The only issue we had was that the heat didn’t work, and the house got very chilly the last 3 nights. It was not fixed during our stay.

Amazing house

Three families stayed comfortably in this beautiful house. It was stocked with everything you need & the management company was extremely responsive. Great location too! We would definitely stay again!

The house was so clean and kitchen very well. equipped. We had 3 generations (and our dog) in the house and we had no reason to leave the house and if we did it was to the pickleball courts or nearby restaurants. Aalways impressed with an organized garage in a beach house - that's rare. We have rented many beach houses in the area over the years and this was our favorite. Rental agency was VERY responsive and helpful.

Family and Friends

We had a great week. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach, the hot tub and pool heat worked really well and most importantly the kitchen was well appointed with any type of cooking or food prep stuff you might need and plenty of utensils. We’ve stayed at this location before and obviously liked it enough to come back and would love to do it again.

Wonderful Family Reunion at Hilton Head

Our large family of 16, with mostly adults ranging from 24 to 73 & 2 kids age 2 & 14 - enjoyed the Whistling Swan beach house tremendously! The house is even larger & more beautiful in real life & has plenty of rooms for all of us to spread out! The layout of the house is very well-designed! We enjoyed the sun room with the ceiling fan, the pool & hot tub & the large grill deck! Best of all is the large bunk room on the 2nd room - very roomy for 5 young adults in late 20’s! Thank you for hosting us and we definitely recommend this house in the Sea Pines Plantation - 5 mins walk to beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2023 was our second year renting 8 Whistling Swan. It is perfect for a large family gathering. The house has absolutely everything you will need. The location is very convenient to the Beach Club and to shopping outside of Sea Pines. The management company is excellent and readily available for requests. We loved the proximity to the beach, and the pool and screened porch were used every day. Another plus was the fenced backyard making it easy to bring our small dog. We would not hesitate to rent the property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a great experience. The house was very spacious. The pool was very nice as well as the hot tub. I would give this a five star rating; however, there are a couple things that I think a five star rating for a house of this magnitude and price should provide. It may be picky, but the toilet paper was pathetic. It was something you would expect to find at a hole in the wall gas station that you would stop at. The grill was very large; however, was in need of some significant maintenance. Unfortunately, we didn’t use it until our last night and found that the disrepair was very hazardous. I’m surprised that somebody had not reported this before. The instructions for the hot tub didn’t seem to be consistent with how the hot tub actually operated. We were able to get the heat going; however, it didn’t seem to be consistent on how that function was accomplished. Again, we had a great time with just a couple of hicups that are correctable.

The rental company was easy to work with and responsive. The four things that made this home extra special were the cleanliness, easy beach access, very comfortable beds and pet friendly. Great house for a large group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My extended family has been visiting HHI for the past 10 years, and this was our favorite rental house by far. Unlike other large rentals, all of the bedrooms in this one are similar and very nice (the only real difference is the size of the bathrooms and the one bunk room for kids), so we avoided the normal fights over who gets the best/worst room. Pros: 2 minute walk to the beach; well appointed; the heated pool was actually warm (even in December); 2 separate living rooms for people to spread out; easy access to bike path. Cons: only one oven; no Bluetooth speaker or Sonos system. Overall we loved it.

The location is convenient to shopping and the beach. It easily accommodates our 3 generations with a variety of sleeping options. It is well-maintained and fully stocked with everything one would need. Our favorite features are the pool, the elevator, the screened porch, and ample parking. We would highly recommend this rental property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at Whistling Swan. The house was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and so peaceful and quiet. The location was great, being a 5-minute walk to the beach or to the Beach Club. And the bike trails provided easy access to Harbor Town or South Beach and everywhere you could want to go in Sea Pines. The kitchen was well stocked and wonderfully labeled. The home provided comfort, space, and relaxation for our multiple generations, and no one had one bad thing to say about the house. We loved the pool and having such easy access to the beach and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and hanging out in the living spaces and screened porch. We are already planning our visit to return next year! We had such a fantastic experience and cannot recommend Coastal Home and Villa enough!

Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, clean, convenient to the beach, great location in Sea Pines (we could walk to the Beach Club for lunch), the kitchen was well-stocked, and the propane tank was filled for the grill. Outdoor handheld shower which came in handy for sandy feet and bathing the dog after time on the beach. Rental agency was very organized and made the booking easy. Not one single complaint and I'm a picky traveler. I would definitely stay here again.
