Great property - easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfy. Easy parking outside of the unit. We were there for the Lantern Festival which was really cool. We had a nice weekend making new memories.

While the communication and accommodations made by the owner was excellent, this condo did have a few issues that impacted our stay. The king bed was extremely uncomfortable. The old couch was also uncomfortable to all of us. We attempted to sit at the breakfast bar in the kitchen but there was no where for our legs to go under the counter ledge as it is not open below. It is listed that the 1st and 2nd floor condos share a covered patio on the ground level. We attempted to use that space but the guests in that condo had their stuff all over it, leading us to believe that those guests thought the patio was for their exclusive use. This was extremely frustrating and left us with no where within the condo to hang out. Additionally, the dryer did not seem to function correctly, we attempted to wash our beach clothes and the beach towels in the unit and the dryer--though getting hot, failed to dry our items and the towels after several attempts. There was also no map or signage explaining how to get to the beach. Though the condo was clean and well stocked, and the owners were very accommodating in communications prior to the trip, we did not enjoy our stay to its fullest.

Beach vacation

The condo is perfect for two people. If you have more in your party it might be a little more difficult with just one bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cookware and dishes. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk along a bike path and the beach is awesome.The host, Angela, was very responsive to all my questions and very pleasant. Angela provided the address and access code in advance so there was no stress on travel day.

First trip to Hilton Head.

We arrived at the condo and it was spotlessly clean. Generous supply of thoughtful starter items were on hand such as bottled waters in the fridge, dish detergent, hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom. Also on hand is a notebook with a list of some of the owner’s favorite restaurants in the area and the type of atmosphere which was very helpful. Angela the owner is very receptive and easy to reach if you need anything. She was also kind enough to ship some shirts I had left hanging in the closet back to me. The condo is just as described and is about a 6-7 minute walk down a shady paved pathway to the beach. The beach wagons provided were very helpful as well. I would highly recommend staying here as it is very clean with a very responsive owner. The beach doesn’t seem to be as crowded as around the Coligny plaza area although it’s close by. Our first trip to Hilton Head and we’ll definitely be back ! Thank you again Angela !

First trip to HHI

This property was perfect for us. Our 1st time visiting HHI and the location of this property was perfect. Centrally located to all the places and restaurants we wanted to visit. The condo was clean, comfortable and a great home away from home.

Convenient location, comfortable and clean. Walls are a little thin (we had some noise from below at night) but that’s common with condos like this. Had good beach supplies apart fromNo beach chairs. Parking, check in and communication were all easy.

Perfect condo in perfect location
