The host was very responsive to questions and solutions during our stay. The house, pool and hot tub were very nice. The minor inconveniences included the gas grill control valves and the lack of parking space for a house that can sleep up to 22.

Beautiful house and area

Really enjoyed our stay at this property, we had a few hiccups and problems with the house, ex: issues with elevator, kitchen sink and hot tub, but management addressed everything quickly. Only bummer was the boardwalk was closed for reconstruction and we had to walk extra to get to an access, but in the end all woked out fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for Our Trip

We had a great time staying at this house! The house itself was immaculate and exactly as advertised. It was clean, everything was in working order, the temperature of the pool was spot on, and the hot tub was indeed huge. We especially loved the outdoor TV and seating area which allowed us to watch The Masters while enjoying the pool. Since this area was partially underneath the house, we were able to do this even when it was raining. If you are planning a trip to Hilton Head with a large group, this house is an excellent option!

Beautiful home! Loved the pool and hot tub! Plenty of room for everyone, great amenities, and great location - just quick walk or drive to the beach. We had a maintenance issue and they very quickly responded and resolved the situation. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Baseball trip

We practiced in the mornings and early afternoons and went to the beach after. Ate breakfast and dinner there each day. 18 players and 2 coaches. Ping pong tavle and hot tub were utilized thw mosr by the boys. Had a great time, got work done, and had fun.

Best Stay On Hilton Head!

Great stay! This 6 bedroom home is a perfect family vacation spot - especially for our family reunion. This very clean and modern house is in a gated community, ideally located within walking distance to beach and very close to golf courses and tennis. It has an elevator (great for older adults and luggage), spacious fully-equipped kitchen, heated pool, and new hot tub. The house already includes beach chairs, cabanas/umbrellas, and fun beach games like bocce, corn hole, and spike ball. (No need to bring stuff!) We love Hilton Head, but this place takes it to the next level. Definitely planning on returning next year.

Family vacay

Our family had to scramble around when we lost our VRBO due to unforeseen issues that the owner had come up. Jennifer saved our family vacation helping us book a fantastic trip for 15 people 1 month out from the dates we needed. Everything from booking to check-in went smoothly. The home was lovely, well stocked and close to beach. The grand kids loved the pool! They were in it the whole time. We all went from being totally stressed out after thinking we wouldn’t get our family vacay to being totally relaxed.

Overall had a good stay. The property is newer, well-stocked and organized, about a 10-12 minute walk from the beach. The beds and furniture were comfortable and communication with the property manager was good. The home being less than 2 years old shows signs of wear and tear which were surprising. For example, the seating in the dining area had pervasive stains, the tile and grout in master shower was moldy and cracked, and poor patch work and paint chips throughout the home. just gave the home a less than high-quality feel. Some of this is to be expected for a rental. Finally, we used the pool area less given it was heavily shaded and next to a creek/standing water so mosquitos were an issue.

Everything about the property exceeded expectations. We ended up having 12 adults and it was perfect. The elevator was extremely helpful for our 82 year old mother. We would highly recommend this property for anyone!

Excellent family reunion

The house was great. It was extremely well-equipped in the kitchen and in the garage with beach paraphernalia. Beach was awfully crowded this time of year so we had to "schedule" around the tides and it was further away than we're used to but easy to get to. Overall, it was an outstanding week. We had folks from Alabama, Arizona and Pennsylvania meet there.

Nice spacious home

The house was as described. The kitchen was very well stocked, probably the best I've seen on a rental. The neighborhood and location was great. The elevator was a nice touch. The one thing that I would have liked would be the pool heating more than 90 degrees. I would rent there again if I visit the area.

Great get away

This house was exactly as described. It is a 2 minute bike ride to the beach or a 10 minute walk. The house is self was excellently furnished. We ended up taking more than we needed (ex. Towels) since the house already had towels for everyone. The kids room was a hit. They enjoyed playing, sleeping and all around having a great time as the room can fit many kids there. I was impressed by the quick response for any issues (very minor ones) but I sent an email to the owner because one of the TV's sound was not working, within the hour, there were people at the house to fix the items. The pool was great after a day at the beach to unwind especially since it has its own TV. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this house. It was a great get away.

Great Vacation

We spent the week at 105 with 2 other families. We had kids ranging from ages 2-9 and found the house to work really well for us. The kitchen was really well stocked from spices to various Kitchen appliances that made life easy with a big crowd. Every bedroom had a TV and more than enough towels. Any issues that arose were addressed extremely quickly and efficiently. The kids room with the bunk beds was a big hit. All in all a great week at the beach. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Very nice house

Love the house and pool and the fact that is walking distance from the beach is a plus. We got in contact with the manager about somethings and right away got things handle and even made sure that it was done by calling. Love the house the pool it's perfect and the location is great. Would definitely come back.

Amazing stay at Sandcastle Ct.

The house at 105 Sandcastle was very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated with plenty of space for all. All linens, kitchen needs provided, as well as some beach/pool supplies. Definitely a return to property. Had the pleasure of singing frogs in the evening Having pool maintenance come and maintain the pool during the stay was great. Short walking/driving distance to beautiful Folly Field Beach. Located close to so much.

The house is great. It was not decorated like the one they were advertising with though. Beds were comfy, pool is cold and the elevator is very twitchy about working.
