Great House - Great Location

Beautiful house, excellently appointed, a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the lovely neighborhood, as well. We would definitely come back.

Great house

House was amazing. Great location and pool! Loved all the covered areas outside by the pool. A lot of space for everyone to spread out. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the short walk to the beach!

Nice home, easy to live in, and comfortable. A list of details might help....trash days, how to use the master shower, TV set up, etc

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house three years ago and it was perfect for our family of kids/grandkids from 3 states. Well organized kitchen, very clean house. Pool & hot tub perfect and the beach a 2 minute walk on a private path. Beach was gorgeous and not at all crowded. Screened in porch an advantage. Plenty of room for everyone in the living room/dining/kitchen open area. Comfy beds and furniture. Everyone enjoyed the house!

Nicely equipped home with easy access to the beach. Noisy and busy street location.

Rental process was easy and well managed. We have a lightning strike the took out the internet modem and property management acted quickly to replace the modem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 adults and 5 children (ranging in ages from 3-15) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 48 Mooring Buoy! The layout of the home was perfect for us, clean, well maintained, and kid friendly. The property description is very accurate and the only amenities our family could have used more of were forks and knives because we love to stay on the property for meals most days. The property manager was also very quick to solve any issues we had. The outdoor pool and spa area is great (we did pay extra for heat in the spa), and the short walk to the beach make it an excellent location. We rented bikes which were also a big hit with the whole family. We would definitely stay here again!

GREAT Location!! GREAT Layout!!

Hate to give such a good review b/c it'll only make it more difficult to rent again. Spacious, comfortable, well furnished for a large number, kitchen adequately equipped, plenty of parking and soo convenient to the beach. If TV is your thing - there are plenty! For the price did expect more in beach supplies (chairs, buggy to transport, boogie board, cooler?). House also needs better cleaning equipment - vacuum, floor swiffer, clean mop. We'd definitely return. And kudos to property management. When we arrived the coffee brewer was broken and they replaced with new coffee maker asap.

Impeccable Property with Ideal Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 48 Mooring Buoy was the perfect property for our family trip to Hilton Head. We were a group of 12 people (five families) and this house couldn't have been more ideal. The property description is very accurate, and the location CANNOT be beat! The house is situated right next to a beach access path and is a very short walk from the beach- doable for even the two-year-old in our group. It was windy for a portion of our trip, which eliminated the beach as an option. We were so thankful to have a private pool and the trees surrounding the house provided protection from the wind. The house was clean and well-maintained. It is an older home, but recent renovations provide a modern look and feel. Coastal Home & Villa provided excellent customer service; they ensured we had everything we needed every step of the way. I highly recommend this property and would definitely rent from Coastal Home & Villa again in the future.

Not for people trying to avoid steps

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a wonderful week at 48 Mooring Buoy over the Fourth of July, bringing together 4 kids ranging from 2-9 and 6 adults. The house is very well set up for a family. The pool was wonderful and included stairs that worked very well for the younger (and older) members of the family. The beach is much closer than we expected down a lovely trail, and the neighborhood had great running/walking trails that everyone enjoyed. The property management company made everything easy and was extremely responsive (although we really didn't need anything). The only suggestion would be to include a few more items in the kitchen - very hard to cook for a crowd without baking sheets, hot pads, bowls, etc. Bring your own if you plan on making meals. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

This property was beautiful and its’ lovely rooms gave my family both privacy and fabulous together space. Minutes walk to the beach and lovely backyard is perfect for relation. It’s also an easy walk/bike ride to town restaurants, pickleball etc. Some questions came up regarding the home and management was quick to answer and respond. Despite the hurricane, it was a fabulous stay!

Ideal location for Family Reunion

It was a perfect location to vacation with our grown children and young grandchildren. Beautiful beach very close by. 5 comfortable bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Wonderful pool. Great access to bike trails
