Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: CS 117 was a very nice townhouse. Well supplied, clean and comfortable. All amenities you would ever need were at CS 117. This townhouse is nicely laid out. The area was very quiet. A very pretty view of the pool and courtyard from the happy hour terrace. The location was excellent for walking to the beach and area restaurants. I highly recommend this townhouse for your HHI stay. Nunzio Italian restaurant is a definite must do. Amigo’s is very cool for Mexican cantina feel and the food is very fresh and delicious oh yeah the Margaritas are yummy. Enjoy.

Much needed summer vacation

We have stayed at Courtside before. Love the location and proximity to the beach and Coligny. We plan on returning! Upon arrival to Courtside 117 the condo was not clean, sheets had suspicious stains, floor was filthy, glass door out to the balcony was filthy. I spent 2 hours cleaning the condo just so we could settle in. I did not have nor was I going to pay for cleaner for the glass sliding door...very gross. Condo was great once it was properly cleaned and sheets and towels were washed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in courtside before and this was our 7th year visiting HHI. Our stay was comfortable, kitchen well stocked, beds were pretty comfortable, and location worked really well for our family. The door lock didn’t engage when we were leaving the rental. It took many tries and turns of the handle to get it to lock. One night the thermostat completely turned off. We almost had someone come out but then it kicked back on. The rental company handled my call at 9:30pm very professionally. We had issues running out of hot water the last two days of our stay. It was weird because the first day when we showered it was no issue. We didn’t end up calling about it, but I’m sure I’d we had someone would have helped fix the situation. All in all it was a great trip and we would considering staying here again!

It is spacious and has a view of their pool and courtyard. Beds are comfortable. We rented beach bikes and this location has easy access to pathways and the beach.

Great location

Courtside is perfectly situated near the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Unit layout is great with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Checked in on Sunday night and the process was easy and seamless even though the office was closed. Overall a very good trip to Hilton Head Island.

Great location

My husband and I travel to Hilton Head frequently so we are very familiar with the area. We love being in walking distance to the beach and also close to Coligny which offers dining and shops. This unit was perfect for us. We initially had an issue with the front door lock which was quickly addressed by the property manager. I would not hesitate to book this unit again. It is exactly as described.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean which is very important to us with the exception of the two rugs in the entry way kitchen (I washed the entry way rug as soon as we arrived). The kitchen was recently updated; however, was not at all well equipped. Several lights were out in the condo. The coach in the living room could be replaced as cushions continually slid out We put sheets over it as we didn't feel comfortable laying on it. Overall, the condo was fine, but didn't feel homey as far as decorating, etc. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable. We really like Courtside, so the location was great.

Great condo/ excellent value

Roomy and very clean, this condo worked well for our needs. Nicely decorated in a small development that is a short walk to the beach. The owner and management company were very responsive throughout the process from pre-booking to checkout.

HHI 2020 Trip

Family vacation

We really enjoyed the location near Van der Meer tennis Academy and the beach. The pool was close to the condo but could be loud at night as some others did not adhere to rules of it closing at 10pm. The condo was clean and as advertised. Overall a great place to stay.

A short visit but a lovely one!

Our condo was exactly as described and was tidy and clean when we arrived. We did have a notice that the pool was closed, but we understand at times, maintenance is unavoidable and perhaps that wasn't know when we booked! Unfortunately, we left after only one night on the property due to the Canadian government asking citizens to return to Canada due to the Corona virus, however we will be back, largely due to the warm welcome we received upon our arrival and the communication we received from the property manager when we returned to Canada. We hope every stays safe and is looking forward to life getting back to normal!

Get away

I liked the location. Walking distance to beach and shops. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Sinks, tubs and baseboards.
