Beautiful location! Loved the Spa! Only real issue was the water temperature was very hard to control. You would get it perfect and then it would go freezing cold. Odd, I took a couple showers in the Spa. Beds were very comfortable..

Check in was easy. The gate staff where always pleasant.The condo was very cute. Loved the decor. The bed in the master room was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the beach. There was a little island you could swim to during high tide and walk to at low tide. We could swim in the waves off the island. The beach had shade unlike other beaches. But not as well kept. We stayed in building H so we had a very short walk to the ocean. The beach was not crowded at all. There was several occasions where we were the only 2 people on the beach/island. We enjoyed sitting in the swing to watch the sunset and sunrise. We could see the little pond from our window. We enjoyed looking at the fish and turtles. Everything we wanted to do was no more than a 20 minute drive away. Our host was very poliet and responded to messages quickly. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is a great place to stay!

We loved the property, and everything was comphy and amazing! Just FYI if you stay here bring bug spray for outside, we had to buy some for bites we got near and on beach. Other than that, all was amazing!!!!

Relaxing and comfy

This was our first trip to the Island but it won’t be the last! The condo was very roomy and clean. My husband is a huge clean freak and he said “this is probably the cleanest place we’ve stayed”. The beds were extremely comfy too! The property was gorgeous and our boys loved just exploring. There are feral cats on the grounds, which we loved getting to “spot” and pet when we could. We were a little sad because the indoor pool was closed while we were there, but the outdoor pools were super nice and clean. Honestly an amazing trip and I can’t recommend this place enough. The check in and check out process was extremely easy and reasonable.

Great Overall With Some Minor Concerns

We enjoyed our stay the second week of May 2025. The facility and location were great. Everything worked, the bed was comfortable, adequate towels, a short walk to the beach. Maybe I didn't read the fine print and was surprised we had to pay 25 for a parking pass upon arrival and did not realize there was no balcony; this unit has enclosed the balcony to make the living area bigger.The unit was clean except for pretty dirty windows and it is a little scary under the furniture. The only serious concern is that most dishes are not microwave safe (1 bowl, 3 plates rest are melamine); we had to hand wash to heat leftovers and take away food. Other guests have been microwaving and damaging the dishes. I almost ate a chip from a bowl with my cereal. This is a heath hazard.

Great place. Close to the beach. Beautiful grounds.

We stayed two nights. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Each room had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you might possibly need. Good quality dishes and pans. The owner was very responsive to questions. The community is also gated which mademade us feel very safe. This apt was a minute walk from the pier and beach. Loved our stay.was us feelll

Comfortable Beds in a Park-like Setting

The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean and as pictured. That makes it a winner in my book. The building was close to the closest building to a quiet beach. There were a lot of jelly fish when we visited. The second-floor apartment was an end unit right by the stairs, so you only had people on one side. It was quiet except for the occasional heavy footsteps from the unit above. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and some basic spices (salt, pepper, cinnamon, Italian seasoning, etc.). It had a full-size fridge plus a beverage fridge under the coffee bar. The check-out process was easy -- empty trash, start dishwasher. The unit also has a stacked washer and dryer, which would be convenient for longer stays, but we didn't need to use them since we only stayed two nights. It's about 20 minutes to Coligny Beach if you want to be in the heart of the action. We'd stay there again.

Great Place, Great Location

Property is close to the beach with easy access. Nice amenities and parking, and the gated entrance is a bonus. Place was exactly as advertised and clean. Beach is a little unusual but less crowded. Had a visit from the eagle twice during the trip.

Hard to beat this location

I’ll start by saying has it not been for the location this review would have been very different.Unbeatable views from the inside of the courtyard and a minute walk to the beach … for that, I’ll make some sacrifices.The unit itself I’m not sure has had much more than a spray and semi wipe off in a very long time. The master shower has not seen a scrub brush in a LONG time… counters still covered in crumbs, rugs dirty, doors/trim () all in need of an actual cleaning. Had we have been in the unit more id have asked for another unit. Bed and bedding clean, and master bed was comfortable.I contacted the host about the unit being dirty and she offered to send the cleaning crew in however, we were leaving.It’s unfortunate such a beautiful location can’t be rated hire based off a poor cleaning crew.Hard review to write because it really is. Great place with the right TLC

Place was very clean and cute. Perfect size for a group of 5. Super short walk to the beach and we enjoyed tanning by the pool as well! The place also had a storage container with beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and a cooler for use. Would definitely stay here again!

We forgot to inquire beforehand if there was an elevator. Our mistake, and we wished there was one. Poor water pressure, shower unable to maintain a warm temperature, and was difficult to even turn on. Ceiling in laundry room is partially caved in, a real sense of adventure while loading laundry. Unable to get dishwasher to operate properly. Noisy neighbors upstairs did not respond to requests to turn down the noise. Do not expect to ever return to Hilton Head

Perfect Carolina Getaway

This property is well-appointed, well-stocked, and very comfortable—luxurious for two of us, but would easily accommodate 4-6. It is in a convenient yet private location, with direct access to a beautiful beach, marshlands, and significant historical sites. Communication with the owner was timely and comprehensive. We highly recommend it, and we look forward to returning!

We enjoyed the condo very much. We could not bring the TV’s in the bedrooms to work. It’s been a real riddle. When we left the dishwasher worked only on the rinse cycle.
