Perfect family getaway

Our stay was great! The place was clean and had everything we needed including some toiletries like soap, shampoo and conditioner. It had washing machine pods, some dishwasher pods, dish soap and a sponge. It had a great view of the lagoon from the balcony. Super close to the pool, but would recommend bringing a wagon for the walk to the beach if you have little children (5-8 min walk to beach, still very close!). There are not blackout curtains in the bedrooms, but there are in the living room- would be great if those could be switched to the master bedroom because of the rising sun. The resort has a fun playground and bbq for nice evening dinners outside! Would definitely stay again :)

Great Property

Wonderful stay - quick Labor Day getaway. We’ve been to the resort on several occasions now. Unit had most everything we needed and the communication with the owner was timely and gave us all the info we needed for access.

Great Rental!

The location was great - steps from the pool and an easy walk to a not crowded part of the beach. The two-story layout was great for vacationing with kids with space to spread out. The unit was well stocked with toiletries, bedding, and beach gear. Parking was easy and ample. There were a lot of nearby things to do. We loved our time and hope to return sometime.

Love Island Club

Nice comfy condo. Good water view. Short walk to beach. Condo has a few improvement needs but nothing that caused a poor time. Toilets are iffy. Check ice maker. Trash cabinet has a hard time staying closed. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Good place to stay

Good place to stay but Vacasa is a nightmare to deal with, can’t get a hold of anyone for info regarding the property, can’t call, they don’t reply to emails…I’d go directly to an owner at the Island Club next year…never go through Vacasa, not worth the extra fee

Long weekend at Hilton Head

Had a great 5 days at Hilton Head, the check in check out process was flawless. The condo was clean and well decorated. The island club offers everything you would want in a vacation property. It is close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Just a short walk to to beach. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Quaint Vacation

The property was perfect. We would definitely go and stay again here. The unit was very clean and was above our expectations. The unit has a fishing pole, sand toys, games and the kitchen was stocked for cooking. The only thing I wish I had known prior, is that there is stairs and no elevator to the unit. It was a pain with our luggage and shopping. I also wish there was room darkening curtains in the master bedroom. Other then those 2 things, the unit was perfect.

Perfect beach trip!

Beautiful house and property! We really enjoyed having two floors (bedrooms are upstairs). Beds were super comfortable and the condo itself is spacious. The beach cart was a huge plus!! This is the perfect getaway for families with small children. 10/10 would highly recommend this rental and this property overall.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a great stay at this condo! Perfect location. Close walk to the beach and soothing view of the lagoon. Fully stocked and very clean. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend. We will definitely be staying again!

Great place to stay

We loved staying here. There were no issues except there was a bees or wasp nest off the master bedroom’s balcony which kind of freaked me and the kids out a bit. The last day a wasp ended up in the house freaking out my son who is terrified of bees and wasps. So he was scared to go to bed even though we killed it. Otherwise very nice place to stay. Also we recommend you getting some bbq tools to cook on the grill. There were no tongs or spatulas for grill cooking so we had to improvise. Also not much cabinet spacing to store food in as well. Short walk to the beach. We saw the sunrise a couple mornings on the beach. My daughter found a few jellyfish. Wish the weather was warmer. Overall it was a nice spring break vacation. Thank you!!

We didn't know what to expect, we've stayed at other places before but, not here. I'm glad we did though, best place we've ever stayed on the island. Very clean, close to the beach, and very spacious. We will be booking herr again.

Enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head

Perfect for a long weekend or week getaway. Had everything we could need! We cooked all of our meals, and every utensil was available. The beach chairs have had some heavy use, so we’d suggest bringing your own. Previous reviews said something about a beach cart, but there is not one. You will need to carry all items to the beach. It was a nice, quiet stay for our family girls weekend and we will be back! The owners put a lot of love into the place and it shows.

Wonderful!

Very clean condo with all the furnishings and extras needed for vacation. Right next to the pools and about 200 yards to the beach. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, cart, beach toys, hair dryer, blender, and even a baby gate for the stairs! We absolutely loved the location on the island! Condo is in a very well maintained resort with numerous grills to use, bikes to rent, playground, tennis facility, pond/lagoon full of turtles and ducks, and gym. We found the condo to be perfect for toddlers and older children as well. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much to the owners for sharing their beautiful beach home with us!

FOLLY FIELD REVIEW

The condo itself was extremely nice - accommodations clean, roomy, decor, set up, closet space, kitchen dishes, equipment & utinsels were all top notch. Comfy & Cozy felt like my own place. Extras like books, games, hangers and beach stuff (too cold to use) was a nice additions. I always bring my own kitchen stuff, hangers, beach gear, extra stuff to do, etc & here it would not of been necessary. The view from the back balconies was very beautiful & pleasant, also close to the pool, easy access to beach and the entire property was clean, quiet, family fun area was nice addition and friendly people. Location was nice even tho there was alot of traffic going into the resort crossing the bridge, honestly tho it really wasn't noisy or bothersome. I bring just about everything you can think of that might be needed so carrying everything up stairs wasn't the greatest, however, there was an extremely nice gentleman staying there that helped us. The only issue we had was check in. We had not received our confirmation email. We called about confirmation, they were very helpful & sent right away with the instructions. Checked in on a Sunday. At gate, guard told us that someone would be at center by 4, stayed there for quite awhile (over an hour) until luckily some of the regulars came by & helped us. No check-in service on Sundays! Welcome instructions packet is left in a box at the entrance with you name on it. Overall, it was a extremely nice place to stay and we would most definitely stay in this condo again. We rank it easily 5-stars!

Nice place. Clean and very comfy

This condo is very nice, homey and comfortable. Has an excellent kitchen and is well stocked with all the tools and gadgets, except an oyster knife and crab cracker so bring your own ( we bought some while there). It is about 200 yard walk to the beach but close enough. There are beach toys, chairs and a cart to use. The pool is very nice and the hot tub is awesome. Property is very well kept and you can fish in the small “lakes” there but it is catch and release. Grills and picnic tables abound. All in all an excellent stay and great value. Check in and booking was a breeze and management was snappy on email with questions. Recommend highly and great for families with kids. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here!

We had a great stay in this unit. It is very homely and has everything you need away from home. It has a beach cart, games, books, movies, etc.. We were able to cook full dinners and even entertain some guests for dinner. It’s located right next to the pool, which was great. It is a little further from the ocean than other buildings but still walking distance. It sits on the little waterway with a great view from the balconies. We had an issue with the cable but management made it right and were very responsive. The only other issue we had was on the property. We were disappointed they don’t allow children near the hot tub area or tanning deck. It’s right in their face, attached to the pool and disappointing that they aren’t even allowed to explore it. But we would definitely rent this unit again and highly recommend it.
