  • Nuestra 3ª fila Beach Villa se encuentra en el extremo privado de The Dunes y un salto a la piscina. Esta villa de 2 dormitorios tiene un baño completo en el dormitorio principal y baño completo en el pasillo, justo al lado del segundo dormitorio. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size espaciosa con un armario completo y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama individual, literas y otro armario completo.
    Hay un sofá cama desplegable en la sala de estar con capacidad para 1 adulto o 2 niños. Nuestro televisor de pantalla plana tiene acceso a internet para Netflix y Amazon. La cocina está totalmente amueblada, junto con una lavadora / secadora HE. Villa con conexión WiFi gratuita.

This property was clean, well organized in a peaceful apartment community a short walk from the beach. Our family enjoyed the clean, decently sized pool. The check-in information host provided was succinct, but thorough and easy to follow. Because of this, we needed to contact the host only once, after checkout, to which she replied quickly. We definitely recommend staying at this Hilton Head property, particularly with this host.

Perfect place for a small family. Pool was great, easy access to beach. Stocked with all necessary linens and towels. No complaints about the condo. We did have our beach chair and beach tent stolen from the covered porch area. Luckily they didn't steal the surfboard I had rented. Just a heads up, be careful what you leave out on the porch area.

The condo resort itself was very nice, including an excellent heated pool, and a short walk to the beach. The grounds were well maintained and provided a great vacation atmosphere. Unfortunately the condo unit we stayed in did not meet our expectations. Given the amount of money we paid for our stay the lack of upgrades and overall condition of the unit was disappointing. We have been blessed to vacation on HHI for many years and plan to continue doing so. We value our experiences here so much that we felt it’s important to share our honest feed back.

The villa was clean and the beds were very comfy. Perfect accommodation for my husband and I and our 3 kids. Great location, a short walk to the beach & close to shops & Sea Pines. We had a wonderful vacation & we would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I have been coming down for the golf tournament the last few years. This place was perfect! Location allowed a quick walk to the shuttles and other local attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! It was an easy, paved walk to the beach. I had a few questions about the area and Lena was super quick to respond. We’d love to stay here again and highly recommend!

Great Value

Really enjoyed staying here as it offered a great location close to Coligny Plaza/Beach and also Sea Pines nearby where our family wedding activities were located. Just across the street from the beach, so pricing was a really good value compared to some other locations with direct beach access.

Great location in conjunction with others staying at Marriott Grande Ocean. Owner was great to work with, very responsive and helpful! Linens nice and great water pressure.

The Dunes at Hilton Head

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very close to the beach and walking/biking trails and offered all that we had hoped for. The property manager/owner was very helpful and was responsive to our questions and concerns. If our future vacation plans take us to Hilton Head, this will be the place we hope to call our home away from home.

property was very close to the beach. Nice walkway down to the beach with showers and access to a nice bar with music. Also only about a quarter mile to Cologny Circle which is a very nice public beach that has restrooms and showers, splash pad, and good shops and restaurants

This rental had everything we needed. It was clean and simple. The beds were comfortable and that’s always one of my biggest concerns when booking a place. The location is great. It’s super close to shopping and dining, plus the beach is a really close walk. Even though we were here at the beginning of peak season, the beach wasn’t crowded. I’d definitely recommend this VRBO rental.

Great place

Perfect for us. Clean, quiet, convenient to everything we needed. Had a few minor questions during the stay, and owners were quick and helpful with communication. I have a feeling we'll be back in the future!

Great location!!

We had everything we needed and more. My son also loved swimming in the pool. The beach was a short walk and restaurants/activities were nearby. This was a great Spring Break trip and the beach wasn’t crowded at all.

Lovely little unit. Perfect size for us. Clean, nicely appointed kitchen, comfy couch, and beds. This is second story unit, but steps were not too much to handle. Will definitely ge back.

Easy check in. The host sent a message when it was ready and we were able to check in a little early. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well kept. The community pool is clean. The area was quiet with little traffic. Easy beach access across the street. We look forward to booking next summer.
