This was our second year in a row stay here. The location is great, Bike/walk to Coligny, the beach, and stores.The house is well maintained and check in / out was a breeze. it’s great having the pool and patio area. We had an issue with the coffee maker and sent a quick text and it was taken care of that afternoon.You can’t go wrong with the place.

The Cottage was super clean and perfectly decorated. The managing group was quick to assist when we reached out. The location to the beach was amazing and the location of the home was private and made for a very secluded stay. Having the pool to come back to after a Long Beach day hit the spot. We would definitely stay here again!!

Relaxing home close to everything!

From arrival to departure our stay was wonderful. We loved the cozy couches and comfy beds. The coastal decor was lovely and we seemed to notice something different each day. The kitchen was well appointed and we ate breakfast and had evening snacks without needing any appliance or tool that we couldn’t find. The home is located within a short walk to the beach and we ventured over one morning to catch the sunrise. Local restaurants and shopping were close but the street the home is on is very quiet. It was chilly while we were here but we did manage to get some pool time in one day. The pool area is so nice even on a cool day just to sit in the sun. We used the washer and dryer as well which was a nice amenity. We also traveled to Savannah one day within less than an hours drive. We would stay here again!

Fall Break 2024

This property is awesome !!! Great location to beach, shopping and grocery. Loved the back yard and pool area ❤️ we ate out only once and enjoyed the Farmer’s Market fresh fish in our grill. Home has everything our family needed

Great Place, Great Location

Great house for a beach stay. Really cozy house with a great outdoor area. Easy walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Coligny. Hard to beat the location, private but connected. We definitely would stay here again.

Chill

I took my daughter and a couple of her friends to Hilton Head for a little R and R. The House was the perfect size for 4 people. Located on a quiet side street we barely had any cars go by. Great pool in the backyard with chairs to sit on and umbrellas to provide shade when it got hot. The beach and walking trails were just a 5-minute walk away. Coligney was a 10-minute walk away so you could get your steps in and do some shopping at the same time. Also, restaurants and grocery store are close by also. I can't come up with anything bad to report so if you're looking for something a little smaller and a little cheaper and still getting the same amenities as the bigger houses this is your place.

Wonderful!

The cottage is amazing. Very roomy with plenty of room for all seven of us. It was so clean and was convenient to shopping and dining in coligny. The outdoor space was great. Lots of seating and a small Pool. We enjoyed it so much and would love to return.

Great summer vacation home

This was the perfect home for our summer vacation. We loved it! It was so clean and inviting and had ample space to enjoy time together cooking meals, playing games and relaxing by the pool. The location of the home is in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. We will definitely book this home again if we return to Hilton Head!

Charming cottage

The house is nicely decorated, clean, and was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the reading nook and pool. The kitchen is the perfect size for family meals and it was very convenient to have a table for games/puzzles and another for dining. There were plenty of linens, blankets, and bath towels. The easy walk to the beach and bike ride to Coligny is something we will all miss!

Best vacation ever!

The cottage on Park felt like home the minute we walked through the front door! My husband and I stayed in the Master Suite adjacent to the Reading nook. Our ensuite bathroom had a washer and dryer. The open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen was the center of the cottage. Our daughter and our son-in-law stayed in the second Master suite at the other end of the cottage. Our grandchildren, ages 18 months and 4, shared the third bedroom, which was adjacent to their parent's suite. It was absolutely the perfect layout for our family. The cottage had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We were grateful for the wagon to haul the beach chairs and cooler to the beach. (The lovely, shaded walk to the beach took us about 7 minutes.) Whoever decorated the cottage creatively had every detail perfectly designed for a vacation with a peaceful beachy vibe! We all loved the cottage! While our 18 month old napped, we returned to the cottage and took advantage of the heated pool. We paid a little extra to have it heated which was so worth it! The temperature was perfect. The pool was just the right size for us! The pool area was nicely laid out! The walk to Coligny Plaza was about 17 minutes. We enjoyed exploring the restaurants and little shops. We also enjoyed the ice cream and live music! Our vacation was perfect! And we would definitely stay at the cottage on Park again! Best vacation ever!

Great spring break vacation

The Cottage on Park was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The beach is a quick walk across the street and Coligny shops and restaurants are a 1/2 mile walk away. The pool was a nice amenity, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, absolutely every need was met. Additionally, the hosts were readily available, answering any questions we had extremely quickly. We love visiting Hilton Head and will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time here. Be sure to look outside for the beach chairs and beach cart to take everything to the beach. The Piggly Wiggly grocery store is a short drive away. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood.The pool was wonderful for everyone, but especially our granddaughters. The kitchen was well-equipped and the grill was good too. We highly recommend this property!

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved this property! The pool was wonderful for the kids, and the home was perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach, and they supply a nice wagon and beach equipment including chairs. It was so nice to have that!! Short walk to the beach made it the perfect spot for us. We absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!
