Perfect for families!

This place was great. There was plenty of room for me and my husband, our daughter, and our three sons. We stayed for nine days, many of which they had additional cousins over for sleepovers. The pool was the perfect size for them to splash around in without us parents having to worry. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies you’ll need to cook, serve, and eat. The table was huge, with many seats for all the kids and adults. The view from the balcony was also very pretty, day and night. It was our first time in Hilton Head, the location was perfect. We could walk, bike, or golf cart to the beach in five minutes or less. Shipping and restaurants were very close as well, in addition to grocery stores and pharmacies. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend to others!!

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful! Everyone was able to spread out and “do their thing”. Kitchen is fully furnished. Neighbors were visible, but adhered to the 10 pm quiet time. It was a great place to stay for a multi generational reunion.

Best ever!

This was by far the nicest and most well equipped rental we have stayed at. It was a family gathering for a 50th anniversary celebration. The multi levels gave people privacy when they wanted to be alone. The grandkids spent most of the week in the pool! We had a grand time!

60th birthday trip

We had a great experience at the property. Its super clean, well organized and furnishings are comfortable. The home itself is beautiful. We had a few minor problems but the mgmt company addressed them right away (key pads on front door and one toilet flushing mechanism). There were 8 adults and two infants and there was more than enough rooms, beds and bathrooms-set up was perfect for us. The pool was lovely although the pool area could have been a little cleaner. Location was great as well, with just a 3 block walk to Folly Field Beach, the HI tennis club, restaurants and bars all really close by. 5 stars all around.

Outstanding place with everything you need

The house is almost new and exactly as advertised. We had such a great time cooking together. So many rentals have big beautiful kitchens but hamper you with limited kitchen items. The owners must also be chefs because all the tools you need are there, in their labeled spots, and the knives are even sharp. The pool is the best because you can get sun or not because it is half covered and half open. We walked to the beach each morning for a beautiful sunrise and any type of beach chair you want is hanging in the garage. Comfy beds and pillows! We loved this house but it does have some stairs.

Summer Beach Trip 2021

The home was very clean, kitchen really well stocked, beds and linens were very comfortable and the house overall felt super homey! We enjoyed our stay and had children of all ages. The outside pool area was super fun for all! If you do have young children it is helpful to know the beach is 3/10’s of a mile away so we did a car ride to drop off at the beach to help eliminate the walk there and back.

Exactly as described.

We really loved this property and the manager was responsive and helpful at all times. The location to the beach is very convenient. The house is well appointed with everything you need to get to the beach. It was nice to have the pool for days when weather wasn’t the best for the beach. The neighborhood is busy and congested on the streets but not anymore than one should expect given the houses there. We loved the stay and the property.

This house is perfect!

We are a family of 7. Kids range from 15-30yrs. This was by far our favorite vacation home and we’ve stayed in a lot. It’s so clean, updated amenities, the master bedroom shower is awesome, the decor is neutral. Calming, the kitchen is well stocked… the check in process is really easy…. There’s just so many positives about this home! The neighborhood gets crowded with families and cars. Be mindful of little people running into the streets when you are driving to your house. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fun at Folly Field

Great modern property with all you need. Property manager very quick to respond to any queries. Very comfy beds, lots of towels & toiletry packs provided, lovely outlook onto the pond. Can recommend hiring bikes & cycling along the beach. Turtle nests on Folly Field Beach when we were there. Drove to Coligny Beach where we did a beach yoga class, a great way to start the day. A couple of Cool beach bars for sunset cocktails recommended in the book at the house. BBQ, swimming & Jigsaws, a perfect family & friends Holliday! It was very hot when we were there & the A/C in the house was great, perfect temperature & not noisy, lots of beach towels & equipment provided. Can also recommend hiring a pontoon boat to go & see the dolphins. Would definitely recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Family Vacation House

Great, clean house within a very short walk to the beach (5 mins, maybe 250 yards). The home's decor and furniture is top quality. Perfect location in Hilton Head as Folly Beach is not overcrowded. The house has the largest pool of all homes within the Sandcastle community.

We truly loved staying here over winter break. Beautiful home kept up impeccable and furnished extremely family friendly. Kitchen was awesome, kids never left the attic room and had a spectacular vacation. We were so comfortable that we never felt like It wasn’t our own.
