Just Book it Already

We loved this house. The pool was perfect for those that didn’t want to go to the beach and the access to the beach was easy to get to. Richard the golf cart driver responds every time and is there within 5 min at most. The owners were amazing and made check in/out seamless. The house came equipped with everything you will need and was extremely clean. We are already talking about staying here again for our yearly family vacation trip. Highly recommend

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The private pool was the highlight for our two grandsons! This home was located close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, tennis courts and a play area for children. Can’t say enough good things about our host, Jeffrey, for all his help and kindness.

We enjoyed staying at this location and utilized the pool, went to the beach via the golf cart service, and even walked to the park that was right across the street. The house was fully stocked and very functional for us. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great spot near the beach

Loved the house. the location, and the beach. Singleton beach was less crowded than other beaches, also had some real nice waves for surfing or boogie boarding. We used the boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon from the house. We also relaxed and ate by the pool after being at the beach and used the convenient outdoor shower to clean off from the beach. The beach was about a half mile away and there was a shuttle that would drive you.

Hilton Head vacation home

Newer House in a small neighborhood of 25-30 similar houses. Easy beach access via community cart service. Chairs, umbrellas and beach toys in the garage. Pool was great after a day on the beach. Would stay here again. Jeffrey was great at communicating and thoughout the process.

Awesome Stay

We had the best time staying here for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of room. The house was clean, well stocked and in an extremely quiet location. Jeffrey was always quick to respond to every question I had and he was very helpful. We also got to bring our fur babies with us which was a huge plus.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

Arriving at the property, our expectations were more than topped. The photos of the property do not do it justice. Not only is it beautiful, it is one of the better stocked homes we’ve rented. We had more than enough room as a family of 9. The heated pool option was perfect since the temperatures dropped right before our trip. Perfect vicinity to the beach.

Awesome beach house!

Our family stayed here and we all loved it! It’s an awesome gated neighborhood perfect for walking and so peaceful! It’s close to the parking lot for the beach! Very easy to communicate with the owner and check in process was so easy! The pool was awesome, the kitchen is well stocked, and it’s so nice to have a gas grill! I would recommend this place!

Summer Vacay 2023

I highly recommend this property for a family vacation. We were very pleased with the close location to beach and playground. If you didn’t want to take 15 min walk to beach there is a shuttle that was so convenient. The house itself was not lacking anything. Kitchen well appointed with every thing needed . Great open floor plan . House was immaculate upon arrival. Pool area was so much fun after a hot day on the beach . Lots of pool toys available in garage . I give this property a 10 plus !!!

Fantastic wedding & vacation

Came to Hilton Head Island as our son was getting married there. The home at 43 Crabline Ct. Was beautiful and had all the amenities you would need for a 10 day stay. We grilled out several times as the grandkids enjoyed swimming. Loved the golf cart ride to the beach, we used that several times. House was at a very convenient location to get to restaurants, beach, golfing, grocery shopping etc. Jeffrey was very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. We definitely would stay there again!

Great Location

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this home! Jeffrey made the check in and check out process extremely easy. The house has everything you need, even kitchen items. The pool in the back is a small pool, but it’s all you really need with the beach just minutes away. Jeffrey kept the pool very warm for us, about 92 degrees! This was so enjoyable for those days that are mid 60s in late March. Make sure to rent bikes because the beach is just a short 5-10 min bike ride away! The street that this house is on is just adorable. It’s a gated street with a small pond where an alligator lives. He’s pretty skittish, but he’s fun to watch. We hope to stay here again! Thank you, Jeffrey!

Wonderful property close to the beach!

This property is wonderful! Very clean, nice amenities and the perfect set up for our two families to gather, as well as have personal space. The outdoor pool area was lovely and the property is conveniently located to the beach. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

Great place

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. House was clean, the pool was perfect and within walking distance to the beach. The golf cart service to the beach was a plus. Would definitely consider staying at house again.

Truly wonderful home and responsive owner

We celebrated a family reunion and birthday at this home and it was truly perfect for us. A 10 minute walk to the beach was easy and the home is stocked with chairs umbrellas and carts to take them there and back. We loved the pool and swam everyday. The outdoor shower was warm enough to shower completely before going in from the beach or pool. We dined by the pool and inside, played games at the dining table, and relaxed on the decks. The rooms were all comfortable and accommodated our family of 12. We appreciated the high chair stroller and pack and play. The owner is very engaged responsive and pleasant

Family and pet friendly dream vacation home.

The owners were incredibly accommodating. The house was beautiful and fit our entire crew comfortably. The street was quiet and a short walk from a nice beach that wasn’t over crowded. Harold’s Diner was a favorite breakfast spot and an even shorter walk from the house than the beach. We are already looking at dates for next years visit, hoping to get this house again.

Happy Holidays Home Away from Home

Instead of presents my family meets up in a warmer climate to spend time together. This included my family (me, husband, college age daughter), my parents (60s) and my brother and niece (10yrs). The check in process was very easy with codes provided for the door and the neighborhood gate (locked only at night). The house overall was clean, especially the bathrooms and bedrooms. I am a neat freak, so I would have liked the kitchen a little cleaner but again i am being picky (my daughter would say unreasonable). The house provided plenty of space for the 7 of us. The kitchen had everything you need to fix dinners, which we did. The only addition I would ask for is some containers to hold leftovers. The Roku was great and with Disney + allowed us to watch the Beatles documentary together as a family on the huge sectional. The pool area was nice with the two loungers but also the table. We paid for the heating of the pool to allow for swimming. We did have a little problem with the heater kicking off due to water level, but the host answered me immediately and had it resolved very quickly. I have no complaints about this. Things happen, I just appreciate the response. It is less than 1/2 mile walk to the beach which has sand that is packed enough to ride bikes. I rented them from Mike's Bike Rental (they drop off and pick up). The bike path is right next to the neighborhood as is a park. There are also plenty of restaurants that are very close. I would definitely return if we chose to come back to Hilton Head.
