It is immediately obvious upon entering the house that this place is first class, well designed and someone is paying attention to details. As an example, someone took the time to line up all the utensils in the kitchen drawers(s) instead of just throwing them in there. Location is great. The six ensuite rooms sealed the deal for us.

A Place to Gsther for Thanhsgiving

We have done a number of rental stays over the Thanksgiving holiday which has made the moms insist on driving fro VT and FL so that we can be sure to have all that was necessary to prepare our feast in style. This was the first property we have stayed in that made our efforts unnecessary- the kitchen was designed and stocked for cooks! As for the rest of the house and location- magnificent!

Wonderful vacation

The property has everything that you will need. Great location 1 house from the beach which is almost private.beautifully decorated house.very clean with every amenity you will need.our children and grand children all said that this was the best vacation home they have been to so far.

Perfect Stay at a Memorable Property

Pictures don’t do this property justice. The home has everything you could ask for and more. We had a wonderful time at the house, in the heated pool and spa, at the pristine beach just steps away from the house, and biking Sea Pines. The property manager couldn’t have been more responsive. Simply the best rental home we’ve had the pleasure to stay in over the past 10 years.

Fantastic vacation home

Great House!

This house was perfect for us. As close to the beach as you can get for second row. Beach path is steps from the pool. Very nice furnishings and well supplied kitchen. Management was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect Home!

Absolutely perfect home. No detail was missed in the home design and amenities. Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Bill and Talley from Coastal Home and Villa were great to work with. Extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this home.

Great family vacation, beautiful home

We definitely enjoyed our time in this lovely home, everything was beautifully appointed. Loved having a bathroom in every bedroom. Kitchen was grand. Could use a vege steamer for the big pot to steam vege's. One bad aspect of the trip was the house construction on the oceanfront house in front of us. and also next to us. One day they worked til 7 pm, pouring concrete foundation all day. Of course it also happened to be the most sunny day of the week. This is not the fault of anyone, just a nuisance. I do think that there are a couple trees that need to come down in back yard. EVERY day there were tons of leaves and seedlings falling into the pool, It really could have been cleaned every day. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Close walk to the beach too. Bike paths nearby were fabulous, everyone loved exploring. Biking to the marketplace a short distance was also fun. For the management company, you should have the landscapers blow the back patio of debris, lots of dirt and leaves back there, had to sweep every day. The outdoor fireplace wasn't working when we were there, hopefully they will fix that. We would have spent more time outside had it been a bit warmer. The management staff, Bill Anderson, Tally, Rachel, all were very accommodating and helpful and attentive to our phone calls and emails. We wouldn't hesitate going back, once the construction is completed. Gorgeous Gorgeous home.
