spacious, although I would update the furniture layout in the living room with the kitchen to better use the space and increase seating. The pool needs work and additional seating. Maybe add a TV on the deck near the pool, so you can watch sports games.

Drake’s 2024

The house was huge and accommodated our family of 13 very well. The furniture is extremely tired and needs to be replaced. The faucet in on of the basement showers was loose and needed a special tool to be tightened. That water ran non-stop all week. I messaged the host with no response. Master bathroom fan did not work. Mold on the ceiling. Spa and pool were fantastic! Proximity to the beach was outstanding!
