Great stay!

Had a great long weekend at Tom’s place. The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location of the unit is also fantastic. Very close to the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants available nearby. Tom is very responsive and was an excellent host.

First time in HHI, but won’t be the last!

We enjoyed this property because of the cleanliness, ease of arrival and departure, proximity to everything, and great communication with the owners!Less than 5 minute walk to the bike rental(ask for 10% off if you forgot the coupon that the rental provides). Bike riding is so easy from this property all around the island!

The property was very clean. The owners were amazing and gave very detailed information about the condo as well as the area. It was a very easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for the beach as well as daily routines. I will never stay anywhere else in Hilton Head.

Perfect for family

This is our second time staying at Tom's property. My two teen daughters and I take a yearly summer beach trip, and after last year, we knew where we were going to stay. The apartment is built in such a way that you can sleep in the main bedroom and have a game going in the living room. It's wonderful. The location is also great for hopping in the car and parking super close to the beach. You could walk, but there's no need (especially when it's July southern heat). Kitchen is great. Pool is small, but great cause we're there for the beach and just a night swim. Truly unless you need more rooms, you have found your place.

Great communication by owner. Clean and spacious property. Little farther than I would like from beach, but was easily able to walk there with our beach gear with the assistance of the wagon provided by the owners. Close to dining and park. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes.

Lovely Villa for our Family

First of all, Tom was exceptional with communication and organization. Everything was laid out clearly, both electronically and in the binder, upon arrival. He also addressed some cleanliness issues we encountered upon arrival. While the villa wasn’t terribly unclean, it did require some cleaning (and deep cleaning of the washing machine) on our part, in order for it to meet our family’s cleanliness standards. I brought the issues to Tom’s attention and he offered a complimentary clean, which I declined because I had already done much of what needed cleaning up. However, he gave me a $100 Vrbo credit as compensation, which I believed was fair. We had a BLAST at the nearby beach and loved the fact that the living room could be partitioned off! Our 4 year old loved bubble baths in the jacuzzi tub & we took advantage of the complimentary golf cart rides to the beach, due to a recent surgery from which I was still recovering. Kitchen appliances and utensils, plates, and spoons were great. Blender and toaster served us well! Our patio area was perfect; we enjoyed many a popsicle with our 4YO out there, after the beach. We wish there was a better way to get the sand off our bodies before entering our he villa and the clothing dryer was very loud (Tom assured us it was nothing to worry about.) The beach towels were lifesavers! Thanks for sharing your space with us. Aside from the cleanliness issues, which were promptly addressed, it was a slam dunk of a vacation destination!

Great overall place

As described. Great location and many amenities. We don’t go to the beach often, so having all the supplies we needed there for the beach to save us from renting stuff or buying stuff we’d use maybe once every few years. Would definitely stay here again!

Another great vacation

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. A great place. Very clean. Owner is very good about communication. My kids are 15 and 5. They both enjoyed the location. There is a skatepark close by for my 15 year old and my 5 year old loves the pirate ship playground.

Amazing Condo!!

Our second stay and will be back! Just as described and as pictured. Love the beach wagon, towels, and chairs! An added bonus and makes beach trips so much easier. Great location and walking distance to everything.

It was amazing

The owner was so welcoming and helpful. everything was great....i don't think you could ask for more, the owners really go above and beyond for this condo! I was so overwhelming pleased with everything! The neighbors upstairs were noisy every night all night but thats something the owners have no control over!

Great week in Hilton Head

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very comfortable, clean, and was decorated well. There were games and books to enjoy, too. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 3 full size baths. It was great to be able to use the wagon, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs. We enjoyed Coligny Beach down from the condo and Fish Haul Beach, too! We took the golf cart to the beach a couple of times (don’t forget to tip the driver) which was super easy to do. The pool was nice and we used it often. It was nice to be able to communicate with Tom when we had questions. The upstairs neighbor was loud, but we didn’t let that bother us. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for a place to stay!

Owners are top notch and location is clutch

The directions the owners left us to get to the unit were perfect, they were right Apple Maps would take us to the wrong side of the building! To be fully transparent, the unit wasn’t cleaned to my liking when we arrived but I reached out to the owners and they made it right. It was clear this was not the norm and the cleaning company wasn’t on their A game that day. The cleaning company came back and cleaned and all was well. The owners were super responsive and acted quick when that issue arose and I was so impressed! The unit itself was perfect for us and our two young kids. Two bedroom and a pullout couch. The living room area was cozy and spacious and they even had toys and games for us to play! The kids loved that. The kitchen had everything we needed. And three baths meant plenty of room for all of us to get cleaned up. The beach towels provided by the owners were so clutch - we didn’t have to pack and take up all the space in our luggage with our own beach towels. The pool is a straight walk out the back door and if you continue thru the pool, to the main Street, the beach is a straight six ish block walk. The owners provide a cart for easy transport. Oh and also beach toys, chairs! Oh- and the unit is a three block walk to the start of Coligny plaza and the playground! We also visited the children’s museum right next to the playground, perfect for age 6 and under in my opinion. We loved our stay so much. The perfect little spot for our family.

Family vacation

We rented this unit for a family vacation with some friends of ours. They had the unit next door. It was the perfect space in a perfect spot. We all had the best time. Check-in was easy, condo was clean, plenty of shopping, places to eat, things to do, Beach was close. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.

Great family girls trip

Everything was exactly as we expected. The beach towels, chairs, wagon, etc was a huge amenity. The beds slept well. Kitchen was great for cooking. Pool was wonderful though smallish - it has a deep end which is great. Not a ton of people used it which was a plus for us. Loved the location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. It’s a pretty easy walk to the beach, but I’d suggest just hopping in your car because “future you” will probably be tired from the great sun and waves. Free parking across from the beach from the Coligny entry that has bathrooms. The only problem was the small person who was staying above us. He/she loved to run as small people do and he did it super early. Someone else was a heavy walker too. Doesn’t matter when you aren’t in the condo and really not a big deal if you’re watching tv. We had no problem sleeping and definitely enjoyed imaging whatever was being acted out above us.
